Melting ice is stressing our planet. Sea levels are shifting. Volcanoes and fault lines are stirring. The Earth’s axis is tipping.
We could be in for a rough ride ahead.
“All over the world, evidence is stacking up that changes in global climate can and do affect the frequencies of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and catastrophic sea-floor landslides. (Snip) With overall temperatures rapidly warming, polar ice sheets are shrinking. Glaciers are melting. Soil moisture is evaporating.
That means a lot of weight is suddenly shifting about our planet’s surface.
In turn, this is causing the Earth’s crust to undergo rapid change. “There is a growing consensus that if climate change continues unchecked,

If I don’t read it, and don’t know about it, and don’t believe it, will it still happen?

Admire the way the Creeping Climate Change Charlatans keep coming up with new buzz phrases such as a "growing consensus" to try to get us simpletons to give a rat's rump. Heck it used to be just a 97% consensus. Am proud to represent the 3 %. I'm all for Climate Change. At the moment it's colder than Hillary's thighs. I'd love to throw my snow shovel at Greta. Send me some of that Global Warming.

I’m so sick of this kind of crap. This is the result of not teaching earth science in schools for the last 40 years. Ever hear of the Milankovitch Cycles? Probably not. It explains the exact science on how and why the earth has gone through ice ages and tropical ages one hundreds and thousands of years. Based on actual known science. They quit teaching this because it destroys their political narrative and agenda. Look it up and teach your children.

Why do you think the earth was finished when you got here?

Science knows not concensus. Climate change is as real and regular as the seasons themselves. We are still in the recession of the last ice age that had New York under nearly a mile of glacial ice. The same mechanism that carved the Great Lakes. If the alarmists must have something to panic about work on the volcanoes that in one go can produce more greenhouse gas and airborne particulate than man could ever do. Even if we ceased all human activity completely it wouldn't amount to a fart in a whirlwind for effectiveness.
I swear the alarmist have to be decedants of chicken little. Remember at one time we could walk across the Bearing Straight until more ice melted. Relax.

The man-made CO2 increase is one molecule out of 10,000 in the atmosphere.
It cannot capture enough heat to make any noticeable difference in the climate.

I do believe that their may be a magnetic shift in progress but if there is, there is nothing we can do about it except to adjust to it. That doesn't mean paying carbon taxes to our government landlords.

Bless your heart.
Over here in Realville we’ve noticed that weather pretty much happens all the time. With or without billions wasted and people punished trying to make it meet their arbitrary standards.
Nobody can even tell me what the CORRECT temperature should be for heavens sake.
Everybody. Right now. GO THE THE COMMUNIST PARTY USA website. You’ll see what this is really about. It ain’t about clean water and clean air.
As Paul Harvey said. Then you will know THE REAT OF THE STORY.

There is no "consensus" in science. Nevertheless, there is certainly no "consensus" that the Earth's axis is changing. Good freaking grief.

I teach Earth Science (among other subjects) and cover the Milankovitch Cycle in addition to abiotic oil production. The propaganda is embedded in the textbooks and since in some states very few teachers actually have a science major leads to a situation where they don't deviate from the book. Most have Ed. degrees with a science minor and will likely adhere to the party line without going to outside sources. I have met very few teachers in science and other core subjects who actually have an interest in their specialty outside the classroom.

Ask these questions in every climate change debate .....
1. How old do you believe is the earth?
2. Has it experienced climate change in the past?
3. When did this occur.
4. Were humans there when it happened?
5. How then did it happen?
6. What makes you believe there is anything we can do to stop it from happening again?
7. Get back to me ... you don’t have to answer right now.

Can we ask these geniuses why the 0bama’s just bought a $15 million waterfront estate on Martha’s Vineyard if the oceans really are rising?
Rush mentioned a week or so ago that a billionaire just purchased a $210 million estate in Palm Beach where the house is about 60 feet from the water. Seems like some people just don’t believe the climate crisis wolves.
I live on an island outside of Charleston, SC and the whole Charleston area is surrounded by the Atlantic on one side and numerous tidal rivers and marshes on the other 3 sides. The landscape isn’t changing at all anywhere and people are still building homes right on the edges of the marshes where the property values are higher than those inland. Go figure.

If singular disasters aren't enough to convert the unwashed heathen, then just dial up the hyperbole and pile all of the post-apocalyptic scare scenarios on top of each other. Kind of Chicken Little Turducken.
Human history will cease to unfold, the arrow of time will reverse, and reality will collapse back upon itself if we don't go fully pre-industrial and globally Socialist. Future archeologists will discover the universe's "missing mass" wasn't actually missing, but hidden away in Trump's tax returns. (If we could just get into them, it would save the world from certain annihilation.)
Just keep turning up the spectacularity of your hellish predictions until the world relents, admits they were wrong, and gives everything over to you, the way they should have from the beginning.

If your Christmas shopping is done and you have the "time", this is the long article to read about "climate change", or whatever it's called. It has charts and videos to dazzle. More important, it reads in like a teacher talking to your child at school while hitting all the points so they can become bobble heads repeating the same "Chicken Little" scenario.
