The presidency of Barack Obama was heralded as a transformative event in American racial history. So why did it seem to do so little to advance racial equality or alter long-standing patterns of African American subjugation? We hear that, if he wins in November, Joe Biden, the former vice president, will restore the essence of the Obama-Biden administration and put America back on a path to racial justice. But over eight years, what did Obama achieve?
Long before Obama ran for president, a wide range of black voices questioned whether he was ‘black enough’ to represent African Americans. At Harvard Law, Obama’s election as the first black president of the prestigious

Obama's Big Fu##ing Deal, the Affordable Care Act, was his legacy. Naturally, it was a total failure, just like everything he did. Michelle's legacy is the millions of Frequent Flyer miles she accrued using Air Force One as her family charter plane, flying to faaaaabulous vacations all over the world. Stories abound about how MIchelle's mother, accompanying Michelle, was demanding and rude to hotel staffs everywhere they went, acting like a nouveau riche dowager queen.

Obama was a privileged "Black" man. He grew up smoking pot and playing around. He never worked hard as a teenager or as a young man. He went to private schools. He dated white girls. He never changed. His laziness has been who he was and how he governed. He looked out for himself not his fellow black friends because he wasn't really one of them. A leopard can't change its spots.

The leopard did change his spots slightly. He dated white girls but married a black man.

Obama's legacy lives on in politics and the government. It is a legacy of deceit, division, lies, and corruption.

obama's legacy is the stain and shame on America that he ever soiled our White House and nation. It takes certain black people to tell just how little blacobama did for them. Ask black people in Chicago specifically. Ask black people anywhere and they stumble all over themselves trying to come up with something. When they can't, they just make something up that causes you to roll your eyes and walk away. And, even though some of them can't name a single thing he did, they still honor him as god. Such low race esteem.

Obama was just a good old boy, like Bill Clinton. He just wanted to play golf and enjoy the perks of office. He wanted to get rich, like the Clintons did, by stealing from the taxpayers. He had a successful model to follow, even though he didn't like the Clintons. He cultivated foreign government officials to share in the bounty, if they would launder money for him. Obama is now very rich. He had no loyalty or patriotism for America. He is no different from the anarchists destroying our cities, except that he was too lazy to participate!

His legacy will be an America that won't elect a democrat president (let alone a black one) for many years, if ever again.

the only thing "transformative" about barry soetoro's presidency was the increase in the size of his wallet.

I only read about 1/2 of this, but in that half, the only legacy the author wrote about related to the fact that he's Black. Is his only legacy the fact that he's the first black president? That seems a racist attitude.

Zero just had an in-depth discussion with Biden. 'How old are you'. 'Are you male for Female'. 'How much is 2 + 2'. 'Where is the basement in your house'. Tough questions such as those, but not exactly those, for a Presidential candidate.

Blacks officially achieved equality decades ago but they ignored what education and job preference potentially could do for them. Unrestricted sex and the drug culture is a lot more appealing than working and raising a family. Obama's objective was to make them MORE equal than everybody else and make sure there was a sharp division between them and everybody else. As we can see from the current temper tantrum, that goal has been met. Sorry, BLM, but it's going to be a long downhill fall going forward.

There will never be a culture that does not see the difference between Races. Blacks have primarily Black Friends. That doesn’t make them Racist. Caucasians primarily have Caucasian Friends that doesn’t make them Racist.
The correct word would be Biased! As human beings we are naturally drawn to others that are like us.
That Bias does not prevent Races from working together, going to school together or living in the same neighborhood. We don’t have to be Friends to be Friendly!!!
