CNN Political Analyst Joe Lockhart criticized Nick Sandmann after the Covington Catholic graduate gave his speech during the Republican National Convention Tuesday night, calling him “a snot-nosed entitled kid from Kentucky.”(Snip for tweet) Sandmann, who was widely villainized after he was confronted during the March for Life protest in 2019, criticized the media for embracing “cancel culture,” and praised President Donald Trump for calling out those in the media with agendas and refusing to “allow them to create a narrative instead of reporting the facts” during his RNC speech. “I look forward to the day the media returns to providing balanced, responsible and accountable news coverage,” Sandmann said.

Joe, you smell of despiration. Time to change your underwear (I believe you just wet yourself) and look for a new job that isn't so stressful. Telling the truth and reporting the story seems to be difficult for you. Maybe you can be on the cleanup crew Thursday night after the RNC Convention. I believe a lot of liberal/progressive/socialist/communist/democrat heads will be exploding.

Nick Sandmann pointed out the anti-American agenda of CNN and the other anti-Trump networks, and their eagerness to falsify stories in support of that contention. It sure didn't take CNN long to absolutely confirm what he said about them. That young man has more class than can be found on the entire CNN staff.

I expect nothing less from CNN-they have abandoned their role as a news outlet and operate as a propaganda tool now. Sandman, speaking at the RNC, said it himself, that CNN does not broadcast news but is an outlet for Trump hatred...and if they had to destroy the reputation of a teenager wearing a MAGA hat to do it, so be it. And never lose sight that CNN isn't attacking Sandmann, they are attacking everyone of US.

Maturity. Some people never attain it. I am willing to bet Joe Lockhart re-read his tweet quite a few times, chuckling all the while. He was no doubt proud that he cleverly (in his mind only - we will check with cnn legal soon) mashed up and put a bow on his bon mot before he sent it. He thought he had a twofer. He slammed the political opinion of a kid and disparaged a flyover state. "Gee this is great!", he no doubt chuckled. Backlash Joe. cnn legal has yet to fire you. It is very likely you will be fired. All because you didn't have the maturity to think ahead as to what the ramifications would be of bullying and sneering an honest kid and a great State.

The riots, looting and arson that have broken out across America, with tacit or open support from many Democratic politicians, have radically changed the outlook for November’s elections. I wrote last night about the organized assault on civilization that reigned last night in Minneapolis. Utterly incompetent governance at the state and local levels, combined with a sympathy for violent Marxists like those associated with Black Lives Matter, have led to a total breakdown of law and order. I posted videos of some of the looting last night. At least four businesses were also set on fire. I want to add just one more video showing Joe Biden voters

PITHOLE CITY, Pennsylvania — “Pap, I think you had better come see Pithole.” T.B. Whitacre penned those words to his grandfather on July 30, 1865. In January, just seven months earlier, an oil strike along Pithole Creek at Holmden Farm had drawn him and hundreds of people, mostly speculators, to the property where the oil was first discovered. By May, a town was laid out in the lush Venango County wilderness filled with hemlocks, pines, rattlesnakes, bears, deer and porcupines. By July, it was rapidly becoming overgrown with people and derricks, and clogged with buildings. By Christmas 1865, nearly 20,000 people lived there, including Whitacre.

"It was surprising," said Oz Cohen, a member of the Tenuat Tarbut/Cultural Movement in Holon. "I was digging in the ground and when I scooped it out, I saw what looked like very thin leaves. It seems increasingly likely that Hurricane Laura will continue to intensify on Tuesday and Wednesday before making landfall along the upper Texas coast, or possibly southwestern Louisiana, early on Thursday. Of all the many named storms in 2020—and we are on the "L" storm already with the early September peak of the Atlantic hurricane season still looming—this one has the potential to wreak the most widespread devastation yet. This is because Laura will likely become a major hurricane before landfall, reaching Category 3 status, and could potentially strike the populous Houston metro area. That happens to be where I live, in a home about 15 miles from the coast.

We heard from activists and agitators that the statues had to come down, that they were symbols of an unsavory past and could not blight our town centers any longer. In dozens of instances, the statues came down, but the protestors have not been appeased. Protestors are no longer intent on destroying statues and public property; they are now moving on to people. We hear so often that property damage isn't violence.

In the 1970s and ‘80s, NASA had a serious marketing problem. The glory years of the moon landings were over, and the Space Shuttle, initially fascinating to the public, became a routine, in-the-background news story, until it wasn’t, when the Challenger exploded in 1986. NASA was sitting on hundreds of hours of film shot by the astronauts on converted U.S. Air Force aircraft gun cameras during the lunar missions, which it meticulously kept stored in climate-controlled conditions, but the public rarely saw this footage. Enter Al Reinert (1947-2018), a former journalist who had covered Apollo 17, the last moon landing, for the Houston Chronicle.

On average, the subject group reported moderate alcohol consumption, indicated by an AUDIT-C score of 3.92.
