Wait, What… DOJ Has Possession of

Inside an otherwise innocuous court filing (full pdf below), General Mike Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, files a motion to compel (MTC) in an effort to gain discovery of the content from two cell phones belonging to Joseph Mifsud. [Hat Tip Techno Fog] Apparently, according to the information within the filing, the DOJ has somehow gained custody of two cell phones belonging to Mr. Mifsud: (document)The filing notes that “western intelligence” likely tasked Mr. Mifsud against General Flynn as early as 2014 in order to set up “connections with certain Russians” for later use against him. Essentially, an intelligence entrapment scheme.

Comments:

And as Mark Wauck also reports, Sidney Powell knows that the DoJ has those Blackberries.

From Mark Wauck: oday, Sidney Powell has filed a Motion To Produce Newly Discovered Brady Evidence on behalf of Michael Flynn. Powell requested the legacy Team Mueller prosecutors for this newly discovered evidence on October 11, 2019, and was told, basically, don't call us, we'll call you--if WE think you should have it, we'll give it to you. Not good enough, said Powell, and filed a motion. Here's what's so fascinating about this. Powell describes the evidence--two Blackberry devices that were utilized by Joseph Mifsud--as "newly discovered", as in: "evidence that has only recently come into [the government's] possession." Huh? They government only recently came into the possession of Blackberries that were used by Joseph Mifsud? Per Sundance, the cell phone models were from 2011 and 2014. How did Mifsud happen to have them, how did the DoJ gain possession of them, and how did Sidney Powell know about them?

SIdney Powell is clearly getting info from a patriot inside the DoJ, FBI or CIA, maybe all three. These slimeballs really, really need to be in prison for their criminal acts. From what I have been able to gather, Gen. Flynn is a true patriot, and understood how corrupt and leftist, antiAmerican the CIA, FBI and DoJ leadership (and at least parts of the rank and file) have become/were. Flynn was likely going to start taking them down when he got into a position of power, so they were moving to frame him with this whole mess, along with Trump. Dammit these criminal, traitorous thugs really burn me up. I sure hope that AG Barr is looking into funding a new wing at Leavenworth.

AG Barr has been in Italy, Australia et al just these past few weeks. We need to speed things up, the seditious behavior of the Dems in Congress, and the complicity/partnership with the media must be called to account. It's wrong for the Country to be dragged around by the nose by Dems trying to come up with something to absolve them of the Russia Collusion failure.

Nope. The government gave Pervert Weiner back that laptop back after their "exhaustive" weekend investigation. No doubt by now that device has been run through so many industrial shredders that the last five times it was just dust.

For whatever reason, AG Barr isn't moving fast enough to snare the dozens of miscreants implicated in seditious/treasonous, overwhelming behavior being displayed by people we have blindly trusted for much too long. I guess we have to be patient, though, since there isn't a darn thing we can do to hurry it up. So I suggest investigators go after the littler fish, and just chip away until we see some actual progress in ironing-out this larger hideous mess. This would help immensely to restore to some extent my faith in the federal government.

We are living through a phantasmagoric psychodrama generated by the dishonest national political media. This is the media whose Joe Scarborough of MSNBC did not show some of President Trump’s responses to his enemies because of “concern” for the president’s family, as he “seems to have lost his mind.” This is a new frontier in American journalism, where a television news commentator who hates the president wishes to spare the president’s family a rerun of his entirely rational denunciations of his enemies. The House of Representatives began considering impeachment because an anonymous Democrat and former political associate of former Vice President Joe Biden received a hearsay account of a conversation

On Tuesday, attorney Sidney Powell struck again, revealing yet another huge development in the Spygate saga between the lines of her latest motion. That motion, filed in the still-pending criminal case against Trump’s former national security advisor, Michael Flynn, demanded exculpatory evidence from federal prosecutors. But unlike her previously filed motion to compel, here Powell seeks evidence “that has only recently come into its possession.” And the evidence sought? The data and metadata from two Blackberry devices used by Joseph Mifsud. (Snip) the implications are multi-pronged and monumental. That the U.S. government has only recently obtained possession of a pair of smartphones used by Joseph Mifsud tells us two things: that

The level of political nonsense today from the House of Representatives is off-the-charts. Speaker Pelosi calls a resolution to the House floor to denounce President Trump for removing 28 troops from a foreign war never authorized by the same House. If Pelosi wants to have a war with Syria, then declare one. Or, Pelosi could call a resolution to the House floor to condemn Turkish President Erdogan for invading Syria. Instead, the House votes to denounce President Trump for getting our military out of the way. The Democrats are the party of war, and a whole bunch of republicans are supporting them. Why? Simply, because

A top U.S. diplomat and expert on Ukraine testified to Congress yesterday that the Obama administration — with former Vice President Joe Biden as its point man — orchestrated the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating a company connected to the Biden family, sources familiar with the testimony told The Federalist. The testimony of George Kent, a State Department official who works on the agency’s Ukraine portfolio, directly contradicts claims that the Obama administration was merely following the lead of the so-called international community in demanding the firing of Viktor Shokin, a controversial Ukrainian prosecutor who was reportedly investigating Burisma, a global energy company long suspected of corruption and

President Donald Trump looks likely to cruise to reelection next year under three different economic models Moody’s Analytics employed to gauge the 2020 race. Barring anything unusual happening, the president’s Electoral College victory could easily surpass his 2016 win over Democrat Hillary Clinton, which came by a 304-227 count. Moody’s based its projections on how consumers feel about their own financial situation, the gains the stock market has achieved during Trump’s tenure and the prospects for unemployment, which has fallen to a 50-year low. Should those variables hold up, the president looks set to get another four-year term. The modeling has been highly accurate going back to the 1980 election, missing only once.

During a press conference with Italian President Sergio Mattarella, Trump noted that Italy and the U.S. are bound together through shared ties to the ancient city, saying, "The United States and Italy are bound together by a shared cultural and political heritage dating back thousands of years to ancient Rome."
