Over the past week, Washington, DC has turned into a truly dystopian nightmare. Diners at several area restaurants, including the famous Martin’s Tavern in Georgetown, were accosted by a Black Lives Matter mob that bullied them into raising their fists in solidarity with the movement. Restaurant patrons who refused to comply faced further verbal abuse and harassment. The trend continued outside the White House on Thursday night. Attendees of President Trump’s acceptance speech during the Republican National Convention were thrown to the wolves as they left the event, and were chased and screamed at as they made their way back to their hotels.

Feral dog packs running loose in our nation’s capital. They need to be eradicated for the safety of law-abiding citizens.

I was hoping to go to DC for my birthday next year when I turn 70. I guess not. The mobs have no respect for anyone and I don't want to be attacked. It's so sad - I love history so much and they are all out to destroy it.

I see all those "protesters" getting by with sticking bullhorns in people's faces and blasting them with their noise and just can't imagine why that isn't treated as a physical assault. I have lost enough hearing over the years from sickness as a kid to working with machinery pretty much all my life. If one of those idiots blasted me with their bullhorn, they might be walking with a bullhorn up their rear if they are able to walk.

DC is now a h#llhole with this mayor. She has an agenda. Remember what Ran Paul said, most of BLM that was attacking them were outsiders. This is could be very true. Someone really messed up in the Trump camp. They should have provided federal protection for the people attending the event and escorted them to their destination.
BLM is out of control. During the daytime, customers dining are being approached and attacked by young white punks. The ones at President Trump's event were bought professional thugs. Big difference. However, both are not acceptable and this out of control. I believe the democrat party owns this. I heard someone (democrat) on Fox say that if Trump gets elected, this is what we will get, continuous rioting.

Not only are the mobs out of control but also the media that supports and encourages them.

I seem to remember that the government in D.C. at one time was the U.S. Congress. They should take it back. It is our capital and we shouldn't be subjected to the leaches idea of government.

The mayor is the one who provided the taxpayer funded supplies and helped paint BLM on the public road leading to the WH. THAT is why there wasn’t enough police security last night. She’s black and is far left, but the demographics of DC insure that her ilk will be running the city for years to come, just as they have for the past several decades. Anyone remember Marion Berry?
DC gun laws prevent it, but it would be justifiable self defense if one of those diners, surrounded by a screaming mob, opened fire.

All of the kids that were bullied or dreamed of being bullies are living out their ultimate fantasy. They don’t see the irony of calling themselves anti-fascists.

The BLM “peaceful protestors” were just following instructions given to them by Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters when they assaulted, accosted, and harassed known Republicans and the general public in restaurants and on the streets of DC. The common sense result of that chaos is the destruction of the tourist industry in the area of DC.
That’s another reason why it is so important that everyone votes in the November election.

Yeah, they have laws. Not much chance that one single thug will be bothered at all, let alone arrested and put in jail.

I find it hard to dig up sympathy for Rand and his wife. Congressional republicans have not come together as one to condemn this rioting like they should be, so I am not too sympathetic to their plight when they experience what normal average citizens are experiencing nationwide. Somebody failed to do their job, and it is time to investigate that Mayor for her part in this.

Some people sure lead pampered lives. This is a quote from a women who was surrounded, screamed and threatened by a mob of pasty white punks, including a skinny 'journalist' who lied about his harassment of people trying to eat their dinner, 'I didn't think they'd do anything to me. I'm very much with them. I've been marching with them for weeks and weeks and weeks.'
Well grow the heck up woman. THIS is what your marching got you. Enjoy living as a slave to the most ignorant of us. Depending on the mercy of criminals is a really stupid idea. As Churchill said, you fool around long enough before fighting back and you won't have a chance to win only to avoid dying as a slave to evil.
Depending on the day and the mood of the situation, I could see where the only reasonable response would be to wrap the handle of a fork with a napkin or grab a bottle by the neck and seek out the nearest aggressor who had anything that might resemble a weapon. If being beaten to death or killed by a brick looks like the only outcome, get ready to go all the way. If law enforcement has been shutdown, you are on your own, so plan for it.
