ESPN is hoping that one of the architects of rock n' roll can bring some new energy to their “Monday Night Football” show with fewer fans in the stands this year. The new season starting Monday will feature a new version of Little Richard's hit “Rip It Up” featuring new instrumentals and backup vocals from the Virginia-based band Butcher Brown. The song replaces Hank Williams Jr.'s “All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight," which was repurposed with new lyrics like, “All my rowdy friends are here for Monday night.” Williams' song was used on the show for two periods,

How about a nice funeral dirge, or ‘the party’s over’, or ‘just drop dead’ - you pompous overpaid millionaires. Better sign up for a software coding class....

Monday Night Football without the Hank Williams, Jr. Song?
I guess the next thing you'll tell me is that they're gonna play the Black National Anthem before games, too.

Give me Hank Williams, Jr.
Enough of this groveling to placate black militants. They are not the majority of football-loving Americans. No ticket purchases, team apparel or watching of televised games for me until the NFL stops this nonsense and apologizes to the fans for rubbing our noses in a fake pile of doggy-do.

Little Richard said in his autobiography that homosexuality is something you "catch" when an adult homosexual takes sexual advantage of a child. He attributed his own homosexuality to this. Amazingly, feminist lawyer Gloria Allred said the exact same thing.
In his last years, Little Richard often attacked homosexual behavior and admitted that it was major sin. In fact, he even stopped wearing make-up and his outrageous outfits when he heard a preacher say that dressing that way took away glory from God.

"Rip it up"? Isn't that what fans are doing to their tickets, and the league to its future?

Mess with the status quo or throw out all normalizing parts of national culture/mores etc in hopes for some to grab a larger piece of the pie and the "pie" may just lose all its former appeal. Half of love of football was watching the excellence of the players. Those of a race that has 19% more testosterone than the other two races. have been chosen for abilities but the love ends when politics and patriotism get into the mix IMO.

Hank Williams, Jr is TOO SOUTHERN.
That's it.
The media has been AT WAR with the South because of those "rubes and rednecks" who won't fall in line with the demonrat socialist agenda.

Little Richard was a tremendous talent, but ESPN's motivations here are quite clear. Does anyone still subscribe to Woke ESPN?
