Is Impeaching Trump Really

When Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, "When you strike at a king, you must kill him," he probably wasn't thinking of impeachment. But politically speaking, the stakes are pretty much the same whether you try to murder a monarch or remove a president from office.
Just ask Newt Gingrich, who found himself the victim of a putsch within his own party after his impeachment of Bill Clinton died in the Senate. Had Gingrich claimed Clinton's scalp, do you doubt he'd have likely remained Speaker for as long as he might have wanted?
Suppose however the target of Congress's impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump isn't actually

They've been itching to impeach Trump since 01/20/17 so I don't think that's the reason for Impeachment proceedings right now. But if Biden gets knocked out in the process, the left wing won't shed any tears. Most of Biden's support is from black voters and scattered pockets of old-time Democrats - not left-wing elitists who control Washington.

Biden could easily dismiss the accusations by showing that his action to withhold the aid unless the prosecutor was fired was not his personal decision but was discussed with his boss (Obama) or some adviser prior to the call. If this was his own decision alone and he was aware of the legal threat to his son from the prosecutor then its a crime. Even if he says he had some other reason under oath the conflict of interest make his action a violation of his oath of office.

Why do I get the feeling that no one commenting on this knows anything about it?

Just a small reminder about who might be pulling the strings on this thing - Illary and Liawatha have been having meetings lately and are all buddy-buddy. Warren certainly wants Biden out of the race and for Illary, impeachment would be sweet revenge.

Now, let's take a slightly different view. Suppose the Trump team saw the bogus whistleblower complaint as a MIRV to hit multiple targets without appearing to launch. They "leak" the complaint, perfect media bait, which is immediately honed in on PDT. As it approached that "target" the warheads begin to separate, first one headed toward Biden. Then The Squad and assorted radical Dems start up on impeachment. Pelosi does her sctick, which puts her an impeachment shill. Sens. Warner and Bart crank up the bipartisan nonsense in the corrupt Senate Intel Committee. As the pressure will mount to either press or defend candidate Biden, more Dems expose themselves as sympathetic. Mitt gets snarky. PDT releases the transcript and the who me thing appears groundless. The media is again subject to the "fake news" jeer. And PDT walks away with another smile.
It's crazy; and so is the whole Russia drama. Maybe parts of the Deep State owed him one.

The Democrats have been looking for ANY hint of a mis-step to open new investigations, and using the word impeachment, is getting the headlines they desired.
They are now using the House investigation capabilities against a political opponent who's likely to win in November 2020.

Given Hunter’s exposure to prosecution, Joe Biden should have recused himself when asked by Obama to lean on Ukraine Would Biden’s opponents throw him under the bus to clear the way to impeach Trump? Is the Pope Catholic?

#7: asking if the Pope is Catholic isn't a trick question any more.

#4 Has the right take on this. This has Clintonian fingerprints all over it. First, the so-called 'whistleblower' was/is a Clinton employee. Kinda like the Syndicate, once a member, always a member. The only way out of the Clinton Syndicate is through Clintanicide. And those recent whispers about Hillary coaching Chief Spreading Bull were not only accurate, but understated. Warren promised to be Hillary II, but first needed help getting Gropey Joe out of the way. No problemo, stated Hill. "Just sit back and watch our henchmen at CIA/NIA take care of things for ya. And while we're at it, we'll gin up a little impeachment fever for you to campaign on." Not only does this torpedo Biden, but the so-called 'moderates' in the Dem Caucus are going to have the rug pulled out from under them for opposing the lunatics on impeachment. Win-Win for the Syndicate.

Whoever made that complaint is not a legitimate “whistleblower” under the law, as the administrative Inspector Generals of the different federal agencies do not have the authority or jurisdiction over the President of the USA or the White House. The reason the complaint was made to such an Inspector General was to try to keep the identity of the faux “whistleblower” confidential. Can you see a President of the USA being impeached thus effectively overturning the 2016 election based upon an anonymous faux “whistleblower’s” compliant based upon hearsay information. That’s effectively what the Democrat are on a political mission to accomplish. Since that person is not a legitimate “whistleblower” his or her identity should be made public before the time that person testifies before Congress. Even President Trump, who is obviously hated by the Democrats, should have the right to face his accuser.
Remember as far as Biden is concerned, Barack Obama reportedly was against Biden running for President. I think that the leaders of the Democrat Party led by Obama have figured out that none of the announced Democrat candidates now going through the primaries will be able to defeat Trump in the general election. If that is so, look for a yet unannounced Democrat candidate to appear at or right before the Democrat National Convention, supported by the leaders of the Democrats and be nominated for President by acclimation at the Convention. If that happens all the Democrats who are now running will be out in the cold, except maybe one who they may put on the ticket to to mollify an out of control Democrat faction and play second fiddle as the Vice-Presidential nominee.

There is no need to kneecap Biden. He does that all by himself. The rabid jihadi anti-American demonrat party wants the lying corrupt Pocahontas to transform the country into a communist paradise.

Impeachment might be a convenient way to offload that annoyingly heavy brick load that is the terminally venal Biden. Suffice it to say that if any of Trump's adult children had been rewarded with a seven figure sinecure arranged by Dad, the already deafening ululations of the Left would be heard in other galaxies. The Bidens are an odd family that ought have the decency to slither quietly away into the shades.
