Stick a fork in Liz Warren,
Medicare-for-All has cooked her

Original Article

Put a fork in Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign —it’s over. Now that she’s finally released details on her Medicare-for-All plan and its eye-wincing $52 trillion projected price tag, there’s no way that 160 million Americans who like their healthcare plans — including labor unions — will want to see them made illegal. Nor will any rational citizen want to have critical health-care decisions being made by faceless government bureaucrats who will decide what doctor you can see, and what medical treatment or surgery you’re permitted to get — or not. If Medicare-for-All is implemented, wave goodbye to consumer choice and say hello to rationed care and longer wait times

Warren's campaign will be over when the Puppet Masters say it is over, unless they've already chosen her as the candidate. It is easy to forget that eye-wincing trillions mean absolutely nothing to the economically illiterate species called (D).

I don't think it's dead and I don't think her candidacy is dead. Democrats will simply spend money that doesn't exist... that's the inflationary tax that will hit everyone .. make us all poorer with "no increases in the tax rate!"

"Warren’s days are numbered" I'm doubtful. Besides Biden, Warren is the strongest candidate. Biden is only there because the establishment dems don't want a flaming Leftist. Biden has all the support he is going to get because all the other candidates are Leftists. As they drop out, their support will go to another Leftist, mostly to Warren and some to Sanders. As that happens, Warren will pass Biden. At that point, some Sanders supporters will jump to the likely winner, where the energy is. When Biden drops out, some of his supporters will sit on their hands rather than support a Leftist. Others will grudgingly support the Leftist. Some may (shudder) support Trump. I think the only certain thing is that the Left will have their candidate, whichever one it is.

Don't count out Mayor Pete. He is the best candidate for the moderates but he won't appeal to blacks or Hispanics.

I think the ballot next November may well be a choice between Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders. Biden ain't goin' nowhere, Lizzie is almost as warm as Hillary and Pete?- we're just NOT ready for a man who will share the WH living quarters with his husband.

Not so fast... logic has no place in her campaign. As long as she has that mathematically-challenged, gimmedat, socialist-bent, fifty percent of the American population on her side her run for the presidency is still alive. They, after all, don't care whose money it is or how much has to be borrowed for how many years, as long as they can take their lazy, obese bodies to the doctor for free.

A conservative would like to think she's done but if they are normal common sense people they realize the fallacy of those on the left to absorb information and look at it from a critical standpoint.

John Durham may be the most consequential and least known figure in Washington right now. In May, U.S. attorney general William Barr selected Durham, a longtime prosecutor with a résumé so sterling it nearly glows, to investigate the origins of the special counsel’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election, and whether it was properly predicated. Some Trump fans believe there was a vast effort by a “deep state” of high-ranking intelligence and law-enforcement officials to smear Trump or hinder his campaign by creating a perception of corrupt ties to Russia. In late October, the New York Times quoted unnamed sources who said that Durham’s probe

It is painful to take issue with my blessed friend Peggy Noonan, and also painful to read both that she has effectively joined the disreputable impeachers of Donald Trump and has invoked a disingenuous argument in support of that position. Writing in the Wall Street Journal on November 2, she asserted that it is clear President Trump used his office to ask the president of Ukraine to destroy Joe Biden politically and that he used U.S. financial assistance to Ukraine as an incentive, and the withholding of it as a threat to incite such activity. And she wrote that the only remaining argument is whether that constitutes an article of impeachment

Investigative journalist Ronan Farrow, whose work helped to bring down serial sexual abuser Harvey Weinstein, says that Juanita Broaddrick's accusation of rape against former President Bill Clinton is "overdue for revisiting." Appearing on Bill Maher's Real Time on HBO Friday night, Farrow said that Clinton was "credibly accused of rape" by Broaddrick, who claimed in 1999 that Clinton raped her in a motel room in Arkansas in 1978. Clinton was the state attorney general at the time. Farrow added, "I’m heartened by the fact that people now routinely express outrage about Bill Clinton, and particularly those more serious allegations about him." It's a long list of allegations --

When I was a kid growing up in New York, California beckoned as an idyllic place of beaches, wine, wildflowers, and beautiful people. It was the land of “good vibrations,” “surfer girls,” and little “deuce coupes.” I distinctly recall watching the Rose Parade from a cold couch in the winter of 1978, wondering where on Earth they had gotten all those flowers. Years later, after driving cross country in my 1992 Suzuki Samurai, I sat atop a sand dune in Malibu and thought I had reached paradise. I took in the natural wonders of California like air: Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Redwood Park, Death Valley, Half Dome, Monterey, Napa, China Beach.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — BamaCentral has learned that the University of Alabama is making preparations for President Donald Trump to attend the LSU game at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday. Numerous sources have confirmed his expected visit. The potential No. 1 vs. No. 2 matchup, depending on the initial rankings by the College Football Playoff committee Tuesday night, will be shown on CBS at 2:30p.m. CT. The high-profile game was already attracting a lot of attention, including ESPN's pregame show "College Gameday." However, the stage had to be moved due to security concerns, from the Walk of Champions just outside the stadium to near Denny Chimes on the Quad.

The Trump administration notified the United Nations on Monday that it will formally withdraw the US from the Paris Agreement, marking the first step in a one-year process to exit the global pact to fight climate change. The move would leave the US as the only country outside the accord, a decision President Trump promised early in his term to unfetter America’s domestic oil, gas and coal industries. “What we won’t do is punish the American people while enriching foreign polluters,” Trump said at a shale gas industry conference in Pennsylvania on Oct. 23, referring to his planned withdrawal from the agreement.

California Sen. Kamala Harris' bid for the Democratic presidential nomination is imploding even before President Trump could think up an insulting nickname for her. Once regarded as the Democrats' best hope to take down Trump, Harris has seen her polls collapse, her donations tumble, and her campaign in shambles. She claims her woes show that the country is just "not ready for a woman of color" to be president. This is rot. What the country is not ready for is another cynical and self-serving bully-in-chief who, in her case, is masquerading as a progressive.

It is an article of faith among political analysts that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is a master strategist, and indeed her career is studded with significant accomplishments. Yet, more recently, she has made two grievous errors that could well cost Democrats the election in 2020. The first was putting Adam Schiff in charge of the impeachment inquiry. The second is not reining in the so-called Squad, or the four female freshmen Democrats whose extreme progressive voices have helped push the Democrat party to the left, alienating much of the country. The other day, Pelosi warned at a meeting with Bloomberg

Michael Flynn's lawyer on Monday demanded in a court filing that the FBI thoroughly search its internal "Sentinel database" and turn over "every" document in which agents described their critical January 2017 White House interview with the former national security adviser, after it emerged last month that FBI officials had apparently manipulated the so-called "302" witness report in the case weeks after the interview. Flynn's attorney, Sidney Powell, also asserted that separate handwritten notes from the interview drafted by since-fired FBI agent Peter Strzok and another agent are plainly inconsistent

The July 25 call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Vlodomyr Zelensky is the central piece of evidence in the Democratic drive to remove the president from office. "That call was a smoking gun," Speaker Nancy Pelosi said after House Democrats voted to formalize their impeachment inquiry. Trump has repeatedly said the call was "perfect," or, as he described it on Sunday, "perfecto." His defenders, or most of them, have declined to adopt that characterization. But importantly, the president, and others as well, have also pointed to the circumstances of the Trump-Zelensky conversation as evidence that Trump had no intent to commit any sort of offense,
