So according to Pope Francis, when the U.N. says that the rights of abortion advocates must be respected everywhere, our duty is to obey Though Rome has kept a low profile, an event took place the day after the close of the Amazonian Synod that has solidified the Vatican’s pact with the United Nations. On October 28, the Pontifical Academy of Sciences partnered with U.N. pro-abortion advocates to pledge fidelity to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) championed by socialist rebels like

This imposter in the Vatican is no Pope. The last real Pope was John Paul II.

I am not a Catholic so I am asking a question. Is there no way for this Pope to be removed?

This Pope is a practitioner of Liberation Theology. If you do not know what liberation Theology is I suggest you look it up and everything will become crystal clear as to why he makes the decisions that he does

We need a sustainable Catholic Church. You know, go along to get along. A place at the table. Monthly checks.

''Sustainable'' is a dog whistle for birth control and euthanasia. When I see the word ''pontifical'' in any sentence, I hooha out loud. This is what comes from of people calling a mere man the holy father. This is what the Vicar of Christ looks like just before the Lord returns. There is no getting over brimstone.

So, not only is the Pope a Communist, but he is a pro-abortionist, too.
Fake Pope, no doubt.

By 'Vatican' they mean that anti-Christ-y commie pope.
A pope that encourages abortion. The Great Deceiver has taken over his body. Can't wait for the special effects when he is evicted.

Sustainable development of the planet? A very good thing. Our right to sustain the greatest nation on the planet by denying illegal entry to its unskilled destitute? Not so much.

What this is reporting seems plausible, given the Vatican's own coverage of the Synod. Canada Free Press views all of this through political lenses, though; so the ecclesial implications of the Synod might be different from what are asserted here. While I find the Vatican's decisions distressing, I will be more careful before jumping to the conclusion that the Vatican has placed the Church at the service of secular politics.
As a point of order regarding our interactions on this site, attacks against the validity of the Chair of St. Peter or the doctrine of Apostolic Succession stray off-topic and compel conversation (because if attacks are fair game, then so are defenses). Sectarian arguments may have a global public forum; but this isn't it, and that has been stated unambiguously since this site's founding.

#5- The directive of Jesus to Peter as explained in Sentences3-4 are very well understood/articulated. The Church was not built upon the authority of a man—“it has been built upon the ministry and the confession Peter made, in which he proclaims that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.”
Matthew7:24-27: “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. ...”ReformerJanHus: “Christ is therefore the foundation by whom primarily and in whom primarily the holy catholic church is founded, and faith is the foundation with which it is founded—that faith which works through love. ... The Church is the assembly, or gathering, of all believers. ...”
Luke6:47-49, Jesus teaches, that “ Everyone who comes to me and hears my words and does them, I will show you what he is like: he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. ...”ReformerJanHus: “Christ grounds and builds his church on himself, the Rock, when he so influences her that she hears and does his words, for then the gates of hell do not prevail against her.”

As a Catholic I just don't know what to make of arcane mish-mash like this. But it is clear to me that Francis is hostile to capitalism and that his affinity for things socialist gives him a certain comfort level with some very evil people. For that reason alone he is not fit to lead the Catholic Church.

This pope is quickly revealing himself to be quite evil and corrupted. To embrace abortion rights of any kind, is to mock God. Catholics need to stop sitting on their hands and speak up, or they will be painted with the taint of guilt by association. This is huge stuff, and so evil.

The Holy Father is pro-life. As far as I'm concerned the weeping and wailing over him is intended to deprive him of the support he needs upcoming. I see it as the equivalent of people yelling that Trump is betraying us to Russia. No. He. Is. Not. The Holy Father is not pro-abortion nor does he worship goddesses. This is one slice of an effort to delegitimize all the sensible authorities and panic the rest of us. The Holy Father is probably a sinner as we all are and so was Peter. But not a heretic.
