Megan Rapinoe is the co-captain of the U.S. women’s national soccer team and a rabid hater of President Trump. (SnipToday, President Trump brilliantly responded to Ms. Rapinoe. First, by calling out her arrogance in declaring victory before she even played the World Cup matches; and secondly, by inviting the entire team to the White House “win or lose”.
The pressure is now upon Ms. Rapinoe. That pressure overlays a preexisting, unstable and tenuous psychological condition related to her tribal self-identification and commercial aspirations. This dynamic is a recipe for implosion. It will not end well for her.

I’d like to see her benched for the next game. As talented as this team is sitting her shouldn’t stop them from winning.

The Rapinoe thing does not understand much. Big time sports are children's games played at maximum speed with a goal of demonstrating civility. The Rapinoe thing is uncivil, uncouth, and ugly.

Just how many Americans have heard of Rapinoe before the USS women's nat soccer team's success?
Did she suddenly turn into an Albert Einstein that we suddenly need to pay attention to a nobody-with-a-man-hiding-inside's OPINIONS? Arrogance is the MO for the LGBTQxyz. She's like the "Knee-Jerks" of the NFL who milk their transitory sports ability to demand special attention. Had enough yet?

Rapinoe's actions and comments should be making he too toxic to endorse any products or an make any deals after the Women's World Cup. To trash you own country while representing your country shows that you are not a good candidate to be a spokesperson for anything (except maybe mood disorder medication).

Is this the same women's professional soccer team that was thumped by a 7th grade boys soccer team 9 to 0? Then, how gives a damn?

Should be 'who,' not 'how.' I hate when I do that. Dyslexia, I guess.

"Sports do not build character. They reveal it."
Rapinoe reveals zip, zero, nada.
And purple hair is for cartoons.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, someone should put an end to WH visits for professional sports teams. Professional athletes are highly compensated, winners have parades and trophy ceremonies, ESPN award shows, etc., they do not need or deserve additional praise from the White House.

#6, in 2017 the FC Dallas under 15 boys squad beat the US Women’s National team 5-2 in a scrimmage match. So yeah, this highly touted team (which is mostly the same lineup from 2017) was beaten by teenage boys. Their comparative performance does not match their antics or rhetoric...especially the team co-captain.

This ungrateful arrogant POS is making her whole team look bad. Her pathetic need for attention is selfish. Most people don’t care who wins this and will not get behind even a US team so hell bent on displaying their hatred for their own country. I hope they lose badly.

Ms Lesbian is not setting a good example for our youth. Sports is an 'occupation' where you should have some dignity and grace, win or lose. She lacks both and so much more.

Trump says to Women's Soccer Team...Listen win or lose your World Cup tournament, you are all invited to the WH. We'll be having McDonald's Hamburgers for the girls, two scoops of ice-cream for me, and Vichyssoise (potato soup) for our uptight lesbian player with the boy's haircut.

Rapinoe is extremely politically misguided, and annoyingly outspoken, but she plays as hard, if not harder than anyone else on the field. She gets fouled more often than anybody else, and pops right back up ready to help the team. On the field, she exemplifies what it means to be an American. Off the field, she’s fallen prey to the identity politics of the day. It’s a shame, really, because she could be a true leader if she could get past herself.

Sorry..... I dont take anyone seriously if their hair is pink, if they have nose piercings, face tattoos, holes in their ears big enough for a game of hoops, nor anyone who wears the sexuality, sex, race, political affiliation etc etc on their sleeve. And my default position is to ignore anyone thats to the left of Lindsey Graham.

She'll be the next athlete to suffer the Trump Curse. I won't be sorry for her if that happens.
I didn't pay too much attention to her rant. I don't waste time listening to people who are unable to voice their positions cogently without resorting to expletives; that only shows a weak, uneducated mind.

As soon as I read that she wouldn't go to the White House, and that the team wouldn't be invited anyway, I knew Trump would invite the team. LOL. For being so "unstable," he's incredibly predictable. LOL.

I have to cut Megan some slack - just this once. She's too young to remember what happened to the Dixie Chicks.

An ungrateful generation. She should move and burn her passport. Notice none of the people who hate America ever leave ?
