Virginia's Governor Ralph Northam and the Legislature's Democrat majority are anticipating resistance to the gun control measures they are planning, including a ban on "assault weapons" and certain magazines. The legislative majorities and enthusiasm for gun-grabbing are the result of the northern D.C. suburbs' population growth and are being resisted by the non-urban parts of state, leading to a proliferation of gun sanctuary counties: Latest sanctuary map with Fauquier and Charles City counties. pic.twitter.com/f7Tl77F3AK

America, are you paying attention to this? This should scare the Schiff out of you. I don't know if a Supreme Court challenge can be made against this situation or not. We need as many conservatives in office as possible.

They should be running billboards of their infanticide governor in blackface and saying this guy wants to kill our babies and take our guns.

Don't have a crystal ball. But these things are always appealed and will eventually make it to the SCOTUS. If the Soros puppet Coonman attempts to use the National Guard to implement the Bataan Death March he may be in store for a surprise. When Slick Willie's patron saint Orval Faubus tried to use the Arkansas National Guard to oppose an Federal order to integrate President Eisenhower nationalized their guard. Two can play at this game.

Several times, the amount of $250K was mentioned to enforce the new laws. Nothing gets done on 250 big ones in government. What is this a feint so small that Northam is assured to get it - or seed money to encourage Bloomberg and his cronies to 'invest' more in gun control.
No matter, this is evil and will be dealt with somehow.

Somehow when Donald Trump wants to ENFORCE existing immigration laws there seems to be a Democrat lawyer getting a court order to stall it or stop it. Where are the Repubs / (echoes) lawyers when a state governor VIOLATES THE US BILL OF RIGHTS ? Ship your guns to Texas. I'll store them until somebody sorts this BS out.

Trump can stop this - - easily and legally - - by taking control of the National Guard - - and ordering them not to do anything so unconstitutional.
And while he's as it - - he can order them to arrest Northam for being such a dork.

The SCOTUS should step in expeditiously and make it clear that “shall not be infringed “ means exactly that.

Is the Governor really ready for another Waco? Are your really going to go into the hills and make Jed and all his kin surrender their guns? I want to see this... I know who's gonna win this battle/war.

After his recent troubles, Gov. Coonman bent over backwards to curry favor with blacks. Way backwards.
D'ya suppose he'll start plucking guns from that constituency first? Or maybe he'll just let them keep their arms because you know, 1619 and stuff.

First it was Northam in blackface. Now it's Northam in brown shirt. Will Virginia, the home of our first president, be the first progressive police state?

Northam is the real deal ~ he's a legitimate KuKluxer. It's not just black face and sheets in the closet, this guy thinks like one.
He wants to make sure the people of color are totally disarmed, as well as the foreigners, and the Republicans.....
The second groundswell he's stirred up is an attempt to drag him before a RECALL COURT to stand grial. Takes 400,000 names on a petition. Don't know the current status, but this started just the other day.
When this over he will need to move out of state.......

If this idiot tries to stage a military attack on Virginian gun owners he is going to be facing gun owners from all 50 States who have come to help. Stupid stupid move.

Good. It's about time. Let's get it on. OUR side has 70 million AR-15's (and assorted other neat weapons) and about 1,000,000,000,000 rounds of ammunition, and we spend a lot of time on the range. THEIR side wants safe spaces, can't figure out which bathroom to use, and doesn't know which end of a firearm the projectile exits. I wonder how they think this is going to end?
We've waited long enough. Lock and load - we're crossing the line of departure.

Northam should serve as a warning and an admonishment to all of you citizens who have not spent time at the range, stocked up on ammo, whisky and toilet paper.

@#1 - I believe innocent lives and fortunes must first be destroyed by errant unconstitutional laws before cases make it to the Supreme Court. In the meantime, 10 years or more go by before the Court gets around to hearing the horror stories inflicted on the general public.

These Gun Grabbers might want to check the demographics of their national guard. Do they really think these troops are going to forcibly take guns from their Dads, brothers, uncles and Mommas?

If a governor of a state refuses to defend the constitution and takes action against a right in same, he is commuting treason. It is a criminal matter. He should be arrested and placed in prison awaiting trial.

This dunce would do well to check his internet. I found (without looking for it) a militia site in Virginia recruiting new members. I've also read people suggesting targets. All recommended an asymmetric approach as it had worked so well against us in the past.
If he opens this Pandora's box, an awful lot of people will not live to regret it. The ball is in his court.

Increased funding for incarcerations won’t be necessary. Maybe for the morgue...
They don’t realize what they are playing with or the limits of the effects of passing a law.

All demonrat politicians want to take your gun away - all the better for their beloved thugs and felons to prey on you and for them to control you. These thugs and felons are all part of Barry's private army and thus the demonrat army. Why else do you think demonrats coddle them.

I do not think this will be another Waco, #8. This isn't about the actions of a cult. This is a direct act against the Constitution and the people of this country. If a conflict starts here, it may be the beginning of another American revolution.
