Why the author accusing Trump
of rape won’t bring charges

Original Article

When the rape allegations brought against President Trump by advice columnist E. Jean Carroll surfaced on Friday, you could instantly predict that we were going to see a standoff between supporters on both sides. That’s been playing out over the weekend already, but one interview that Carroll did on Friday night caught my attention. She appeared on MSNBC and one of the expected subjects came up. She’s made a very serious charge in her upcoming book, far beyond any sort of harassment or inappropriate touching, so is she going to bring charges? Apparently not. That’s her call to make, of course, but why? It’s her reason

Her real reason is that perjury is a crime and she could end up in jail for filing a false police report.

It's time for these for these accusers with no proof to be sued for slander. That may put an end to them crawling out from under the rocks and falsely ruining peoples lives.

Let's do a comparison: E. Jean Carroll/Donald J. Trump - No Evidence. 'Perfect' Memory (allegedly) No witnesses No mention of act since it supposedly happened - till now. No proof ever even MET Trump, much less had daily access to Trump. Trump has a history of being flirtatious with women, but not assault. Juanita Broddrick/Bill Clinton - No direct Evidence No direct witness Discussed with friend, who corroborates injuries consistent with story Spoke multiple times about incident to present. Known to have worked with Bill Clinton (access) Bill Clinton has multiple accusers of assault as well as rape. I think Juanita still comes across very credible. Jean, not at all.

Comedy is most amusing when it contains general truths. It the sitcom MOM, Chrissie, a single mom (and alcoholic and gambler) realizes, after having sex in risky places (under her desk at work, in her ex husband's van,and the like) that she is only turned on by sex if it is happening in risky places.. And while I do not claim to understand women or their thinking, (even after 80 years,) this Carroll woman may have had a fantasy about a woman's dressing room sexual encounter. That makes as much sense as anything else.

As we all discussed during the Kavanaugh hearings, no woman who has ever been raped is fuzzy about the details or has forgotten them. Every single detail stays with you for the rest of your life. Believe me, I know from experience. And - if anyone were being raped in a fitting room in a department store of any kind, people would hear it going on. The woman in the next fitting room or salespeople or security. Any woman being raped in a situation like that would be screaming her head off or at least making noice of some kind which would attract attention. It’s too bad that PDT, as president and a public figure, can’t sue her for libel. I hope that he will after 1/25.

Balsey Ford is still out there sitting on her academic throne and spreading her lies to the impressionable kids of somebody dumb enough to pay for their useless "education.". Until there is significant punishment and prison time for the #MeToo old cows, the practice will continue to be used in attempts to bring down men in positions of power. I include Dianne Feinstein among aforementioned cows because she pushed Ford to do what she did from one of the highest seats in government with absolutely no proof and knew it was a lie from the beginning. This broken "senator" should be in jail. They all believe that there is no harm in trying but I have changed my personal policy and will never hire a woman again unless she has been vetted as an outstanding human being because the frivolous lawsuits would get very expensive in today's climate.

Poster #9, I read that there is a picture of this woman and her then husband standing next to Trump's ex-wife, with Trump's back to the couple. It is possible they "met" at a party, etc. or its possible there were near each other and Trump did not actually "meet" or exchange pleasantries with her.

She has accused pretty much every rich society male in NYC from high school age on up of being rapists. That tends to make me believe she is one of those frigid women who believe that all sex is rape. Plus there is the fact that Trump has said himself that back in the 80's and 90's, women were throwing themselves at him without any encouragement from him at all. My guess is she was one who set her cap for him, and he blew her off. This is revenge writing, something that Lena Dunham pulled with her tell all fantasy book. I have seen her photo, both from that era and current, and he wouldn't touch her with somebody else's equipment, much less give her a toss himself. She has a hard and mean look to her, and that is very unattractive to most men.

Having shopped occasionally in Bergdorf's around the time, I say phooey on her story. Maybe a husband was able to sneak his way into a woman's dressing area but I very much doubt it, good luck trying to get by the monitor with one more item than listed; usually a saleslady would bring you & your "try-on's" into the dressing rooms & hung around to take back what you didn't want or write up what you did. I preferred shopping at Peck & Peck and Lord & Taylor.

My first thought on hearing this fishy tale was: "How likely is it that a MAN could sneak past the attendants in the WOMEN'S dressing rooms?" Doubt the dressing areas of that period were unisex.

Well when it comes to Donald Trump and his alleged sexual escapades during decades long past, old Stormy Daniels when she got in cahoots with Democrat operatives and a very sleepy lawyer, going public, foreclosed the past apparently lucrative direct blackmail option of sucking large amounts of “shut up and get lost” money from Trump and his business organization. That leaves only an indirect way of making money off old sexually related allegations against Trump, like writing a book, and inserting some unprovable allegations of some sort of long past sex with Trump, useful as a catalyst to sell the book and make money.

If you read the New Yorker article about Ms. Carroll, there isn't a public figure in New York who has not sexually assaulted her. The article looked like she read through a who's who list and picked out some prominent names and decided "I think this person might be fun to put on my sexual assault list". If this list is true, Ms. Carroll sure has some really poor judgement for being in the position to be "sexually assaulted" so many times by prominent men.

To Jean...Trump has a reputation of going younger and prettier (especially when it comes to exchanging x-wives) You are 76 years old and were 52 at time of the alleged attack. (I am sure you were a real dish in your prime...which was a long time ago.) It kind of reminds me of that old SNL skit when Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze were in a dance-off to be a Chippendale's Dancer. Obviously, Chris lost because he looked disgusting. Anyway, good luck with the book you obviously have coming out soon. Now about that choice of Lisa Bloom, as your shake-down lawyer.

Paris climate treaty

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

Teachers unions have been instrumental in keeping American schools online during the pandemic. But some have escalated their positions on reopening to include an array of social justice demands. A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.
