Lawyers for General Michael Flynn said in a new supplemental filing that previously undisclosed evidence “proves” the former national security adviser for President Trump was “deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.”
“The government has deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of this prosecution—knowing there was no crime by Mr. Flynn,” the filing reads. It claims that the head prosecutor on the case, Brandon Van Grack, made a “side deal” with Flynn’s former defense team to not prosecute Flynn’s son — despite threatening to Flynn that he would do so — in order to get Flynn to plead guilty.

How convenient for the corrupt FBI, the DNC and the Trump hating media, a late Friday news dump that will disappear by Monday. We all know that not a single “reporter” in the daily Corona virus briefing will ask the President about Director Wray and his General Counsel, Dana Bomte. Let’s hope the President asks AG Barr why Wray ans Bonte are still employed by the Bureau.

This is one of the most devastating acts of injustice that I have ever heard of. Here a man lost everything, his home, his financial security, and his life because of corrupt Obama administration left overs and the a corrupt Justice Department. He has been going through hell for the last 3 years trying to prove his innocence. To top it off, his original defense attorney was just as corrupt. The FBI framed this man and then the prosecutor tried to get him to plea guilty by going after his son. FBI Director Wray needs to be removed from his position. He was recommended by Rosenstein for the Director position. He is dirty. I want to see justice!! General Flynn needs to sue his original defense attorney, the FBI and the Department of Justice. Sue for MILLIONS!!

FTA: "Citing an FBI official, The Federalist reported Friday that new documents filed in court have “significant” exculpatory evidence for Flynn, but were opposed from being disclosed by FBI general counsel Dana Boente. The Daily Caller then reported that Boente was acting on behalf of FBI Director Christopher Wray."
The FBI is a disgraceful, corrupt mess.
If an FBI agent asks you what time it is, you'd better get a lawyer before answering them.

Sidney Powell is a rock star! Thank goodness she took General Flynn’s case and has done the unthinkable! Dare I say her actions may break open the cancer of corruption that is endemic and destroying justice in this country. These FBI and DOJ criminals are the worst because they have perverted justice which is foundational to the Republic and civil order. God bless General Flynn and may he be made whole in every aspect that has been taken from him due to the criminal behavior of the two highest law enforcement agencies in the country. Are we really going to see justice done? Please, let it be so.

this has been known from the beginning of the Flynn case. Flynn protected his son from selective prosecution - not registering as a foreign agent. General Flynn, a father, did what most fathers would do to protect a son.
Ironically, dollar Bill Clinton's former lawyer, Greg Craig, was prosecuted for the same offense, and was quickly acquitted.
and the Podesta brothers, knee deep in Russian corruption, were given a pass by the FBI and DOJ.
It may be the time to scrap the FBI entirely, and come up with a replacement organization.

#6 - I doubt very much that many fathers would cop a plea for a crime they did not commit, supported by a battery of high-priced/high-powered lawyers, to protect a son. Flynn was sunk by hubris...a retired general, the National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. FBI agents want to talk...sure, boys, come on in. Coffee? How can I help you?

I suspect that Flynn's ''former lawyers'' are going to make him well financially. They should pay him double what he has lost!

Might I add that something else was also lost. The President lost a great advisor. And we, the people, lost his service, his expertise, his years of experience. The destruction of this man while needed by our country is, to me, treason.

Just how dirty were Flynn's former lawyers? Did the deep state recommend them to General Flynn?

So, when will these lawyers be disbarred? Or is the only 'solution' for them to have a tragic accident? And our side doesn't do what the Dems do.

This better not disappear. This is the smoking gun that IMO justifies firing Wray for trying to hide stuff like this about the beyond corrupted agency. To the contrary of Sessions claims, the FBI has not only dishonored their founder, but they no longer have any semblance of honor. Not a drop.
No wonder the blood sucking former lawyers were dragging this out. They had a great gig going and were loathe to lose it. I am so filled with admiration for his new attorney Sydney Powell. She got more accomplished in a couple months for her client than those leeches did in two years. All they did was suck him financially dry to the point of ruin.

I wonder if the real story here is that an FBI official is reported to be talking to The Federalist about high level FBI officials. And dittos on Sidney Powell, what a fighter!

This isn't on Barr folks, this is on the former AG Sleepy Jeff. He is the one who refused to fire Wray, citing the honor of the agency. I suspect Barr and Trump both were forced to let this play out, and now they have and boy what a pile of corruption just got exposed.
