How five members of Joe Biden’s family
got rich through his connections

Political figures have long used their families to route power and benefits for their own self-enrichment. In my new book, “Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” one particular politician — Joe Biden — emerges as the king of the sweetheart deal, with no less than five family members benefiting from his largesse, favorable access and powerful position for commercial gain. In Biden’s case, these deals include foreign partners and, in some cases, even U.S. taxpayer dollars. The Biden family’s apparent self-enrichment involves no less than five family members: Joe’s son Hunter, son-in-law Howard, brothers James and Frank, and sister Valerie.

Perhaps Hunter’s long-awaited contribution to the general welfare will be inspiring voters to demand that their elected representatives candidly disclose all perquisites of their office…perqs enjoyed by the politicians themselves, as well as by their family members and other favorites.

This cannot be investigated. It would help Trump. So forget it. Completely. Never happened. The Bidens are protected by Executive Immunity. All of them. Trump is evil. So Biden is good. For a Biden to get rich is a perquisite of Public Service. That is how it works. Can't get huge bonus from industry. See Reid, NV. See Pelosi, CA. See Obams, Kenya. And so on.

I don't care who got rich by political connections. That applies to Trump as much as anybody else. When I vote I care who governs. Day by day, inch by inch step by step and so far President Trump is governing very very well.

According to the Democrats and their media allies, the fact that Democrat politicians and their families got rich through direct corrupt, or indirect nepotistic corrupt activities, is irrelevant, and any legitimate investigation of those corrupt activities is a violation of the US Constitution, as long as those Democrat politicians remain in office or are seeking future election or re-election. Of course that Democrat pronouncement does not apply to Republicans.

The way you can tell that all this corruption is 100% true is that none of the other "alleged" Democrat candidates for President have even hinted at bringing this up in their campaigns. If they were really honest candidates and REALLY cared about fixing the ills of Washington they would be all over the frontrunner Biden with these allegations. The fact that all you hear is crickets from them proves the DNC is calling the shots and the fix is in. My fondest wish is that the Democrats nominate Biden just before he is indicted by John Durham for his bribing of the Ukraine president.

Robbery is up almost 30% in New York City since the first of the year. Is this a statistical blip, a trend — or a New Year’s bail-reform gift from Albany, robbery now largely being a revolving-door offense in the Empire State? Time will tell, but consider this as well: According to the latest NYPD stats, the number of shooting victims in the city is up 31% since New Year’s Day — so at the very least Gotham appears to be off to a rocky 2020 compared to last year. Which should not surprise: Not only does government usually get more of what it encourages, when it comes to

Rogue NYPD officers are using a sketchy facial recognition software on their personal phones that the department’s own facial recognition unit doesn’t want to touch because of concerns about security and potential for abuse, The Post has learned. Clearview AI, which has scraped millions of photos from social media and other public sources for its facial recognition program — earning a cease-and-desist order from Twitter — has been pitching itself to law enforcement organizations across the country, including to the NYPD. The department’s facial recognition unit tried out the app in early 2019 as part of a complimentary 90-day trial but ultimately passed on it, citing a variety of concerns.

Over the objections of the National Rifle Association, a state Senate panel Monday unanimously signed off on a far-reaching measure that would close the gun-show “loophole,” create a record-keeping system for private gun sales and set aside $5 million to establish a “statewide strategy for violence prevention.” The proposal (SB 7028) is a priority of Senate President Bill Galvano, R-Bradenton, as evidenced by the Senate Infrastructure and Security Committee’s consideration and passage of the measure the day before the 2020 legislative session begins. The sweeping legislation would require background checks and a three-day waiting period for firearms sold “on property to which the public has the
