Will Chicago stop "tearing families apart" by continuing to put arrested/tried/convicted criminals that have "da-baby-mommas" in jail? Will they separate these perps from their dozens and dozens of offspring? Or will they keep families together by putting the "babies in cages" with them? Odd that this policy is unacceptable when the feds do it but Chicago does it far more often every day.

My Mother, full of wisdom while dying from cancer (which she withheld from her children) told me in one of our last discussions, "you are not rewarded here, but will receive a (righteous) judgment "after here". All these weak and corrupt 'leaders' will get theirs. Sadly, we cannot watch it now when it seems so deserved, but THE JUDGEMENT is inescapable...and the ABYSS can never be overcome between the RIGHTEOUS and the EVIL WICKED...'leaders' of this day. And there are SO MANY that will receive punishment.

The Federal response should be to cut off the City of Chicago from DOJ and DHS controlled Federal law enforcement data bases as turn about is fair play in politics. Then watch the liberal and leftist Democrats heads blow off as they run to manipulate the system by conspiring to find an activist liberal Democrat Obama or Clinton judge to issue a permanent injunction against the Federal Government.

I've hit outrage overload. I don't care about these people and I say let them sink in their own swill. They won't change and we can't make them, so let them go their own way. Someday, the DOJ, at the request of the president, will send in the U.S. Marshals to clean up the mess. If it isn't Chicago, it will be San Francisco, Los Angeles or more than likely Portland, OR. The idiots that have voted in these miscreant mayors deserve what they get, so let them go their merry way. Sooner or later, they will wake up to the reality that they are affected first hand by this crap, and will lose "compassion" for the unwashed who are here illegally, and the majority isn't going to pay for their upkeep any longer. I just hope it's sooner than later.

They are only going after those who've been processed already, and have either been denied their asylum claim, and/or, not appeared before the court as so ordered for their hearing. So, if Democrats want to help, they should be directing those who've come here in the last few years to make sure they show up for their hearing. I believe it's the responsibility of those who were apprehended, and then released to appear, or advise they've moved, so another court can take up their hearing. Not the government's responsibility to find them.

Curious that Lightfoot wants to protect the violent criminals in her city from deportation. Obviously, being a violent criminal is something that she finds attractive in her city's residents. Maybe that is why their violence statlstics are so horrifying - the city "leaders" encourage the violence.

Is Madam Mayor aware that any inmate, state or federal can be found wheresoever housed in several ways. The state (yes, even Illinois) has a record of every inmate even housed in any state institution. The Bureau of Federal Prisons has a website ( which has an electronic record going back to 1982. The records previous to that year are more than likely archived into a retrieval medium. Happy hunting. For sure, some determined official can block a name or two from discovery. I seriously doubt if all names, even all names that sound ''foreign'' can escape notice. Poor mayor probably believes what she utters.

The Illinois Senate has approved a sweeping abortion rights bill. The 34 – 20 vote comes amid a time when several other states have passed laws essentially banning the practice. The bill establishes a woman’s “fundamental right” to an abortion… and states that “a fertilized egg, embryo or fetus does not have independent rights.” It also repeals the Illinois abortion law of 1975, eliminating spousal consent, waiting periods, criminal penalties for abortion providers and restrictions on abortion facilities. The bill now heads to Governor Pritzker. He campaigned on a promise to make Illinois the most progressive state in the country for reproductive rights.

In January 1942, 11 Naval nurses and one Filipino nurse were taken prisoner by the Japanese. They spent nearly three years as POW’s in concentration camps where they continued to nurse the sick and injured. They were never formally recognized by the U.S. government as heroes.
