At least three American women and six of their children were senselessly gunned down in northern Mexico on Monday in a massacre believed to have been carried out by cartel gunmen. The victims ranged in age from 8 months to 43 years old. They were all part of a Mormon offshoot community called La Mora, and lived in a small community in Sonora state in northern Mexico. They were travelling back to the U.S. in a convoy of three SUVS when they were ambushed, according to Utah's KUTV.

I am all for wiping these drug cartel vermin off the face of the earth!!! It's time to treat them the same way we treat terrorists in the Middle East -- with certain death constantly shadowing them!!!!! But I will only support the US military getting involved if they are not constrained by PC limitation and have the authority to shoot-to-kill without prejudice if they deem it appropriate. And, no, I do not normally support us getting involved in the internal matters of foreign countries. But this one drastically and directly effects the USA, so I am full supportive as long as we are not hindered by PC BS (which, based on the comments of the snowflake president of Mexico, we most certainly would be)!!!!!

Declare a weapons free zone for 50 miles from our border south. Any adult seen with a weapon will be droned, and keep our eyes in the sky over head all the time. New rules of engagement. If you are armed within 50 miles of the border, you are dead meat.

I'm thinking 6 dead and defiled children is pretty bad but then in Mexico life is cheap and all the politicians are either on the cartel payroll or look the other way. These poor mothers and children will get no justice in Mexico. The inhumane demons who did this should be put down slowly and painfully.

There was a time when the US military defended American citizens abroad. Jefferson deployed the Marines 'to the shores of Tripoli' when our citizens were being kidnapped for ransom and our commercial trading ships were being attacked by Muslims from North Africa. Even during the last century when Panch Villa's revolutionaries attacked us in New Mexico and in the Big Bend area of Texas we sent troops under General John Pershing and George Patton INTO Mexico to stop Villa. Mexico's cowardly President refuses to recognize he is in a war and civilians of both the US and Mexico are dying. I cannot think of a better use of our troops.

A thought experiment: Imagine that the president of the United States was a man named Ronald Stump, not Donald Trump. Suppose he was known, before reaching the Oval Office, for delivering thoughtful remarks at the Council on Foreign Relations, rather than for starring in a cartoonish "reality" TV show. Picture him communicating through the White House press office instead of an inflammatory Twitter feed, and cool rather than fiery, and careful as opposed to rash. Now give this anti-Trump, this Ronald Stump, the same record on which to run for reelection as our real-life President Trump. Give him a persistently strong stock market, record-low unemployment,

Where is the courage? You sure won’t find it within the “Resistance.” In September of 2018, we were treated to a rather incongruous Op-Ed by “Anonymous,” published in, of all places, the venerable New York Times. It was ostensibly penned by a “Senior White House Official” and that article has now morphed into a soon to be released anonymous book being hyped by the news media. Absent the courage of one’s convictions, the message is, at best, diluted. And above all, it should be questioned. The “warning” we are likely to glean from the book, ominously titled “A Warning”, is not the cautionary tale he or she intended.

Former Vice President Joe Biden was denied communion at a Catholic Church in South Carolina Sunday because of his staunch position in favor of abortion. Biden, who earlier this year reversed course on his long held stance in favor of the Hyde Amendment, was attending a worship service at Saint Anthony Catholic Church in Florence, South Carolina, when he attempted to receive the sacrament. The former vice president, however, was rebuffed by the church’s pastor, Father Robert E. Morey, because of his support for abortion.

It's September 2019, and here's where we are: The political left in this country is completely insane. Elected Democrats are demonstrably incompetent. Democrats running for president warn constantly that President Trump is teetering on the verge of totalitarian fascism, all the while promising all the unconstitutional laws they will impose upon the country by executive fiat if elected. And our press (yes, they're overwhelmingly on the left) has lost all semblance of journalistic integrity. A few months ago, I wrote, "It's time to abolish Congress." I was half joking when I started that piece but had myself pretty well convinced by the time it was completed. Things have only gotten worse since.

That’s the choice for people in 13 cities and one county in California that have enacted new zoning codes encouraging or requiring all-electric new construction. The codes, most of them passed since June, are meant to keep builders from running natural gas lines to new homes and apartments, with an eye toward creating fewer legacy gas hookups as the nation shifts to carbon-neutral energy sources. For proponents, it's a change that must be made to fight climate change. For natural gas companies, it's a threat to their
