Greta Thunberg: we have achieved nothing

Original Article

Greta Thunberg, the famous 16-year-old Swedish activist, attended COP25 before a scheduled climate change protest in Madrid and Santiago, Chile's captial. Thunberg, along with three other activists, spoke at a news conference before thousands of people were expected to march in the streets of both cities. (Snip) "The only thing we want to see is real action and real action has not been happening, so of course we have achieved a lot, but if you look at it from a certain point of view, we have achieved nothing," she said. She pointed to the fact that CO2 emissions haven't decreased despite growing awareness of the issue.

Comments:

CGTN (China Global Television Network) is state-owned and controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. I get the feeling that they helped make Greta sound coherent, but we know that is not possible from her unicorn and puppy universe.

Not true, Little Greta. You showed the world that mentally ill, autistic children can be spoiled rotten, pretentious, and as obnoxious as Al Gore. A Nobel Prize could be in your future, just like AlGore and Barack Obola, each was awarded one for exactly nothing.

In the meantime back in her home country, a daily rape, stabbings, and assaults by the Muslims are out of control. The government and their first responders are completely overwhelmed and exercising a do-nothing policy to appease the Muslim community. However, the good news is their darling Miss Thunberg is out there lecturing the world on climate change. Now that is a lot more important than her fellow citizens getting raped and killed by the refugees.

How did the young "activists" from all over the world get to Madrid? Greta took a sail boat but guaranteed the others flew. These are children thinking like children. Scientists without evidence tell them that typhoons are caused by climate change and they ignore that there have been typhoons throughout history and jump to the conclusion that Climate Change is at fault. This is childish thinking.

One would think we would get some credit for electing Da Won who stopped the seas from rising and Unicorns from extinction. We elected a Nobel Laureate who saved Polar Bears and stopped production of coal and other fossil fuel. We have done more to save the world than any other nation. The Trump administration has ruled that gun shops are considered “essential” businesses that should remain open as other businesses are closed to try to stop the spread of coronavirus. Gun control groups are balking, calling it a policy that puts profits over public health after intense lobbying by the firearms industry. (Snip) After days of lobbying by the National Rifle Association, the National Shooting Sports Foundation and other gun groups, the Department of Homeland Security this past weekend issued an advisory declaring that firearms dealers should be considered essential services — just like grocery stores, pharmacies and hospitals — and allowed to remain open.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
