Damaging photos of Pete Buttigieg have surfaced — ringing a bell for the Salvation Army.
The images of the South Bend mayor and Democratic presidential candidate participating in the Red Kettle Ring Off, a friendly competition between officials from South Bend and near-by Mishawaka over who can raise more for the Salvation Army during a day of bell-ringing, date from 2017.
The gay publication Out reported them as if it had broken a major, or at least a noteworthy, story.
On balance, I believe the Salvation Army has done more good for humanity than the homosexual community. I go with the Salvation Army.

Assume my area is not alone in getting a saturation of ads for HIV. A minority matronly lady with aids. Who knew.
I am with the Salvation Army also, and skipped a visit to Chick-Fil-A

Lowry mentions wokeness 'cutting a swath' through culture. It's an interesting a metaphor that should be used more often - because it captures the left's structure and tactics.
The scythe blade are the visible radicals - trans, LGB, Muslims, open borders types. They claim that anti-discrimination laws are necessary, righteous and effective. They're victims so you can't oppose them or criticize them. On and on.
But the scythe handle is gripped firmly, as usual, by a small, cynical cadre of hardcore leftists in their unending quest to destabilize society and increase the state's power - and their own. We and I grow tired of mentioning George Soros and even the Koch brothers (now just one brother) but their money has been used to sow the kind of division and animosity that Satan himself would need a long training camp to achieve.
The result is wine moms who think that maybe it actually is a good idea for Jack to shower with the Jills after PE class. Madness and conflict.

I have no use for the little gay mayor with his perverted sexual orientation, but will applaud him for his ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. He couldn't have taken the oath in good faith, but he's a polititian, so lying is OK in his view. And just like the black population always voting for the black candidate, the lgbtqwxyz bunch will vote for the pervert!

It seems that being "Woke" means going around looking for anything to take offense at as an excuse to throw a hate filled temper tantrum about. The Salvation Army does the best they can to prevent those sheltering in their facilities from doing harm to each other. Putting a person of one physical gender in a facility for the other gender is asking for problems. And, providing special facilities for those that "identify" as something other than male or female is beyond the financial capabilities of the Salvation Army.
The "OUT" answer is to make matters worse by working to cut off the limited funds the Salvation Army. If "OUT" really cared about providing facilities for special "identities," they should donate funds to the Salvation Army to provide them. Instead, they want to destroy the ability of the Salvation Army to help anybody.

I will add my fifty bucks to the red kettle at the Promenade Shops this afternoon.
God bless the Salvation Army, and Protect it from all who would do it harm.

The Left has been pushing, pushing, pushing. And the far more restrained and courteous non-Leftists have been noting (thus the election of Donald Trump) but never standing up and saying NO, absolutely not. To me, the Left's attacks on the Salvation Army are just too much. Enough. Fight back. Tell the Left NO!!

The Salvation Army is always on the top Ten of the highest rates of distribution of donations to those who need it versus overhead of charities worldwide. They always get contributions from me, and will continue to do so.
If Petey Buttboy caves to the Gay Mafia, he will be done as a candidate.

A war against Christianity has begun in this country. However, we were here first, and we should make them fight to the death for THEIR beliefs to test their convictions, like Christians have had to endure for millennia.

The account is told of Harry A. Ironside, a pastor who served as a Captain in the Salvation Army in California, who was happily participating in a street corner singing and testimony session in San Francisco. He was interrupted by a wealthy agnostic "community organizer" type fellow who challenged Ironside to a debate of Christianity vs Agnosticism. Ironside accepted with one provision: The man was to bring one man and one woman who could testify that their position in agnosticism has changed their formerly wretched lives into one far better than they ever dreamed. In return, Ironside said that he would bring 100 people to the debate who could personally testify as to what their lives were before they heard the Gospel of Christ and since they had recieved Christ. On the spot the SA group captain offered at least forty people in that day's gathering who could accompany Ironside and give their testimonies. Ironside waited for the guy to accept the challenge and the guy walked off disgusted.
One of the happiest sounds of the Christmas season is the ringing of the SA bell at the kettle. I always try to thank the person ringing the bell for their "service" in SA.

The Salvation Army is religious based so the mindless left (especially the gay mafia) automatically hates it. Never mind anything else.
I remember the mindless left automatically jumping on some religious speaker without even looking at them. The speaker turned out to be a quadriplegic. The mindless left doesn't even bother to look before they leap. They would be embarrassed, but they have no shame.

The Left hates the SA because like Samaritan's Purse, they are actual charities. Not enablers of immorality and vile behavior like abortion. And unlike the Red Cross, they don't play games with donations either, or charge victims for blankets and donuts, etc. I loathe fake charities and those who take advantage. The money isn't for high salaries and retreats for board members, it is for CHARITY.
