Hillary Clinton checked every box for a violation of the Espionage Act. So much so that, in giving her a pass, the FBI figured it better couch her conduct as âextremely careless,â rather than âgrossly negligent.â The latter description was stricken from an earlier draft of then-director James Comeyâs remarks because it is, verbatim, the mental state the statute requires for a felony conviction. It wouldnât do to have an âexonerationâ statement read like a felony indictment. In point of fact, the careless/negligent semantic game was a sideshow. Mrs. Clintonâs unlawful storage and transmission of classified information had been patently willful. In contemptuous violation of government standards,

Mueller passed out complete immunities to every demonrat that came across his bow. Worse yet, he refused to prosecute any of them. Frankly, I don't feel sorry for McCabe that he lost his job and "part" of his pension. What was the "part" loss anyway? $2/month? He did the crime so he should do the time. Enough with this two-tier justice system.

Throw everything at McCabe. See if he wants to rat out Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Yates, Strzok, Page, Baker, etc.

The DoJ is the Department of Injustice. Fire Wray, Ohr, and prosecute all involved in signing the FISA Court spying on Carter Page. Then we might have peace. We have two tiers of Justice, one for the Clintons and their servants, and another for Patriots like General Flynn, Manafort , Papadopolous and the poor guy with white hair who was arrested in an amphibious operation from FBI shock troops in the dead of night almost killing his deaf wife with fear while CNN was filming the entire MĂźller show. The FBI has to be dismembered into the Federal Marshals and Director Wray sent to prison for obstruction of Justice. The Rank and File G-men are just as guilty as McCabe, James Baker, Priestap, White Bread Lover Strozk and his mattress Lisa Page, who after much deliberation decided not to prosecute their accomplice Comey. AG Barr agreed.a pox on all their houses.

Justice should be the same as it would be for the rest of us. These unelected bureaucrats should not be treated any differently than anyone else who committed the same crimes. If the DOJ is concerned about being able to seat a fair and impartial jury for these cases, move them out of Washington. The American people want to know that their system of justice is not rigged in favor of the politically connected. Crimes have been committed and the guilty must be punished. Failure to do so would destroy what little trust the American people have in their government.

To No. 4; "...wants to rat out Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Yates, Strzok, Page, Baker, etc."
Isn't that just what Muller did? Certainly what is good for one side, should also be good for the other!!!

What we saw transpire with Comey solidified the two tier justice system.
McCabe will get what Comey got, an index finger pointed at him, told he was a bad boy and then sent on his merry way.

Justice for McCabe will be an 8 ft. by 8 ft. jail cell with a cell mate who doesn't bathe. But, I wouldn't stop here with the low-hanging fruit. Comey, Brennan, Strozk, Panetta, Holder, Valjar, Riceroni, Clapper, and wrap it up with Obie and Billary. If Mueller and his team including Weissmann had criminal intent, make them pay, How fitting.
Indeed, these bureaucrats should not be treated any differently than the rest of us just because they are among the elite or have friends in the right places. Application of law is not supposed to be preferential unlike what the msm would lead us to believe.

When it comes to demanding justice, McCarthy just can't pull the trigger. He muses about McCabe's long history of service and wishes the "punishment" of humiliation and a cut in pension (more than made up for by a payoff from CNN) was enough. He dreams of the days when he, Mueller, McCabe, and Comey were best buds fighting for truth and justice.
If McCarthy can't demand full justice for those who committed arguably the greatest act of treason against our Constitutional system, he is part of the problem, not the solution.

I have yet to see any signs of humiliation or regret. Instead Comey and McCabe are self satisfied and smug and collecting the spoils of their new celebrity status. Honor among thieves never rang so true. It is disgraceful.

I certainly agree that the president should not have commented on McCabeâs case or status. As Iâve repeatedly argued (see, e.g., here, here, and here), the presidentâs often-unhinged commentary makes investigations and prosecutions much more difficult to execute.
Well, yeah Andy, just ask the Haditha Marines who were tried, convicted and sentenced on the House floor in broad daylight by Congressman Murtha. Where are your articles of outrage over that, huh? Oh, I guess they just don't have the flair and elitism that you and the rest of the deep state crowd "deserve" because sending McCabe a slap on the wrist means he's just suffered enough. Has "bonehead" Carter Page suffered enough Andy? How does he get his life back? McCabe, Comey and the other coup felons ONLY receive great rewards for their crimes. McCabe has "suffered enough"? According to your brilliance and elite better-than-them-Walmart-smelly people? What a load of crap from this arrogant jerk. How the talk show hosts love McCarthy is beyond me.

Forgive second post:
#16 - Rush loves him too. Had him on for a pretty extended time period recently, touting his latest book where he retells all the facts of something or other, much after any interested person has long since known them. I think he is just putting everything in neat and clean order for the history books.

McCarthy has had to be dragged, kicking and screaming, to recognize that his much beloved Deep State is shot through with massive corruption, Communists everywhere (carefully selected by The Zero) and political hacks. He still has in his mind to minimize how corrupt, and how politically bent the entire upper echelon of the DoJ, CIA and FBI were and probably still are.
McCarthy still doesn't see how deep the rot and criminality really is.

Justice? I dunno. Hanging, drawing, and quartering? Maybe that's not enough, I just hope that some prosecutor ruins McCabe's year. He's been a professional Democrat. Now let him pay.
