Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), a 2020 presidential contender, hit President Trump over his announcement he had canceled a secret meeting with Taliban and Afghanistan leaders at Camp David.
"It is another example of the president treating foreign policy like some kind of game show. It's not a game show, these are terrorists," Klobuchar said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union."
Trump announced Saturday on Twitter that he had canceled a meeting with the organization that that had secretly been planned to take place at Camp David ahead of the 18th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

As these clown-car Dems knock Trump for everything (who of them spoke anything positive about his achievements?), the question is: what would any of them bring to the table as for foreign policy? Other than bending over or bowing, nothing! Come up with a better idea or shut up!

Everything is a "game". Every country competes against every other country. And every country seeks to gain advantage and leverage. Politics is also a game.
The difference is that we may or may not be willing participants, but we are participants.the game may not be fun, but it has real life consequences.
So if we are going to be in the game, we need a guy whos rolling the dice to understand the game and be willing to turn over the board.

"Senator Klobuchar supported the Iran nuclear deal, arguing that the deal helped curb Iran’s ability to develop a nuclear weapon.. She argued that the deal “was imperfect, but it was a good deal for that moment” and that she “would have worked to get longer sunset periods, and that’s something we can negotiate to get back in the deal.”

The deal: we give them 150 billion dollars and they promise to play nice.

Along the game show analogy, Ms. Klobuchar will soon be going home empty handed. She won't even have some lovely parting gifts.

Klobuchar is many-faced. She can come across as reasonable but in fact, is a treacherous, duplicitous, hard Leftist. I would trust her as far as I could throw her. It's interesting to read the above comment that she treats her own staff like animals. Just like Hillary Clinton. And Nancy Pelosi. And come to think of it, just like Barbara Streisand. Something about Leftists, especially their political leaders, elitists talking the talk, never walking the walk. Phony and hypocritical, all of them.

If that's true Klobuchar, he's doing better with foreign policy playing a game than you and your fellow leftists could do with the best leftist talent (wait, does that exist?) on the planet.

The woman can't deal positively with her staff, and she's going to negotiate with hardball dealing foreign governments? I don't think so.

Maybe she should look the field of study named "Game Theory".
Obama's policy of sending pallets of cash to our enemies who support terrorists acts against us: not a game. Apologizing, bluffing with red-lines in the sand, sacrificing our men in Libya who were calling for help: not a game.

Trump is actively involved in our foreign policy, and I think he does his homework, unlike the last few Presidents we've had who seemed always to be signalling to our opponents - in one way/ or another - "Whatever YOU say."

#19, when I was a callow youth, we used to say that beauty was skin deep, but ugly ran all the way to the bone. AmyK treats her underlings like crap, and by all accounts was a fairly dishonest prosecutor back in Minnesota.
