When dining rooms in Washington start to reopen in the coming months, restaurants will not be required to record customers’ contact information after all.
In a walk-back of a controversial component of the restaurant reopening guidance issued earlier this week, Gov. Jay Inslee’s office issued a statement on Friday evening “clarifying” that the state will not require customers to provide their contact information when they go out to eat.
Instead, businesses are asked to maintain a list of customers who voluntarily do so.
“We are asking visitors to voluntarily provide contact information in case of COVID-19 exposure. We only need information for one person per household.

In chinese accent: “escort these undocumented diners to the rice paddy!”
The dims are so sick: no papers for certain foreigners (eg, those not arriving by airplane), but diners must provide documentation.
Dims will need citizen sanctuary cities if they ever awaken from their stupor (like the fool who said “I voted for all their tax increases now I can’t afford to live here. Somebody needs to do something!”).

#2 reminds me of my childhood when people wrote Zorro in a similar way, or one of the Mad Magazine characters. Thanks for the laugh. It probably will happen.

I suspect that it finally dawned on this fascist that HE too would have to comply when he and/or his wife went out to dinner and the media could be following up on all HIS contacts. Don't doubt me on this.

When their state asks for the names and addresses of their patrons, restaurants should hand them a copy of the local phone book.

He will probably be covertly checking their citizens' movements by cell phone. Even if you don't have location services,GPS, etc. turned on, they can track by what cell towers your phone pings. Your phone always searches for the strongest signal it can find and a determined search can pretty well tell where you are. As for now, law enforcement needs a warrant to search your phone and location history. That said, after the deep state malfeasance we have seen in the last few years is there any doubt that our rulers would not hesitate to subvert that in a "national emergency" ie: pandemic or any other power-grabbing reason that they can think of.

The
Gov of Louisiana is looking for persons who will go door-to-door and ask "How are you feeling? And have you had any contact with someone who has tested positive with the virus." Have not heard any kind of protests on this one. Mr. Bel Edwards is a rat fink. Iffen you don't vote for his faves he will find a way to punish you. I don't know what my reaction will be iffen one of those rats come to my house. Maybe I should invite them in to visit with my Catahoula hound dog.

Ittl be just like when Radio Shack started insisting on phone numbers before ringing up the items. "you dont need my phone number". When they argue, walk out. Pretty soon they are chasing you to the door apologizing.
