Joshua Brown, a key witness in the murder trial of a former Dallas police officer convicted of shooting their neighbor in his own apartment, was shot and killed during a drug deal gone wrong, Assistant Chief Avery Moore said. Brown was killed after an argument with one of three men from Louisiana who had met him in Dallas for a drug purchase, Moore told reporters. A conversation between Brown and Thaddeus Green, 22, escalated into a physical altercation in which Brown allegedly shot and wounded Jacquerious Mitchell, 20, according to Moore. Green then shot Brown twice, Moore said. Green took a backpack from Brown as well as the gun used to wound Mitchell.

Comments:

The Brown family’s attorney Lee Merritt characterizes Brown as having been a football player turned entrepreneur. Right. Drug dealing is very entrepreneurial… And dangerous. Police search (with warrant) of Brown’s apartment found quantities of marijuana, THC, and $4K cash.

So mistrial then huh as a prime witness's testimony tainted? That or this disappears from the news cycle as things play out to inconvenient stereotypes.

Drug dealers make such dependable witnesses! Amber should get a new trial with sober/straight witnesses.

Against new information that U.S. Attorney John Durham has lengthened the time-frame for this investigative inquiry into the DOJ and FBI activity around the 2016 election, earlier today Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo revealed (and President Trump tweeted) the FISA report by Michael Horowitz will be released on Friday October 18th. If that time-frame for the IG report is accurate, that means the classification review has been completed; any remaining classified information not specifically authorized in the inspector general report, a decision granted to AG Bill Barr, would be placed in a classified appendix that is not available to the public.

The anti-Trump “whistleblower” is a registered Democrat who reportedly has a significant tie to one of the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates. Also, according to Fox News, he wrote a “dramatic” but inaccurate two-page memo on July 26, the day after the Trump-Zelensky phone call. Immediately following his chat with an unidentified White House official about President Trump’s telephone with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky,” the so-called IC whistleblower wrote what Fox News described as a “dramatic personal memo,” alleging that the White House official characterized the call as “crazy” and “frightening.”

We are now into the second collusion story and (at least) the second attempt at impeachment, now featuring a second “whistleblower” and counting. If the #Resistance had a motto it would have to be “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” The Washington establishment and their cheering section wearing pajamas in mom’s basements across America have been trying to remove President Trump from office since the moment he was elected. First they went for a recount in Michigan. That didn’t change the outcome, though it did uncover an inconvenient truth—the number of votes counted in Detroit exceeded the number of registered voters. Oops.

There is a lot to unpack in a decision today by the Director of National Intelligence to declassify (with redactions) a 2018 FISA court ruling about ongoing unauthorized database search queries by FBI agents/”contractors” in the period covering 2017/2018. BACKGROUND: In April 2017 the DNI released a FISA report written by Presiding Judge Rosemary Collery that showed massive abuse, via unauthorized searches of the NSA database, in the period of November 2015 through May 2016. Judge Collyer’s report specifically identified search query increases tied to the 2016 presidential primary. Two years of research identified this process as the DOJ/FBI and IC using the NSA database to query information related

One aspect heavily monitored by CTH surrounds frequent redactions to ongoing DOJ releases that touch upon former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. An additionally annoying thorn would be the continued holding-back of Rosenstein’s expanded scope memos authorizing the expansion of Mueller’s special investigation. [They remain hidden] The reason Rosenstein’s behavior remains a high-priority is simply because without his ongoing participation and authorization in 2017 and 2018 the Weissmann/Mueller probe would not have been able to continue. Rosenstein is a central character to all events, and at the end of the Mueller investigation -through today- the DOJ continued to black out any information that evidenced Rosenstein’s duplicitous activity.

He requires a shunt to drain fluid from his skull because of brain surgery. “He is a severely, severely disabled child,” Hassanzai told me. About a year ago, Ethan began vomiting and having what seemed like seizures. Hassanzai feared that her son’s shunt had become clogged — a potentially fatal complication. In the latest edition of La Repubblica, Pope Francis' longtime atheist friend and interviewer, Eugenio Scalfari, claims that the Pope told him that once Jesus Christ became incarnate, he was a man, a "man of exceptional virtues" but "not at all a God." The teaching of the Catholic Church and most Christian churches is that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was incarnated as fully man and fully God. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church states, "The unique and altogether singular event of the Incarnation of the Son of God does not mean that Jesus Christ is part God and part man, nor does it imply that he is the result
