Pennsylvania’s highest court gave the Democratic Party a series of victories Thursday, including one allowing repairs to glitches and gray areas in the battleground state’s fledgling mail-in voting law and another that kicked the Green Party’s presidential candidate off the November ballot.
The state Supreme Court, which has a 5-2 Democratic majority, granted the Democratic Party’s request to order a three-day extension of Pennsylvania’s Election Day deadline to count mailed-in ballots. And it ruled that the Green Party’s candidate for president did not strictly follow procedures for getting on the ballot in November and cannot appear on it.

Not very informative. How can Team Trump ensure that all ballots arriving after Nov 3 come from the USPS and not somebody's trunk?

And, children, this is how it starts. Why stop there? What's wrong with two weeks, or a month? Come on man. I wonder how many boxes of ballots will be found on the 4th day in someone's half bath or tucked away with their Christmas decorations? And they go back to the court to get them counted. We thought the Bush/Gore election went on for too long and got too silly. Well, we ain't seen nothing yet. This is one of the main reasons they are still pushing the covid porn. Too scary and spooky to vote in person. It's easier to fake paper ballots and find "lost" boxes of ballots. We must turn out in droves at the poling places.

Philadelphia has a history of more than 100% of registered Democrats showing up at the polls. Thanks to the PA Supreme Court, the tradition continues. Also, if satellite election offices and drop boxes are used, those ballots won't be postmarked. Since there aren't any Republicans in Philly, there will be no one there to shut down the drop boxes.

Postmarked. I don't think all mail even gets a postmark these days.

No OP, that is not correct. If the postmark is unreadable or there is NO postmark those idiot justices said the postmark will be PRESUMED to be valid and meet the requirements. Therefore, you don't even need a postmark.

Violates PA state law.
Time for a federal appeal, just like FLA in 2000, only before the postmarks, er chads, um postmarks are hanging.

They need three days to make sure the ink is dry on the ballots they just printed.

It should be just the opposite. Mail in ballots should be received at least a week before election day so they can be counted in time for Nov.3rd. Any ballot not received by then, isn't counted. If they don't count military ballots received after election day, they shouldn't count mail in ballots received after Nov.3rd.

This was initially the the rule in CA, but they recently expanded this to 17 days after the election.
What I would hope, ALL mailed ballots, collected/received, after the election date, are separated to ensure they are properly counted.

My governor Murphy , fascist - is forcing us to vote by mail. We don't have to actually mail the ballot in , we can put them in specified drop boxes, hence no postmark. Will games be played? You betcha. I am extremely angry. And I'm not alone.

I thought the state legislature controls these things and now Democrat judges openly changing rules days before the election. The legislature needs an emergency session and address this atrocity. Trump needs to file suit tomorrow to stop this.

Mark Levin on his radio show notes that, according to the US constitution, it is the state legislature that sets the rules for elections. Not a court. Not the state’s governor. Based on that he advises the Republican legislators, the majority in both state houses, to declare the court’s interference null and void.

Would anyone else in Pennsylvania like to track down Gov. Wolfe with me, and beat his ear off till he caves? Under the circumstances, I think its fine to use the same tactics that the Democrat's BLM and AntiFa use on the rest of us. His office phone number is 717-787-2500. I might have to dig a bit, if I want to find his home address, his vacation homes, and personal numbers, but I suppose it's doable.
It might not be a bad idea to start doing this to ALL the people pushing vote by mail. Don't you know it's better to give, than to receive. Besides, he's a public figure. He's supposed to listen to us. We just have to make sure he can't get away from us and hide.

# 27 and 30, exactly, State Legislatures take precedent, and as Mark said, call both GoP Houses in and fix this [evil].
And any other state who might try.

Biden has no organization In Michigan or an other state and is just collecting Democrat contributions. Asked how he would spend - he didn’t reply. We should know by day 1 that DJT won. Governor Wolf hates Pennsylvanians because he knows his days are numbered as Governor.

Of course they did. Under Tommy Wolf this state has done a lot of stupid things in 2020 and earlier stupid things that largely went unnoticed. This new deadline admits that democrats are not competent enough to fill out a simple document and get it into the mailbox on time with over three months to accomplish it. It also helps the DNC to delay the release of election results and find more "lost" ballots.
