'Climate emergency' declaration takes
heat for fictional 'world scientists'

Original Article

There was something goofy about the petition signed by 11,258 “world scientists” from 153 countries declaring a “climate emergency.” One “scientist” was named “Mouse, Micky” from the “Micky Mouse Institute for the Blind, Nambia.” Another was Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts. And then there was “Araminta Aardvark” from the fictional University of Neasden. Among the “Alliance of World Scientists” members who were apparently real people, many identified themselves as teachers, students, administrators, statisticians, economists, technicians, therapists, doctors, psychologists — not climate scientists. As it turns out, however, being recognized as a “world scientist” may be easier than you think.

A total victory for the "Climate Change" alarmists would give the Left total control over the world's means of production. Where have we heard that before?

You would think that a group desiring to be taken seriously would want to present as professional a front a possible. Not scrubbing your list of idiots is childish. Even if you present signatures, you could cross out the obviously dumb ones. Otherwise you risk being seen as a "Mickey Mouse" organization. Of course it seems that you too can be a "world scientist" by simply clicking on the "sign it" button. I wonder is Greta is a "world scientist"? And, obviously, the media shows no interest in verifying any of the information. If it had been a Conservative document, they would have back traced all the signatories to oil or other "bad" companies and dismissed it. Liberal documents are not examined in the least and taken verbatim. Part and parcel of why the media has no credibility, and I have a bunch of signatures from "esteemed researchers", including my dog, to prove it. Oh wait, I don't have a dog. Or a cat. Darn, two less than I thought.

We need a reverse "Pulitzer Prize" for news organizations that run these patently phony stories without any verification, validation, or even basic fact checking.

We are just plugging the holes in the dyke with CC, impeachment, public education, and the rest of the attacks on our great nation by the communists within our nation. But we didn't start it. Worn out from war WW2) we did not deal with the USSR or the Red Chinese (Korea/VN). We kept kicking the can down the road. We can trace a great deal of our ills as a country to those players. Clinton, Biden and others, like Ike. We kicked the can so far down the road that it is a nightmare to thinking about how to stop it. We let the communists in and there is probably no bloodless way of stopping it.

This declaration is very similar to the way that the Left conducts polls and votes for democrats. Apparently the media isn't smart enough to figure it out - or don't want to figure it out. Surely Greta is on there somewhere. That girl could give the Obama sisters a run for their money in scowling.

If we all can be what we want to be, I want to be a scientist. I looks like the CC people are looking for ways to maintain the problem rather than looking for a solution. (A Higher Power holds the solar system and the heavens in His hands.)

Science is NOT a democracy. ONE correct scientific experiment trumps all the theories and hypotheses that can be made. One correct theory trumps (hah!) 100,000 incorrect ones.

Every four years, Michael Bloomberg hears something virtually no other American hears: a groundswell of support for a Bloomberg presidential candidacy. Now, as the 2020 Democratic primaries rapidly approach, he’s hearing it again. Bloomberg, a fairly successful mayor of New York City and a fabulously successful businessman, has an estimated net worth of $52 billion. Without that fortune, nobody would be talking about a Bloomberg candidacy at this late date. But with his money, Bloomberg could self-finance a run from start to finish without ever having to ask a single donor for a penny. That gives him freedom to float a would-be candidacy long after the field has been set.

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman is living, breathing, testifying proof the Deep State exists. He has shown his true colors and the agenda of the self-appointed elites who think they run this country. Let me state categorically that I am not implying dual loyalty or questioning Vindman’s patriotism or even his devotion to duty as he sees it. I’m questioning his judgment about where that duty lies and the execution of those duties as a military officer and civil servant. The term “deep state” is now highly charged politically. The right takes it as a given, the left sometimes denies its existence. Here’s my definition for the purposes of this discussion.

Trump backers say the president has strong opposition from his National Security Council because he chose foreign policy experts instead of his loyalists as top advisers in the beginning and the staff was full of Obama supporters. Most Obama-era NSC “detailees” — the term for temporary agency transfers — remained as the new White House was rocked by destabilizing anti-Trump leaks to the liberal media. “Obama clearly left the White House booby-trapped,” Michael Caputo, a campaign adviser, told The Washington Times. The NSC workforce’s size and loyalties have come into sharp focus now that a former staffer has filed a nine-page whistleblower complaint against President Trump.

This won’t surprise anyone who has been paying attention, but there is a stark difference between the parties: Republicans love America, while Democrats can’t stand her. Rasmussen Reports has the numbers: Democrats really don’t like America and think it’s time to move on from the culture that got us here. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 38% of Likely Democratic Voters believe American society is generally fair and decent. Fifty-one percent (51%) say it’s unfair and discriminatory. By comparison, 74% of Republicans and unaffiliated voters by a 49% to 36%

Washington It is slowly becoming clearer whom exactly the Democrats are zeroing in on as their key voting bloc for 2020. It is not the youth vote, contrary to the received opinion. The youth vote is always in danger of oversleeping, and by 4:00 PM most are in danger of being lured to Happy Hour. It would be just like the Trump team to lure the kids, especially the college kids, to the bars rather than allow them to do their civic duty and vote Democratic or in some cases vote communist. The Democrats are not going to waste their time on such unreliable voters. Nor is the union vote likely

The brutal killing of three American women and six children a week ago in Mexico sparked outrage on both sides of the border. Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has promised justice, and already set up a special task force to find the attackers. President Donald J. Trump, meanwhile, has suggested American troops be sent in to combat the rising tide of violence. Rhetoric aside, some important facts remain in doubt, with social media and tabloids generating increasingly bizarre conspiracy theories. The day after the killing, the New York Post, for instance, reported that members of the victims’ community may have been recruited

Earlier today, a lawyer representing Tulsi Gabbard wrote to Hillary Clinton accusing her of defaming Gabbard by calling her a Russian asset and demanding a retraction: A letter from the Gabbard campaign’s legal counsel insisted that Gabbard is not a Russian asset, and that Clinton knew the statement was untrue when she said it. It is almost impossible for a public official like Tulsi Gabbard to win a defamation case under existing law, but Clinton’s claim was so ridiculous that Tulsi might have a shot. Appearing at his Oct. 29 deposition in full dress uniform, the decorated Army officer, now a White House National Security Council Ukraine expert, was the first witness who had actually listened to the phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that is at the heart of the Democratic impeachment campaign. Even though lawmakers were forbidden to discuss his testimony in public, Vindman's leaked opening statement that "I did not think it was proper [for Trump] to demand that a foreign government investigate

After weeks of conducting hearings in private, the House impeachment inquiry is going public this week. But if the Democrats stage-managing this affair have their way, there will be one element of their presidential-misconduct allegations that won’t be part of the show: Hunter Biden. Democrats believe that the vice-presidential son’s Ukraine shenanigans are irrelevant to impeachment. They want the hearings to be entirely focused on their accusation that President Trump threatened to withhold American military aid to force Kiev to investigate a political rival. They say that questions about what Hunter did or didn’t do, and what his father knew and when he knew it, are just a conspiracy theory

Horowitz’s investigation on the bureau’s probe into the now debunked theory that Trump colluded with Russia in the 2016 presidential election will more than likely result in the declassification of documents — requested by senior Republican lawmakers for more than several years.
