Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-Ill.) criticized President Trump’s 4th of July speech at Mount Rushmore for focusing on the accomplishments of historical figures. “He spent all of his time talking about dead traitors,” Duckworth, a potential Biden vice president pick, told CNN in an interview. In his speech, President Trump listed numerous historical figures and celebrities who played a large role in American history. Among those listed were the founding fathers, the presidents of Mount Rushmore, Fredwrick Douglass, Ulysses S. Grant, Martin Luther King, Harriet Tubman, and Elvis Presley.

during my academic career, I worked with several different cunning linguists. Some of them were quite feminine, some masculine but friendly, sort of a guy to guy relationship much like Mike Baxter and his blonde motorcycle riding neighbor on Last Man Standing, but a few were like Tammy Baldwin - nasty, man haters, sour, haters of everything.

She lied to help "denigrate" Trump, of course, She lied on CNN, because she knew she had "cover" from them. They lie, she lies, nobody asks questions about it. Tammy, you make it really hard to honor your service, what with losing your legs, etc. Hard to believe a Lt. Colonel would lie, but then like Vindman, I guess it's true. Lt. Colonels can and do lie.

Hate does horrible things to a person's mind. It is one of the worst motivators in life. Democrats have a worm in their heads and it lives on hate. Making Hawaii a State was a mistake, since all it produces are liberal Demonrats.

A winning message for the democRATs! This is exactly what all Americans believe and want to hear. We hate our lousy country and want it torn down and replaced with an idealist paradise of progressive socialist communism. I can hardly wait for a sputtering old fool who can't put three sentences together to MY PRESIDENT! YAY!!! It is going to be glorious! This will either not stand and the democrats will be pushed into the wilderness for 20 years or my country and fellow citizens have finally become brainwashed robots! If you look at Drudge anymore (never read it) it appears that all is lost!!!

Traitors to whom? Only to democrat haters who would drive this country into the ground with their anti-American policies and rhetoric. They are the real traitors who have just recently conspired to commit sedition against a duly elected President. The rest of us stand as a grateful nation that understands that we live relatively free lives, and have done so for more than two centuries because of these selfless men who the democrats call traitors. They gave us freedom, equality, the rule of law and the acknowledgement that our rights come from God, not from man. They laid the foundation for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The constant denigration of our founding is repulsive to the vast majority of Americans. We are not an ungrateful nation. And nothing has driven that home more than the democrats rabid rejection of our beloved nation. We have watched as democrats have unleashed hate into every aspect of our lives and frankly, we have had it. We do not want to be governed by such a sick, twisted and disrespectful bunch of ingrates. Come hell or high water, there will be an outpouring of grateful voters who will reject the damnable democrats and their evil strategies. There absolutely are the traitors among us and, God willing, they will be soundly defeated.

Without the founding fathers there would be no USA as we know it today, with North America from wherever the Mexican Border would be today up to the Arctic being one country, maybe still associated with the UK as Australia and Canada are today. Who knows where the Black population would be today as the British Empire abolished slavery decades before the US Civil War, in that respect it’s possible the British could have returned a large percentage back to Africa.

I can tell you exactly what happened here. I don't have the patience to dig it all out for you, but after Trump's speech someone made comments about his praising confederate generals, or defending their statues, or some such thing, and it got picked up by other Trump haters and passed along. I've read other comments people have made about Trump glorifying or defending confederate generals. Obviously, none of them, including Duckworth, bothered to listen to the speech or read the transcript. I expect all of them are the same people who in school gave book reports on books they never even opened. Rather alarming for a senator to be so ill-informed. So the question is, is she ignorant, or is she a liar?

Someday this mass insanity of the Democrats, the enemedia, and all their other collaborators will be studied and written about. Their hatred is just spiraling out of control. Each day brings another round of jaw-dropping lies and wild charges that have no grounding in reality. In fact the continued escalation of their hatred is such that it's hard to see how this will end peacefully. They simply won't accept any thoughts that don't conform exactly to their ideology, nor will they accept governance from anyone who isn't one of them. In other words, they are escalating slowly but surely to a hot civil war. These are the early skirmishes on their chosen battlegrounds and on their terms. Those of us who love America and its founding principles and constitution better be prepared to not just repel them, but to win.

