That’s it?!
Transcripts of the infamous calls between Michael Flynn and then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak reveal what was already known: The conversations between an incoming administration official and a foreign representative weren’t treason, they were perfectly normal.
The Obama administration had just sanctioned Russia for its meddling in the 2016 election. Flynn is requesting that Kislyak lobby to keep Russia’s response “reciprocal” because he didn’t want things to escalate — particularly in the fresh days of new leadership.
Funny how the liberal media didn’t think there was anything wrong with President Barack Obama making a similar plea to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in the run-up to the 2012 election;

Who's going to pay Flynn's 6 million $$$ legal bill to Holder's law firm? 3 years of fake leaks & media propaganda.

The thing is, all the people that were pushing the meme of Flynn's collusion with Russia KNEW all this. Many in the intelligence agencies and FBI had access to the call transcripts. These calls were little more than planning a get together for a golf game and yet BO's administration and Congressional dems blatantly lied and framed Flynn.
It flows that since the calls were innocuous, there was NO crime. There was no predicate to launch an investigation, of any kind. This is why Barr called in Durham. He probably got a look at the transcripts and asked "THIS is what you are calling evidence???? Who was involved in this mickey mouse witch hunt?".
Then, KNOWING that this was going to get exposed at some point, these horrible liars doubled down in their attacks. It was an exercise in raw, naked, corrupt power. We did it because we could.
Makes you think, what else have they done that we don't know about yet just because they could?

Bottomline, this guy was framed. This is horrible. He was tricked into pleading guilty. He should SUE his previous attorney.

Old jug ears needs to reimburse Flynn and others costs that they incurred in defending themselves from Obama's witch hunts.
After all, there comes a point when a person has made enough money, right Stinky?

The real “bottom line” is Flynn pleaded guilty. He maintained his guilt, admitted twice under oath, for two years. He claimed twice under oath that he was not pressured to plead such. See his problem?
Read DOJ’s motion to dismiss. It does not exonerate Flynn. It does not say he was framed. It just says the case could not be proven with the tainted evidence.

#6 Re. "See the problem?": Not really. Who will bring charges and prosecute Gen. Flynn for the alleged crime of perjury, i.e., pleading guilty, when he was in fact innocent? According to many sources, innocent people plead guilty all the time to stop the bleeding. Has anyone ever been charged with perjury when later exonerated?

And Flynn may have believed that he "technically lied" to the FBI because he couldn't remember every detail of his conversations. He and his attorneys were never allowed to review the transcripts.

An official from an incoming Adminstration has the absolute right to discuss the future with a foreign Nation. Is he/she supposed to wait until the current Administration makes every effort to destroy a relationship. Gen Flynn's call was completely appropriate, unless he gave away State secrets. All he did was ask his Russian counterpart to 'cool it' until the Administration transfer took place; in other words, do not escalate any dispute. That is DIPLOMACY. and the LEFT da*n well knew there was nothing untoward mentioned during the conversation; after all, they illegally taped it.

Here’s your problem, #7. Start by reading DOJ’s motion to dismiss. Find the word innocent or exonerated in that motion. Neither is there. Read the reason for the motion. It does not say the was no crime. It says they would be unable to convict without the tainted evidence.
You do understand that the “trial” is over? You do understand that Flynn stands guilty by his own two-time pleading under oath? You do understand the perjury offense that relates to his plea?
Flynn is a victim of his own making, from beginning to end.

And WHO WILL GO TO PRISON?
This is guraranteed to be the new normal of behavior of Dems in power unless a bunch of them spend many years in prison. ANY other "fix" will be worth ZERO, and will result in them saying "wow, we got away with it.
We'll be smarter and better next time. "
