Let Us Spare A Thought For Prince Harry
As He Struggles For Gainful Employment

As a place to live and work, Los Angeles was supposed to be a soft landing for the bracingly handsome new parents and their baby boy, and, in housing anyway, it seems to have been that, if as reported they seem to be ensconced in Tyler Perry's awe-inspiring mansion and its 17-acre grounds atop Beverly Hills. But Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have come in hard on this landing. In truth, Los Angeles is not an easy town even without the ambient chaos of the patchwork SARS-CoV-2 lockdown or the George Floyd protests, as generations of wannabe actors and auteurs who have come to seek fortune can attest.

Comments:

This is an absolutely terrific article. Martin obviously knows the territory - or any other territory where an ex-royal and his tv actress wife might sail in and expect to take the place by storm. Ain’t happening. And Martin doesn’t appear to see anything but a hard landing for this pathetic pair...

Gleaned FTA: ''Los Angeles is about as far away from Buckingham Palace as you can get and still be speaking English.'' The last thing Prince Harry needs is little old southern women saying, ''Bless his heart, he's pitiful.''

Oh please..... Harry will be fine. There is no shortage of people out there only too happy to pay him so that his name can appear on the board of directors. Biden Jr can give him pointers. He can earn millions on the speaking tour.....ask Bill Clinton. Or form a charitable organization that pays his way. Chelsea Clinton can give him pointers. He's a royal...... that alone is worth money, with or without the actual title. He can go back to beong a pilot. Start a helicopter ferrying service. Our elites would pay handsomely to be ferried around by him.

I think Harry is already wondering "what have I done"! He left a Royal Title, Free Home, Free everything living in the UK just because he is Prince Harry! He walked away with a life that millions in Both the US and the UK can only dream about. He had his family, his Buddies that he's known all of his life and for WHAT? He did it for a woman who is a Fake! He probably will wind up going back to his former life, probably without Meghan and there is a good chance he will also lose his Son! All because he didn't put his foot down and tell Miss Meghan that she was going to have to learn to live as a Royal because HE wasn't going anywhere and his Son wasn't going anywhere either! He's a FOOL! The Queen will welcome him with open arms, but he will forever be looked at the same way as King Edward when he gave up the Throne for Wallis Simpson. The people in the UK looked as him as a Weak and Foolish man. They are going to think of Harry exactly the same way!

The boy-prince had a job. It was a well-paid and cushy job. Absolutely no heavy lifting. Just show up, and not even every day, and he'd have had a cushy life. But then Meghan came along. Now he does not have that well-paid and cushy job. He's dependent on hand-outs from others. He may never get another well-paid and cushy job, although I believe if he went back to Charles and Elizabeth with his had in hand, and begged their forgiveness, and swore to do the jobs handed to him, they'd welcome him. Do I feel sorry for him? Yes, and no. Yes, because he's stuck with Meghan. No, because he stupidly let her drive their ship into the ground.

# 7 - the worst part with these two is their son and how he's being raised. No granny's or grandfathers, no cousins, no aunts, no uncles. As for Harry losing his child, the reason Markle won't let the child go back to England if she can possibly stop it is because there was, not sure if it's still there, but actually all children belong to the crown. The Queen can always take the child for herself. You can bet Markle will never let him out of her control.

Once you understand the larger objectives, everything becomes a sequence of predictable events. The term “community policing” has been used for several years by groups advocating for radical changes to law enforcement; however, behind the innocuous phrase is really a much more serious agenda. If each community can determine the enforcement of law, then essentially all communities can eliminate the underlying law itself. Remove local enforcement of law and the local community can independently assemble a social structure separate from all other binding contracts that frame a larger societal compact.
