Before ‘takedown’ of General Flynn,
he was planning to audit John Brennan
for running billions ‘off the books’

Sidney Powell, attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, said her client, in his duties as the White House national security adviser, was prepared to “audit” the U.S. intelligence community. That, according to the former federal prosecutor, is partly why federal agents “set up” Flynn. Powell, who took over Flynn’s defense last summer, told the “Vickie McKenna Show” on 1310 WIBA Madison that her client was “totally set up” because he threatened to expose wrongdoing by top intelligence officials in the Obama administration.

Isn't the CIA in close cahoots with Soros? These people are deeply entrenched in robbing US and tearing up this nation, and it's all for selfish gain.

The increasingly crazed behavior of many Democrats indicates they have much--MUCH--to hide. Hillary's failure and Trump's win ruined everything. They were on the brink of completing the transfer of American power to a 100% shadow government, and realizing Barack Obama's vision of a "total transformation" of the USA into a Marxist regime. They aren't going down without an ugly fight--even if it means destroying the country rather than "transforming" it. Obama's presidency resembled nothing so much as a 15-year-old kid stealing his father's car keys and joyriding for 8 years. The car barely survived. But he's still itching to wreck the union that strives to be more perfect.

The energetic way that John Brennan defends himself, pushes the Russian collusion and criticizes the Trump administration in the most angry terms shows me that the man is guilty of abusing his position, his power and much more under the veil of "classified" information. He is most certainly one of the main cogs in Obama's evil machine.

When President Trump appointed Flynn Obama and his crew became very nervous thus the aggressive prosecution and stalking of Flynn by the FBI. Flynn did nothing but scare the bunch of thieves. Link all of this, and the current unrest, to a matter of doing what's right and wrong. Some might say that's law and order, but law and order is more that we are a nation of laws, and if we don't uphold those laws, including people who would be in the previous administration, then we have some who determine they don't need to follow laws either. Paint the picture with simple to remember slogans - didn't provide for peaceful transition of power - spied on political opponents - spied on incoming administration - own special counsel found no Russian collusion - 50+ intel transcripts hidden by Dems proved no one was colluding Maybe the biggest mistake of the Flynn prosecutors was not following through with sentencing - presumably they thought Trump would pardon him, and they'd have a political tool to bludgeon with. By leaving this case open, it allowed for more information to come to light, and prove there was no reasonable rationale to open an investigation, except to jolt the incoming Trump administration and force them to play defense on day 4.

It took several months for the first iteration of the Ferguson Effect to become obvious. Michael Brown was fatally shot by a Ferguson, Missouri, police officer in August 2014, triggering local riots and a national narrative about lethally racist police. Officers backed off proactive policing in minority neighborhoods, having been told that such discretionary enforcement was racially oppressive. By early 2015, the resulting spike in shootings and homicides had become patent and would lead to an additional 2,000 black homicide victims in 2015 and 2016, compared with 2014 numbers. Today’s violent-crime increase—call it Ferguson Effect 2.0 or the Minneapolis Effect—has come on with a speed and magnitude

The fevered frenzy against public monuments has caused varied reactions. Among scholars, the main symptom is seemingly contagious dispassion. When a New York Times columnist spoke with art historian Erin Thompson, for example, their interview closed with Thompson recommending the use of chains for those interested in inverting large objects. She appears to have an affinity for neither art nor history. Thompson may have caught the bug from archaeologist Sarah Parcak, who recently — and apparently satirically — briefed mobs struggling to dislodge obelisks. “It is sometimes complained,” drawls historian William Cavert, “that such acts erase history.” According to him, that is a popular grievance against the destruction of statues

Many see the slogan Black Lives Matter as a plea to secure the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans, especially historically wronged African Americans. They add the BLM hashtag to their social-media profiles, carry BLM signs at protests and make financial donations. As protesters and armed anarchists seized control last month of a swath of Seattle's downtown that includes a police station, dubbing it Capitol Hill Organized Protest, the local and mainstream media largely echoed elected leaders by insisting it was a peaceful protest – until people started getting killed. The spin by the Seattle Times and national outlets that covered it belied the violent and dangerous origin of the area that began on June 8, when Seattle police abandoned their own station and allowed self-described anarchists to create a "police-free" zone. On Wednesday, police went back in and finished clearing out the area,

As states begin to reopen and America tries to recreate normalcy, masks have replaced social distancing as the new moral statement. Just as adherence to lockdowns was framed by many as a sign of virtue—with some arguing that those who refused to abide by the lockdown orders should forfeit medical care for Covid-related indications—masks have become a face-borne signal of righteousness. As a virologist, I find this perplexing, considering the limited evidence in favor of masks. More than anything, the scientific rationale behind masks appears to be that wearing them does little harm. Countervailing benefit need not be particularly significant to justify a public-health intervention.
