With Joe Biden regaining his position as the Democratic front runner, the scrutiny of him by the right has renewed. When Biden looked like the helpless, distant finisher he was a few weeks ago, it wasn’t worth the energy. Things have changed in a hurry, though. Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders is still mumbling about billionaires, signaling that he’s not serious about doing what it takes to win the race.
While Biden may represent a larger threat to Trump in a general election, he’s still a ripe target for political ridicule and the sights are starting to turn on one specific thing. Namely, the former Vice President’s mental health.

I am a Trump supporter and by no means would want Biden to get elected. I am sorry he has mental issues. My dad passed away from dementia 2 years ago after suffering for a few years, and I wouldn't wish that awful disease on anyone. Having said that, Biden has no business trying to get elected as president of the United States!

Biden was stupid for many years before he became demented. Let's see if Bernie can do the dirty work of exposing his condition so we don't look like the bad guys.

Presidential politics isn't ping pong. The Deep State unleashed the entire power of the CIA, FBI and DoJ against Trump. Pointing out the self-evident mental failing of Biden is not out of line. And going after him for his very real corruption is also not out of line. We don't have to manufacture fake news about Biden.

The Bidens stole millions in Ukraine, China, Irak and Rumania. That is Joe’s soft underbelly. Joe is likable but always was a low IQ person.

It wouldn't matter if they had video of him murdering nuns. They are not voting FOR Biden, they are voting AGAINST Trump. They would vote for a ham sandwich if that's what was running. Nobody's mind is going to be changed by attack ads. Hope they don't waste too much of their money.

The perfect candidate to trot out as their best and brightest. Joe will be the guillotine test dummy. He’s a sacrifice and a throw away because the Dems all know Trump will win bigly.

There is nothing likable about Biden. He has always been corrupt and mean as a snake. Just ask Clarence Thomas and the late Robert Bork. Biden fully deserves everything that’s about to come his way. Let’s just call it karma.
And I do think some good ads about his mental condition will change some minds - the enemedia has not been reporting his stumbles and there will be a lot of people who aren’t aware of how demented and lost he is. Their eyes need to be opened. If they can’t bring themselves to vote for PDT, maybe they will just stay home.

The so-called media had no problem attacking President Trump about his mental state, even saying he should be removed from office. That was the media saying that. And that's why I don't give a rat's patootie what kind of political ads are run that point out Biden should not even be NEAR the Oval Office. His 'Doctor" wife should do what she knows should be done.

I had a very minor stroke a year ago. If you talk with me, you probably can't detect it. But BOY DO I! I lose words and can't find them. I am helpless when it comes to stress or dealing with unpleasant people. I am unable to continue my IT Consulting career and I'm 66 years old. I hate taking just Social Security now but have no other choice. BUT...I'm watching Biden and there is something very serious going on there! He will NOT be the democRATic nominee!!! Hillary will be after he picks her as VP and then is forced out because of his mind. He is helpless against Donald Trump! But so is Hillary...and it will be glorious to behold Trump taking down "Big Bottom Hillary Rodham" with a pile driver in the center ring as "Donaldis POTUS Maximus" the reigning World Champion! The pile driver will be the final coup d'graus after a withering barrage of insults and fun merrymaking!!! I would pay to watch it on TV if I had to!!!

Biden is the perfect candidate for the Washington deep state. They will go back to running the country, as they believe is their right, and Biden will be trotted out at appropriation times under strict orders to read the speech they wrote for him.

The elephant in the room is that they are trying to sell an 0bama/Jarrett III to the people. The only curiosity is how subtle or how direct will they be about it. The choice of Veep will tell. Stacy Abrams anyone - Mike Bloomberg's description leaps to mind. Horizontal Harris ? What leaps to mind is too graphic to print here.

Here's what I disagree with:
FTA: "... While Biden may represent a larger threat to Trump in a general election, he’s still a ripe target for political ridicule"
I don't think it's EVER ok to mock someone with disabilities. And I'm sure most decent Americans agree. You wouldn't teach your children that, and you'd be 1st in line talking to Administration if your kid's teachers taught that.
It's a really fine line between ridiculing and simply pointing out faux pas. We need to do the latter by expressing concern and steer clear of the former.

Napoleon once said: "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake" and this is another perfect example.
Trump's tweets about Sleepy Joe are enough for now. Let's wait and see what the brokered convention produces. There's still plenty of time to fire-at-will so no need to waste ammo right now. Not to worry, Quid Pro Joe will get a full broadside soon enough!

I hope Donald Trump takes Biden down with the right amount of temperance. If he goes too far, as he sometimes has a tendency to do, he could anger a lot of seniors who identify with the old child groper. Keep the barbs pointed but not too deep, Mr. President. Biden will easily beat himself.