Biden was admittedly great friends with KKK members, including Byrd who was a senior poobah in the Klan. Why doesn't that matter to the democrats right now? Because they hope to USE him to get the White House, where his VP, or a shadow administration, would take over. Biden would no longer be needed. He would probably soon die of ''natural causes'' or (sadly) be admitted to a rest home for dementia patients. Lots of crocodile tears from democrats.....

Just because someone has served, and in Duckworth's case given more than service, does not mean we have to respect them. And the reason for that statement is that Duckworth, like McCain (and some others) use that service to get a pass for any normally unacceptable act or statement. Service does not justify respect for someone who would use their service to get a pass for denigrating the country, the President or the opposing party. All it says is that the person lacks character, integrity and ethics. And having served does not overcome that.

Clearly Ms. Duck-poop is auditioning to be Biden's Veep. Read the speech --- she's lying. Pure and simple. Another "veteran" like John Effin' Kerry. Someone who was basically a loser but said "I'll bet the military will take me if I really pretend to give a hoot (I cleaned that up) about America! And my active service will be a great career enhancement" . And --- sure enough--- it was. Sad seeing that she's Thai on mom's side but her white American dad's military service was long and her family's army creds go back to the Revolution! Amazing how some hate themselves and all they have been given.

I really don't give a darn about Tammy's service or her injuries. Really. The US military has had plenty of low life losers, from Benedict Arnold, who actually did win a vital battle for the Revolution, before selling himself as a traitor, to Lee Harvey Oswald. Tammy's increasingly communist, terrorist, pronouncements mean she is giving comfort and aid to the enemy. You would think she would know better, but that is a rat for you.

And, yet, the 1864 Democrat platform was to let the South secede from the Union, which would have enshrined slavery as the law of that section of the land, which included Virginia,North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi,Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. So, the official Democrat solution was to leave slavery in place, and walk away from those States. Something else to consider when wanting to mention traitors, no foreign government or the Union, recognized the Southern States in any official capacity. Only the Democrat party was willing to recognize them if they had won the 1864 election. Imagine too, that Abraham Lincoln had nothing but War to contend with during his entire Presidency. (sound familiar with what today's Democrats are doing with the current President?)

Now that the Supreme Court has vouchsafed the power of a state to require its presidential electors to vote in line with their state’s popular vote, a new question glimmers in the constitutional mist: Could a state require its electors to vote against the wishes of the state’s own voters? That might seem a ridiculous question. Feature, though, the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. It’s a workaround designed to commit the states to use the Electoral College to deliver the presidency to the winner of the national popular vote. After he is gone, Mr. Biden’s Wikipedia page will say: “1973-2021: Accomplished nothing in Washington; hung out with segregationists. 2021-2025: Fixed everything; saved world.” Economic doldrums of the Obama non-recovery economy got you down? It is more than a possibility, and slightly less than a likelihood, that Joe Biden will be elected president in November. Biden has made it clear that a woman will be his running mate. What is becoming equally apparent is that he may be cornered into choosing a socialist or progressive as that person. As he runs his campaign from his basement, allowing President Trump to stomp his feet and shout as he tries to mount a more traditional campaign, Biden has shown little inclination to take on his own foot-stomping base.

Back in our cheery, prelapsarian days—2016, to be exact—a young and photogenic NFL quarterback named Colin Kaepernick chose to express his patriotism by kneeling whenever the National Anthem was played before football games. The US drone strike that killed Qassem Soleimani, Iran’s top general, and nine other people was a violation of international law, according to the UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial killing. Washington failed to provide enough evidence of an ongoing or imminent attack against its interests to justify the strike on Soleimani’s convoy as it left Baghdad airport, Agnes Callamard said Monday.
