In 2017, I was enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend at "Gigi's Café," situated in the cloisters of "woke" left Minneapolis. At a nearby window sat a group of elderly, ill tempered radical feminists, worn out from their morning protest march against bête noire President Trump. (Snip) . How is it possible that these elderly rainbow warriors, who have personally benefited from civil rights legislation, now retired from sociology departments with generous pensions, are still so bitter, still chanting, "Down with the patriarchy!"?
No!
With this generation not having any historical perspective of the horrors of communism/fascism/totalitarianism, this country is done-zo within 50 years.
All great countries ultimately die from within.
Beam us ALL up, Scotty!

The Constitution is a good start, but it has been found to have many loopholes. The first loophole was the "finding" that the killing of unborn children was legal - AND any effort to limit those killings was "unconstitutional."
God is real, and his laws are simple. There about ten of them. Killing children is against those laws.
This nation can not exist with the legalization of abortion.

Exactly right, OP. "Social justice" is the equivalent of injustice. Innocent individuals get blamed for the sins allegedly committed by other members of their race, sex, etc.

Everyday after scanning the news, I thank God I don't live in a liberal sate, city or community. I saw the hand writing on the wall many years ago and moved far away. I've been around long enough to see worse, but I don't know what disgusts me more, the rioters or the elected officials to condone and advocate it.

Have you heard anyone lately referring to the "living Constitution" as a justification for anything? I think it's because the Left thinks they are free of it because they've killed it.

Not much of a war--one side has all the guns, and the other side is confused about which restroom to use.

it didn't actually survive the first Civil War. Prior to that we were a voluntary confederation of united states, with a very weak, and fairly inconsequential federal government After that we were a group of semi-autonomous states, controlled by a federal government which had used troops and violence to force people who wanted to separate from them to remain, under federal control. And the federal government has grown far more powerful, almost eclipsing the once sovereign states.
The agreement that unlay the Constitution was seriously changed, by force of arms.
I really hope we don't do this all over again. I am enough of a history reader, and have visited many sites, and lived near many Civil War sites in Va. Horrific. But, if they absolutely insist, we can do it again. It will be ugly and many will die. I really don't want that to happen.

They demand more than God will gift without effort and sacrifice, and become angry. They have no God, so they blame those who believe and obey. How dare they be expected to conform!
And so, they are permanent victims, angry at world, but really angry at the God they claim to disbelieve. That is why they are forever angry, but they don’t fully understand it themselves.

The sappy idea that communists shouldn't be deported or hanged (or gutted) where ever they were discovered in this country has led us to this point. (Long march through the institutions, anyone?)
If you don't have the stomach to forcibly rebuff all who attempt to violate the constitution, then this is what you get. You don't want liberty and freedom badly enough to do the hard actions required.
And too many have never read what the founders went through or thought, and may not even have a clue what freedom and liberty actually mean. If they did, you wouldn't see the laws that exist today, or the politicians that have been elected. Just despicable.

The Left does have a god. It is the State, when they are in power. Whether or not they have the Presidency, leftists steadily, indefatigably work to wrest as many and as much State mechanisms into their demonic little hands, in order to render the individual Citizen obsolete. So we have collective responsibility, the "community" over all (uber alles), you have collective guilt.
As little demigods, leftists assume the right and necessity to determine who is to be lumped in together for a community purgation. There was a whole mess of them last week alone, one of the saddest, Drew Brees. Throughout history, there have been mass executions, sacrificial orgies, and not even that long ago. In more ancient times hundreds would be sacrificed to angry gods, on the gallows, at the guillotine, in the arms of Moloch, to the bloodthirsty chants in Maoist China. There's more, so much more.
Our Founders were imperfect men, and they knew it, they were profoundly aware of Man's, our, natural inclinations, and why they so strongly stressed the need for moral education, based in Scripture, where they found the basis for our body of Laws, that our Republic wouldn't survive without a moral people, an educated people.
So we see why the Left had to get God out of the public schools, out of the marketplace, out of the arts and literature and all media, to destroy the family and those sacred bonds between male and female and children, smash to pieces respect for the Law.
And THEN, they began to reconstruct things in their own image, a fouled and violent, impious and vengeful, ruthless, mindless image, and proclaim it to be righteous. So we have the spectacle of clownish politicians like Cuomo and Pelosi, those abortion advocates, choking on the blood of the innocent, picking up the Bible and reading a verse or two.
Real leaders will continue to stand against the accusations of collective guilt with the demand for collective penalties which they will impose. Innocent until PROVEN guilty must be resoundingly affirmed, because this simple and clear standard is what has kept us from spiraling out of control in a medieval cycle of vengeance and revenge.

We'll know on November 3rd. If President Trump wins re-election, this country will survive as Antifa, corrupt officials, and treasonous supporters will be exposed and jailed.
If he loses, it's over.

Remember, #17, the sixth commandment is often mistranslated as "Thou shalt not kill." The correct translation is "Thou shalt not murder." In a war, killing is not murder.

Actually, the Constitution did not survive the Civil War. The 13, 14 and 15th Amendment essentially killed individual rights when they were used during the 50's and 60's to justify the Civil Rights act and the Great Society.

Reading the book "The American Founding," the last paragraph in the book states "Ordinary people readily understand that it is wrong to hold people blameworthy for acts they were powerless to affect. They understand that people should be responsible for the wrongs only they do, not the wrongs done by their family or other members of the race." Compare that with today's white priveledge garbage.
