Less than a week after the rubout of Iranian terrorist kingpin Qassem Soleiman, quite a few pundits are dishing opinions to the press. Some are good, and others, such as Ben Rhodes, are an embarrassment.
Some of the best stuff, though, comes from the people who watch the Iranians as a matter of survival - the Israelis. It's pretty useful to know how the Israelis are reading things in the wake of Soleimani being sent to collect his virgins, given that Israel has some impressive analysts. One Israeli think tank -- the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies -- has a lightning-fast set of takes on what's likely to happen next

FTA: Their only hope now is if the U.S. elects another Democrat president.
Above statement is the most significant in the article - spoken by an Israeli analyst. The entire world realizes that we would be much weaker with a democrat in the Oval Office. We can not let that happen.

FTA: “Alex Joffe writes that the mullahs have a bright spot, over in the states, where the mainstream media and its Democratic allies are going to be making fools of themselves, seeking to throw Trump's victory away.”
Mr. Joffre certainly knows the rancid leftists in this country. When nothing motivates you like raw political power driven by anything that has the potential to harm your opponent regardless of the harm it does to your country, you have jumped the shark. Democrats are irrational unAmercan cultists that have made a conscious decision to oppose this President at the expense of the country. How can you ever find common ground with such an irresponsible and unhinged strategy? You cannot. Therefore, they must be squeezed out of every office. Never vote for a democrat. Now, more than ever, Trump 2020.

#1: The complete sentence from Gilboa's assessment is worth quoting:
"Iran would like to see a Democrat win the 2020 presidential election and may take steps to help secure that outcome."
The level of TDS will mean the appeasers, Quislings and traitors in this country will continue making common cause with our enemies.

Refreshing article by a truth teller. Iran is stretched VERY thin and the loss of their irreplaceable chief terrorist leader is going to have a major negative impact on them.
As to the dems and the election, their despicable actions will certainly appeal to some in the country. Unfortunately for the dems, that is the same people that are on the hard Left anyway. They already have their votes. As to the rest of us who recognize the real terrorist threat, we KNOW that BO was worse than useless in going after ISIS. Trump crushed them in a year. The dems this year are even worse than BO. IF we need to confront Iran and their ilk, Trump is, by far, the best person to do it.
Further, if this plays out like things usually do with Trump, the outcome will be a successful campaign against Iran with minimal loss of American lives. That will trigger a ripple effect of loss of support for all Iran's proxies in the region. This will leave the dems hanging out there on election day with all their timidity and anti American rhetoric in full evidence. Wrong on the economy, wrong on getting rid of terrorists, against America, incompetent, and corrupt. When Trump stands strong and wraps this up with dispatch, the dems are dead for the election and as a major party.

“ Gershon Hacohen writes that Soleimani managed to manipulate the Arab Spring into extending Iran's empire and footprint across the Middle East.“
Who was in charge here during the Arab Spring and touted it to the world? That’s right, Hussein 0bama and Illary Clinton. Do you think they had anything to do with Soleimani manipulating the whole thing? I do. I think they not only allowed it, they encouraged it. On Iranian born Valerie Jarrett’s orders.

FTA: "Who was the informant who handed over Soleimani's coordinates?" In an otherwise series of good assessments this one is silly. The answer is probably no one. For a Gen. who commands Iran's SF who brazenly enters and exits the country freely at the airport in an area saturated by drones, a number of Iraqi supporters of the US (kind of like stay behind OPs), a US embassy station chief who presumably still cultivates sources, and satellites zeroed in on the region, this shouldn't have been too hard even for the deep state analysts in DC. But, hey, if the Iranians end up going at each other to find an informant, go ahead.

in 2015, Israel was tracking soleimani. Know who informed Iran when soleimani was in Damascus, and Israel was going to take him out. It was that great protector of islam...hussien obama.

Over the last few days, I have wondered if Soleimani recognized the sound of the missiles bearing down on him a second or two before impact? I feel certain he didn't see them, but THAT SOUND...he knew they were coming for him.

Please read the "The Soleimani Killing: An Initial Assessment" prepared by the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies. A link is imbedded in Monica's piece. Very interesting details and perspectives are provided. A particularly interesting perspective is that the Iranian military and political apparatus has been infiltrated by pro-American operatives who made it possible for the US to carry out the Soleimani killing. These informants provided in real time the trip Soleimani took to Bagdad airport to oversee his next attacks. It will be impossible for Khamenei to know who he can now trust to carry out his orders. He will try to remove and/or execute a few of them after they are discovered, but, he won't be able to find them all. He's toast. Just a matter of time now. Meanwhile, I am sure that North Korea's Kimmie and Syria's Assad have taken notice.

Look once the US found out which motor vehicles that the Iranian General and his crew would be riding in from the Baghdad Airport to where ever they were headed, all that had to be accomplished was for persons unknown to put electronic tags on or under those vehicles to make them stand out like diamonds in goat’s butts to the American drones and homing missiles. After that it was all over after a short whistling sound in the air approached those vehicles ending with big bangs.

Arab Spring? Well we know who gave a speech on this in Cairo, Egypt, Barack Obama in 2009. Arab Spring is what lead to all of the forced and attempted coups in the MIddle East, putting US allies in peril, promoting Sharia factions. Some links say Obama jump started the movement. Sounds like they were all in on it together.

With any good fortune, the Iranian government will now begin to tear itself apart looking for spies and traitors. The blob and the echo chamber (names coined in one of the analysis papers) will try to do the same with Mr Trump's administration. Interesting times for sure.

It is worth the time to click on the link to the report, and read the individual commetaries.
I find Mr. Joffe's the most sensible, as he talks about "the Blob" and "the Echo Chamber", as the foreign policy "establishment" (out of which slimeball idiots like LTC Vindman crawled in his outrage at the President making foreign policy without getting the permission of this cabal of fools), and what I call the Enemedia, but he calls "The Echo Chamber".
Take the time to read the authors themselves. Interesting reading. The bottom line is that Trump hurt the Iranians BAD, really, really bad. And the will have serious problems recovering.
This is a good thing.

The linked article from the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies is a must read, very insightful. Printed out it is 23 pages, but it really doesn't take long to get through it.