Anyone who expect Boinie to challenge the demonrat establishment - - is severely deluded.
Boinie is an abject coward. His only negotiating position will be - - how many homes do I get - - and where will they be - - when I throw in the towel?
As for Joe - - I expect that his re-elect - - wherever that state is - - and I don't mean just raising the funds - - you know - - the money that - - that the Obiden Bama campaign - - will have for the Senate that he appoints - - the people who - - c'mon, man - - what's the difference there?

Mr. Biden is among the most ignorant of us to start. Now Biden is old, senile, and could have a stroke at any time. I do not think he could last 6 months into a presidential term. I suppose we would then have Stacey Adams, assuming she has cleared up all her bankruptcy cases.

My brother is no fan of President Trump (likes his policies, though; go figure), but he said he voted for Trump over Hillary. I don't think Hillary will get as many popular votes as she was able to manufacture the last time. So, I say, go ahead and replace Biden with Hillary. Bernie, Hillary, Biden, it will still be loads of fun to experience the Donald treatment on either of them. It will be a no holds barred beatdown either way.

The Dems know that allowing Bernie to be the nominee would cause the Democrat Party to implode. They are hoping that using Biden, even if he loses, will hold the Party together. If Biden by some chance won, the Shadow Socialist Government would continue to grow, with Biden as their rubber stamp.
It's all about enacting their agenda without the ignorant being aware of what's really happening.

Is it okay for the Dems to say President Trump is mentally unfit or and say he's morbidly obese? Is it okay to say President Trump is an existential treat to our country or that he constantly lies? Is it okay to say whatever they want and repeat it as talking points throughout the media. The list goes on and on to the injustices they and their media partners have thrown at our president. There's no equivocation.
The reason people love Trump is because instead of defending himself or turning the cheek, he confronts them head on and hits back. Sometimes it sounds crude, but it works and they deserve every bit of it. Sleepy Joe, Crazy Bernie, Crooked Hillary Lying Ted and Little Mario, Pocahontas are nothing as bad as what the Dems have done and said to President Trump. Remember, they started this charade the minute he walked down the escalator. Let's not forget the first question in the first debate by Meghan Kelly.
Over the years, we've had to put up with many low blows from the other side. As Rush would say, there's no playing nice ever with the other side.
Do whatever it takes and win this election for the forgotten man and woman. Show no mercy Mr. President!

In the age-old argument, would you want this corrupt dodering fool to have his finger on the proverbial "button"?
There is enough corruption of HIS OWN involvement in "deals" with China, to create enough controversy to defeat him, much less his influence peddling to his offspring Hunter...

Republicans are being stupid again. They need to let Bernie do the dirty work and get nominated. Or let the anti-Bernies come out in enough numbers to nominate Loser Biden. Keep the Republican fingerprints off until the nominee is chosen. Let them implode on their own and the outcome will be like the 1968 Democratic Convention, where the democrats ate their own and voters could not wait to elect a republican.

Much sympathy, #13, a lifelong friend of my father, a very accomplished man, USN carrier aviator, long time airline pilot, private pilot with his own seaplane, excellent wing shot and skeet competitor, and a very well read and very well spoken man had a stroke. It robbed him of his power of speech, but no other apparent effects. I lived far away and was only able to visit him a few times, and it was disappointing to see, although he was still very sharp, aware and understood everything going on around him, all that was said to him, just limited to smiles, head shakes and nods. Best wishes in your convalescence.
Joe needs to be doing something else besides this. I cannot like the guy, he has been too much of a vicious political snake in his career, harmed too many good men, but I do feel a bit sorry for him, apparently unwilling to recognize his disability and retire.

The Deep State will put Joke Biden up there so they can call off the numerous investigations into the Democrat scandals involving Obama, Kerry, Clinton, and Biden. The Left uses running for office as a "Political Inoculation" against criminal investigations. Career crooks like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson use the ploy to get the Feds off their backs while burning the incriminating evidence in their charities. Democrats are making this so obvious nowadays that it's almost comedic.

I don't care how vicious the left has been in calling our President Trump a moron, a mental case, a or an existential threat. Revenge is a foolish excuse if it turns off vast swaths of potential voters. The RNC and the President should keep their powder dry for now and let Bernie. the media, or the viewers of the media react to Biden's obvious early dementia. If Biden emerges victorious from the DNC's probably chaotic convention, the President should avoid piling on the handicapped and let surrogates deliver the verbal coup de gras.
The trick for the president will be the presidential debates. Joe will probably fall apart without being attacked because he's no longer a facile impromptu speaker. Lay off the revenge attacks but lay bare Joe's obvious incapacity.
