America “Cannot Do a Damn Thing,” Eh?

So much for the taunt from Iran’s “supreme leader,” Ayatollah Khamanei, that America “cannot do a damn thing” about Iran’s attack on our embassy in Baghdad. It took President Trump but a day after that jibe to wheel on the Iranians. He launched a drone attack that found and killed the commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, General Qassim Soleimani. It is likely to mark a turning point in the not-so-quasi war that Iran has been levying against us — and, among others, Israel.
This is not a situation in which responsibility is being debated on murky evidence.

Well, the President's gotta do what he's gotta do. Take care of those low lives who kill Americans.

That was just a slap, you Iranian scumbags... Would you like Trump to up the ante? There are many in Washington that want to see Iran turned into a sea of glass... Just say "Go".

While fully aware of the potential of further escalating responses by the mad mullahs of Iran, it is past time that they get the message we're not taking any more of their b.s. They've been killing too many Americans and our allies for far too long. Now, they can easily see that further attacks will come at a severe price. Should they unwisely ignore this warning, unleash the full might of our forces on them.
Good job, Mr. President.

Maybe we should reconsider and give medals to drone drivers.
Good piece of work guys/gals!
Assume we should thank Israel and the Saudi's for heads up intelligence.

Mess with the bull and get the horn.
The silliest part of this conundrum is that the Democrats appear to be on the side of the enemy.
If they had a drone they would probably fire it on the WH, since their silly impeachment isn't getting the job done.

Love the headline. Khamanei must have soiled his pants when he received this news. Or whatever he wears under that nightgown.

Most of the reaction I have seen to this assumes that if we go to war with Iran we will need to conquer Iran to defeat them, even the Iranian government appears to suffer under this misconception. What they fail to understand is that while the world will be a better place with an Iran with a functioning, peaceful government than without a government it is not at all clear that the world is better off with the current Iranian government than an Iran with no government. The U.S. is perfectly capable of giving the world an Iran with no government and U.S. interests would likely be better served by such an Iran than by the current government.

"If it turns out that Iran has precipitated a wider war, what will the Democrats do to help America win it?"
Rhetorical, obviously.
democrats will do what they have done since 1860.

#15, they used the new “Top Secret” DNA guided missiles that home in on a person’s DNA. Once the USA got a sample of that “top” Iranian General’s DNA he was a dead man walking! There are probably a lot of loudmouth Iranian Generals looking over their shoulders this morning. Those new DNA missiles are so “Top Secret” that the leftist and liberal Congressional Democrats did not have the opportunity to leak the existence of those new missiles to the liberal media.

I guess there was something that America could do about it......
One of the things I find interesting is that none of the MSM outlets make an issue out of the fact that the Iranian terrorist was in Iraq. That alone justifies his demise.

Trump needs to troll the Iranians by stating the US has helped to establish a democratic Iranian government, in exile, set to take over the moment the mullahs fall. That should tick them off...bigly.

Forgot to add - when Clinton was impeached he bombed an aspirin factory to distract America from his own sleaziness. PDT has not actually been impeached and this was not a distraction which accomplished nothing in our ongoing war with Islam. This was a dead to rights retaliation for Iranian aggression.
I only stated this because the article mentions impeachment.

Ayatollah Khamanei and all the mullahs better watch what they ask for 'death to America' became a bit old maybe a new slogan like the democrats do after all they want 'death to America' too. Iran has to remember they are no longer dealing with 'the other guy'.
Traveling the countryside of Iraq is no longer a safe venture to go hunting Americans.

New York Times report stating a revered general was killed is laughable. Some Iranians are celebrating along with the Syrian revolutionaries. Israel can breathe a little easier with Solemaini's death as he ordered missile strikes against Israel and supplied the missiles. Yemen is now wondering where support will come from to further their revolution cause. Solemani ordered the taking of ships in the Gulf and capturing the American Navy operating a small boat. Solemani was the director of all terrorist strikes in the middle east and was planning another attack in Irag. His goal was to encourage the Shites to start a revolution in Iraq.

Soleimani is their leader no more. I saw a wicked man, oppressing and towering like the cedars of Lebanon. I looked again and poof (or boom!), he was gone; he was no longer there. Nothing! (adapted from Ps 37-35-36)

Iran attacked and American Embassy; a piece of our territory that every nation enjoys to have diplomatic relations with another country. It's the same as if they had attacked the Mall Of America. Would we have done nothing? Doesn't swift retaliation not deter further attacks?
As DJT said: 'his is not 'Tehran in '79 nor Benghazi in '12.

Iran fought Iraq for years to a draw! We took Iraq apart in about 2 weeks! We don't need Nukes. The people HATE the religious zealots that run the country and would quickly side with America if we choose to remove them. But then!!! We need to COME HOME when we are done! Forever to the last man! 30 days should do nicely!

President Trump, Thank You! There is no "avoiding" a war with terrorists. You can capitulate and lose or fight back and, considering our military strength, win. Those such as Iran have been fighting against us for decades. Such precision targeting has got to have all those Iranian terrorist leaders scurrying to keep a low profile. There is a major insurgency in Iran. If we decide to escalate, all we have to do is ask them to send us targets. You can be sure we already know many of them. Yes, some American soldiers will die in such a conflict. If we let Iran continue as they have, American soldiers will die in sneak attacks. Enough.
This also shows the desperation of the dems. They are losing so completely that they CANNOT give Trump credit for anything. They MUST attack his every action and in doing so make themselves sound ever more stupid. Rational people KNOW how foolish the dems are being.
