Many Americans remain nonplussed over revelations in the House Intelligence Committee’s Impeachment Inquiry Report that its chairman, Adam Schiff, not only secretly subpoenaed telephone records from President Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, but also obtained responses that detailed dates and lengths of phone calls to Trump attorney Jay Sekulow, ranking committee member Devin Nunes, and Hill reporter John Solomon. That Schiff self-disclosed this action as a rightful part of his committee’s information gathering is equally stunning.
Every bit as bad, it appears that national telephone carriers AT&T and Verizon, who so tout their corporate concerns about subscriber privacy, responded to such obviously politicized demands without a whimper.

They want to impeach on thought crimes,or what they perceive what he may have done.

This bug-eyed b@st@rd should be removed from his position as committee chairman at least and then removed from congress. Here he is trying to impeach our President without any real cause other than hate .
When he makes a lie ridden opening speech before his committee he is lying to the congress.. Why would his fellow congressmen want to keep him? I guess it must be because they are also a bunch of evil, lying b@st@rds too.

Just try to get that information on a suspected murderer without a warrant. Not in a million years!
Going after Trump and the response is "anything we can do to help!" Disgraceful! I hope they all sue!

This is a grievous breach on our justice system. Pelosi has given free reign to Schiff and Nadler to break the law. We the people have the power to correct this at the polls. We need to vote out every single Democrat on the ballot to make an example. I would not vote for my own brother, who is a Democrat, based on this hoax / coup attempt.

I bet Sprint has a huge smile on their face today. All they have to do it sign something saying they will never, ever hand over phone records to members of Congress and they will walk away with a HUGE deal! And rightly so! I can't believe Schiff gets away with this without no consequence!

When the republicans retake the House Schiff will be impeached and convicted by the Senate. I only hope our Constitutional Republic can remain intact until then.

Why did Rep. Bull Schiff include this information in his report?
To send a message to the many who might be looking to talk to investigators in the DOJ, I would presume.
Let's all hope Monday's IG report has some meat in it, that's not part of the summary which is the only part most of the MSM will report about.
Let's hope President Trump has some good tweets, and possibly holds a news conference that will be televised, and take some of the "news" out of the House Judiciary's last-minute Monday calendar addition.
And, just for the sake of finding out how easy AT&T and Verizon will produce this type of phone information, a (any) Senate committee should be asking for something very similar.

Verizon is evil and has engaged in predatory business practices against many people I know. They have been on my "Never Do Business With" list for at least twelve years. I can see where they would willingly help a snake like Schiff.

By what authority was SCHITT given permission to do this?
We have seen how completely FRAUDULENT items were created to get FISA more than once for PURELY POLITICAL REASONS...
One of the articles of impeachment on RMN was "misuse of government power", and THIS Schitt show is a perfect example of the misuse of power violating DUE PROCESS, THE RULE OF LAW, and the once SACRED rule of privacy between an attorney and his client. between Mr. Trump and his law counsel of Rudy Guillani and Jay Sekulow.
One would think the PRESS would be screaming BLOODY MURDER over the treatment of John Soloman as well!
The time is coming up very soon that unless we stand against it, our cherished civil libertires granted under the 4th and 5th Amendments will be taken awat if we stand in diasagreement with others who want to use whatever means necessary to control citzens unwilling to fight for the rights we so easily allow to be violated.

Being a logical conservative I spend some time wondering what's driving the democrats to act like lemmings heading straight for the cliff. Logically speaking their goal would be to rid themselves of Trump but those efforts have failed yet they persist in the face of polling that suggests the voters have had enough.
The only conclusion I can come to is that many in the democrat ranks are going to be exposed by the Horowitz IG report, even though he's more swamp than not, and then the Barr-Durham investigation. This is driving them crazy and they're trying everything possible to get out from under it. Just my two cents.

Remember when President Trump cancelled the House Delegation's plane during the Govt shutdown? That was just a year ago. I will never forget the look on Schiff's face when he got off that bus in front of the Capitol. I thought those big-bug-eyes were going to pop out of his face. That was just too much fun.

A heads up to ATT and Verizon, Trump will remember your doing this down the road, and your awakening will come. These companies are getting so big they think rules don’t apply anymore.

From what I’ve read about Joe McCarthy, and it’s a lot ,he never did anything like this. Remember when you hear the bleating about McCarthyism , he was getting the same treatment from the press and establishment as Trump is getting now but without an alternative media fighting back. Just like Trump , try to figure out what he actually DID rather than people complaining about their fears. Just like Trump , you keep here about ‘these actions’ and ‘ this behavior’ without explanations of exactly what actions , what behaviors they are referring to. Wild accusations ? You mean like Harry Reed and Romney’s income tax , or Dan Rather and National Guard records.
Note : the Cambers Hiss business and the Hollywood Ten business had nothing to do with Joe McCarthy, they both started in the House and before he was elected to the Senate , the press finds it convenient to conflate these issues under the one title of ‘McCarthyism’ to camouflage the fact that they were covering for communists all along.

Democrats are jealous, faithless, greedy, dull, repetitive, infantile, irresponsible, dishonest, and thankless. I am adding a new adjective - pompous. Thought I had "elitist" on the list but I guess not. That is okay because I like pompous much better. Very fitting.

#28, short version:
Fonzie was always cool, wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket and white undershirt, and jeans. After many seasons, eventually he went water skiiing in one episode. He is seen obviously in front of a back projection screen, wearing white T shirt and black leather jacket waterskiiing (eye roll), ridiculous enough, but after some skiing footage, suddenly he jumps over a shark, just because he is SO cool. At that point, the eye rolls got too strong, and pretty much everyone knew that "Happy Days" had gone too far, even Fonzie had limits.....he had jumped the shark, his step past cool into ridiculousness.
