Trump says he will designate Antifa
a terrorist organization as GOP
points fingers at extremists

Democratic and Republican officials on Sunday took aim at groups like Antifa and Boogaloo as well as demonstrators from out of town as responsible for violent episodes at protests in major cities across the country. President Donald Trump tweeted that he was designating Antifa as a terrorist organization. That followed Trump and Attorney General William Barr earlier pointing to anti-fascist organizers and anarchists as culprits behind the mayhem following the death of a 46-year-old black man, George Floyd, at the hands of Minneapolis police. Others said right-wing extremists such as Boogaloo followers, who hope to bring about a second Civil War, were pushing for such uprising in the protests.

And, of course, NBC tries to make this all about "right wing" organizers by conflating some tiny, marginal group called boogaloo with the vast, well-funded array of left-wing Antifa style groups actual at fault here.

Long past time. This international organization infiltrated our country and has caused endless chaos. Problem is that they have become the poster children. the blanket designation, for a wide range of domestic terrorist organizations that are not Antifa plus a ragtag bunch of opportunists who belong to no organization - or maybe local gangs - and seize the moment when there’s a riot in progress, joining in, looting, burning, and very often getting away with it. 500 persons were arrested last night in Los Angeles. The latest feckless sheriff, Villanueva, was on TV this morning that all but 18 were released as most of the 500 were arrested for “failure to disperse”. Only 18 remained in jail for such things as looting and arson. We watched more than 18 black men and women racing in and out of just ONE store in Los Angeles, carrying clothes and shoe boxes… Go after Antifa - but it is the tip of a very large iceberg, IMO...

How are the police to tell the difference between law abiding sincere protestors and the violent activists & antifa when they are all mixed together in a crowd? Even the legit protestors can accidently get caught up in the mayhem! At this point, it would be best for the sincere protestors to not come out every evening and, in so doing, inadvertantly contribute to concealing antifa perps among the crowd. Help the police address the violent lawbreakers who are there simply to participate in anarchy by avoiding the nightly crowd.

The police won't have time to sort out who is who. I would advise sincere protesters to stay away from the Antifa thugs. It's not hard to do. Otherwise, go to jail and explain it to the law, or maybe a judge. Also, don't wear Antifa garb and carry potential weapons. Disperse when ordered by the police. See? It's really not hard!

Well the American Communist Legal Unit (ACLU) has already come out and said that the President does not have legal authority to declare that ANTIFA is a domestic terrorist group. So if the President follows through on his declaration, look for Adam Schiff and Jerold Nadler to swing into action with another impeachment investigation claiming that the President exceeded his authority during the riots looking towards again impeaching the President and removing him from office.

Why are anarchists, socialists and always discontented Democrats rioting over the death of Pink Floyd? The English rock group may no longer be performing, but their albums are still available. Makes little sense, especially since Pink Floyd is one of the most commercially successful and influential bands in popular music history. I don’t understand leftists. What’s depressing is that the anti News media will always mention the nonexistent “white supremists” whenever they mention ANTIFA and/or the rioters. Certain that the AP has already placed white supremist in its style book for the riots.

Two Brooklyn lawyers accused of tossing a Molotov cocktail at an empty NYPD car during a chaotic George Floyd protest last weekend are now getting tossed into lockup themselves — for now. Princeton grad Colinford Mattis, 32, and his alleged accomplice and fellow lawyer Urooj Rahman, 31, lost their home detention status late Friday when three federal judges ordered them returned to official custody pending a further review of their bail appeal. Mattis and Rahman were initially granted permission to stay in their respective homes after posting $250,000 bail, and an initial attempt by federal prosecutors to get that decision overturned failed. Prosecutors appealed again and Friday the federal panel

The Trump administration is removing a tool some Democratic states have used to block construction of new fossil fuel infrastructure, such as oil and gas pipelines. In recent years climate change activists encouraged states and tribes to exercise their power under section 401 of the Clean Water Act. It gives local authorities the right to review new projects to make sure they don't harm local water. "So it essentially gives states veto power over federal decisions," Daniel Estrin, an attorney (snip). The Tunguska event, a seismic blast that rocked a remote Siberian forest more than a century ago, is believed to have been caused by a meteor that exploded before it hit the ground. Once you understand the larger objectives, everything becomes a sequence of predictable events. The term “community policing” has been used for several years by groups advocating for radical changes to law enforcement; however, behind the innocuous phrase is really a much more serious agenda. If each community can determine the enforcement of law, then essentially all communities can eliminate the underlying law itself. Remove local enforcement of law and the local community can independently assemble a social structure separate from all other binding contracts that frame a larger societal compact.
