Inside an otherwise innocuous court filing (full pdf below), General Mike Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, files a motion to compel (MTC) in an effort to gain discovery of the content from two cell phones belonging to Joseph Mifsud. [Hat Tip Techno Fog]
Apparently, according to the information within the filing, the DOJ has somehow gained custody of two cell phones belonging to Mr. Mifsud: (document)The filing notes that “western intelligence” likely tasked Mr. Mifsud against General Flynn as early as 2014 in order to set up “connections with certain Russians” for later use against him. Essentially, an intelligence entrapment scheme.

From Mark Wauck:
oday, Sidney Powell has filed a Motion To Produce Newly Discovered Brady Evidence on behalf of Michael Flynn. Powell requested the legacy Team Mueller prosecutors for this newly discovered evidence on October 11, 2019, and was told, basically, don't call us, we'll call you--if WE think you should have it, we'll give it to you. Not good enough, said Powell, and filed a motion.
Here's what's so fascinating about this. Powell describes the evidence--two Blackberry devices that were utilized by Joseph Mifsud--as "newly discovered", as in: "evidence that has only recently come into [the government's] possession." Huh? They government only recently came into the possession of Blackberries that were used by Joseph Mifsud?

Per Sundance, the cell phone models were from 2011 and 2014. How did Mifsud happen to have them, how did the DoJ gain possession of them, and how did Sidney Powell know about them?

SIdney Powell is clearly getting info from a patriot inside the DoJ, FBI or CIA, maybe all three.
These slimeballs really, really need to be in prison for their criminal acts. From what I have been able to gather, Gen. Flynn is a true patriot, and understood how corrupt and leftist, antiAmerican the CIA, FBI and DoJ leadership (and at least parts of the rank and file) have become/were. Flynn was likely going to start taking them down when he got into a position of power, so they were moving to frame him with this whole mess, along with Trump.
Dammit these criminal, traitorous thugs really burn me up. I sure hope that AG Barr is looking into funding a new wing at Leavenworth.

AG Barr has been in Italy, Australia et al just these past few weeks.
We need to speed things up, the seditious behavior of the Dems in Congress, and the complicity/partnership with the media must be called to account. It's wrong for the Country to be dragged around by the nose by Dems trying to come up with something to absolve them of the Russia Collusion failure.

I am so grateful that Sydney Powell is on this case.
Don't anyone try to tell me that I could not vote for a woman to be POTUS.

Nope. The government gave Pervert Weiner back that laptop back after their "exhaustive" weekend investigation. No doubt by now that device has been run through so many industrial shredders that the last five times it was just dust.

And the contents of those phones will be released shortly, right after the I.G. report is released. In other words, never.

For whatever reason, AG Barr isn't moving fast enough to snare the dozens of miscreants implicated in seditious/treasonous, overwhelming behavior being displayed by people we have blindly trusted for much too long. I guess we have to be patient, though, since there isn't a darn thing we can do to hurry it up.
So I suggest investigators go after the littler fish, and just chip away until we see some actual progress in ironing-out this larger hideous mess. This would help immensely to restore to some extent my faith in the federal government.
