I hold Xi Jinping guilty of starting the coronavirus pandemic, which began in the Chinese city of Wuhan and has now caused thousands of deaths around the world and an economic recession that will ravage all of us for years. My accusation is well-founded and well-documented. Early last December, a young doctor at a Wuhan hospital discovered the first case of illness caused by a heretofore unknown virus. He immediately established the link with an earlier epidemic that had begun in the same place and under the same circumstances, in 2002–2003: SARS, a viral pneumonia. The doctor, Li Wenliang, 37 years old, who died in February

Xi Jinping is the head of an authoritarian regime that savages most norms of human rights. But he did not start the Coronavirus pandemic. Journalists should get their facts right before they emit their opinions.

Having actually read the article, I can state that the author does not accuse Xi of STARTING the pandemic. But...Xi brutally, and callously suppressed the doctor at ground zero from informing the public, and Xi also urged thousands of Chinese---some likely infected!---to exit China for points abroad.

Not just,Xi, it's the Chinese people, their culture, their character and their history. Sure there are a few million Christian's but for hundreds of years they have endorsed and obeyed rulers like Xi. They are,the enemy and apparently always will be.

Xi, just explain to us how the Wuhan bioweapons lab acquired the COVID19 virus and for what purpose, and how it "escaped your lab", then we'll leave you alone - after we are compensated the $2 trillion our government has/will spend fighting it, that is.

I'm fine with calling it the Xivirus, or the ChiCom, or Chinese Communist Party (CCP for short) virus. The vast majority of the Chinese citizens are victims too. Xi and the CCP, by their actions, are lying killers of thousands and completely responsible for this calamity. Call it what it is.

Look on the bright side. China is about to fragment like the former USSR and Xi will probably be disposed of in the process. In a one party system, there is no one else to blame for spectacular failure. And, their transparent attempt to blame the USA for the Corona virus is an example of how deeply in trouble the are. Let's just hope they don't try and invade Taiwan in an futile attempt to keep he country together.

Let me try again, the article states that: "Li Wenliang, 37 years old, who died in February from exposure to the patients whom he cared for...." . I am skeptical that this key witness to the earliest discovery of the virus died of it. I think that there is a substantial chance that he actually was killed by the ChiComs. They seem to always want to 'leave no witnesses', and killing them guarantees that only the official ChiCom line will be told from here on out.

In this time of global crisis and economic uncertainty, both Democrats and Republicans have been seeking to exploit the China-caused pandemic in pursuit of partisan policy objectives. Shame on them! The Washington Free Beacon, in partnership with the David Gergen Institute for Excellence in Bipartisan Ethics and Legislative Policy Solutions (DGIEBELPS), has engineered the following economic relief proposals to rescue the American economy from the ongoing Wuhan crisis. Congress should include them as part of any legislative effort to revive the economy in these perilous times.

THEN he sold off $1.6 million in stock before the fall. He needs to resign.” Tucker Carlson told his audience Burr needs to resign and await prosecution if he’s unable to explain his actions.

On the coronavirus channel, CNN, one can always count on regular updates about the number of fatalities from the virus. In hushed tones, the hosts reveal that the “number has reached 150.” Imagine such hosts speaking so gravely about the number of deaths each day from abortion, which is around 4,000. Imagine them putting that number in a box on the bottom of the screen. Of course, it would never happen. Most of the pundits on CNN who hysterically swoon over coronavirus cases and deaths support abortion and euthanasia. As Wesley Smith points out in National Review Online, one of Joe Biden’s chief advisers on coronavirus

As the nation confronted the new coronavirus, the mainstream media quickly settled upon its all-too-predictable talking points. This is “Trump’s Katrina,” we were told, a crisis the president cannot “spin” away, and which almost certainly spells his electoral doom. Say what you will, but the media herd has a coordinated response for every occurrence: Blame President Donald Trump. Democrats should, however, beware of attempts to politicize COVID-19 or to score cheap political points against the president. It is true that the crisis, steadily building in China, should have triggered more rapid planning in America — even while congressional Democrats continued to occupy all of Washington with their ideologically driven impeachment effort.

Mix in a grandstanding TV reporter with an annoyed President Trump, and it usually doesn’t end well. That’s what happened when NBC News correspondent Peter Alexander repeatedly laid the bait at Friday’s daily coronavirus briefing. “What do you say to Americans who are scared, though? Nearly 200 dead, 14,000 sick, millions as you witness, who are scared now. What do you say to Americans who are watching you right now, who are scared?” Yeah, we get it. Scared! Very subtle. “I say that you’re a terrible reporter. That’s what I say,” Trump replied. “I think it’s a very nasty question and I think it’s a very bad signal

But it’s the words he uses to react to the news that tells you everything about his character. "But is my child healthy? Is my wife healthy? Are my parents alive? You know, those are what matter, and I have to look at the whole picture." It’s just hours after Eric and his wife Elizabeth Buckley

Homeowners who have lost income or their jobs because of the coronavirus outbreak are getting some relief. Depending on their situation, they should be eligible to have their mortgage payments reduced or suspended for up to 12 months. Federal regulators, through the mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, are ordering lenders to offer homeowners flexibility. The move covers about half of all home loans in the U.S. — those guaranteed by Fannie and Freddie. But regulators expect that the entire mortgage industry will quickly adopt a similar policy. Under the plan, people who have suffered a loss of income can qualify

He lives in Canada, but he had just seen on FNC that our Governor, “Pretty Boy” Gavin Newsom, had just ordered us Californians to stay indoors and in our homes for the foreseeable future. The reason, of course, is the highly contagious Coronavirus which apparently has spread like wildfire all over the Golden State in the last two months. Governor Newsom had also said that if current trends continue, something like 55 percent of Californians would contract the virus. Immediately thereafter,

Sens. Diane Feinstein and Jim Inhofe also sold significant amounts of stock.
