A Made Man (Mueller) Unmakes Himself

Original Article

In common parlance, a made man is someone whose path to success was greased by circumstances. It also refers to someone formally inducted as a full member of a criminal outfit -- the Mafia. In the political atmosphere in which Robert Mueller was born, he, like John Kerry, was virtually assured of a prestigious place in society: He was a tall white man with a hatchet jaw who (like his classmate Kerry) went to an expensive private school – St. Paul’s -- and came from a well-connected and well-off family.

Comments:

Since Mueller could not indict and Congress could not impeach based on his report it's fair to say this was a 2 1/2 year hoax to smear the president.

E Nuff Impeach and see what happens. Best case President Mike Pence. Worst case, no Democrat gets elected to anything for the next 30 years. Nancy Pelosi is stupid but even she is not THAT stupid.

Another thing worth noting is that Herr Mueller started out investigating "collusion" that allegedly occurred during the campaign, not "High Crimes & Misdemeanors after the elected President took office. Except for making some Tweets about the insufferable "Whitey" Mueller and his 100% partisan hack legal team, there was NO obstruction of justice, else Mueller would have screamed it from the rooftops. So when did Mueller know the President was innocent of "collusion" with Russia? How many months did he drag this inquisition out hoping for the POTUS to do something illegal?

And thank God Sessions was gone and straight shooter Barr is there to remind everyone that this was a criminal investigation and the only possible decisions is indict or not indict. Mueller and his thugs and all those who put the investigation in motion were trying to use it as a political weapon. Barr reduced it to its proper frame and evaporated Mueller's usefulness because there never was a crime and there was therefore obviously no evidence. When the fiasco started, this was pointed out but Sessions was too weak to stand up for the proper use of the DOJ. Trump got rid of him just in time. When Mueller told Barr he wasn't going to make a decision, Barr must have thought, "I'm dealing with an idiot.". This was a criminal investigation. The binary outcomes were "I have enough evidence to indict." OR "I lack evidence to indict, so NO indictment". No decision EQUALS "I lack evidence to indict, so NO indictment.". If after a lifetime in criminal law Mueller doesn't know this he is VERY, VERY bad at his job. Mueller's "no decision" declares him as a partisan hack. It's appalling he was ever in charge of the FBI.

Congressional Democrats understand neither their responsibilities nor their authorities as a coequal branch of government. The Department of Justice is in the Executive Branch, NOT the Legislative Branch. Congress can conduct their OWN investigation under their oversight responsibilities. They can also conduct an impeachment process. They CANNOT infringe on the powers of the Executive Branch.

The crime, according to what I have been able to find out, was that Russians bought some ads on social media. Since when is that a crime? The other crimes, committed by various democrats, including Hillary, is selling out America, while taking money from Russians, Chinese, and who knows who else! Democrats brains are fried!

Mueller and Weissman are dirty cops. They love to hide exculpatory evidence to jail anybody they want to.

The French movie Hiroshima Mon Amour is based on human memory and forgetfulness as recounted by two lovers. The tale of the congresswoman who calls herself Ilhan Omar is a tale of an anti-Semite bred-in-the-bone corruptocrat whose rise in political power rests very largely on complicity by the media’s airbrushing of her history because they thought this physically attractive African Moslem “refugee” was just the ticket to defeat Donald Trump. The media counts on our forgetfulness and ignorance.

When Obama didn’t like a court order, he ignored it. In fact , he exceeded the constitutional bounds of his office at least 10 times, notes Ilya Shapiro. He did it in intervening in Libya without even notifying Congress; in subverting creditors’ rights in the Chrysler bailout; in his administration’s implementation of ObamaCare; In the political profiling by the IRS; in illegally appointing three members of the NLRB and the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Board when Congress was not in recess; in directing “the Department of Homeland Security to issue work and residence permits” to the so-called Dreamers (Deferred Action to Childhood Arrivals);

Life is too short to spend it on phony debates when you can see the highlights in videos and read the text of the remarks. The word peddlers are each picking their claims as to who won. The more critical observers suggest that I was right not to bother. Apparently Julian Castro thought transwomen have a right to an abortion. (Perhaps after taxpayers pay for them to have a uterus transplant): HOLT: Secretary Castro, this one is for you. All of you on stage support a woman’s right to an abortion. You all support some version of a government health care option.

That’s the title of a great song in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and that, it occurs to me, is an appropriate song for the media and the Democrats. For two years they vigorously promoted -- for their amusement and political benefit -- a fake Russian collusion story and now must watch it unravel and boomerang on them, their allies and the miscreants who created it. They had their fun, and the denouement has begun.

As dollar stores sweep across America, they are facing growing scrutiny from opponents who argue that discount chains stifle local competition and limit poor communities' access to healthy food. Dollar stores have never been more popular. Yet a wave of cities and towns have passed laws curbing the expansion of Dollar General and Dollar Tree, which bought Family Dollar in 2015. The companies are the two largest dollar store operators in the country, combining for more than 30,000 stores throughout the United States, up from under 20,000 a decade ago. By comparison, Walmart, America's largest retailer, has 4,700 US stores.

RUSH: There’s also this story in the New York Daily News. Michelle Obama… By the way, don’t be surprised if she gets in the Democrat presidential primary race after the primaries. Don’t be surprised. I think the Obamas are looking at this as, “The primaries? That’s beneath us. We’re not gonna enter the primaries.” They’ll let these people fight it out, spend all their money, and then when it looks like none of them has a chance of beating Trump, here comes Michelle (My Belle) Obama at the latter moments of the campaign to jump into the fray and save the day for the Democrat Party.

How happy I would be to tell him ‘YOU’RE FIRED’ next November,” King tweeted. (Tweet) The Pet Sematary author has a history of lashing out against Trump and Republicans. World leaders are expressing support for four far-left Congresswomen in the wake of a series of comments in which President Donald Trump challenged the lawmakers to leave the United States if they continue to criticize the country. On Friday, German Chancellor Angela Merkel claimed President Trump’s remarks about the “Squad” — made up of Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) — “undermine America’s strength.” She also said she stands “solidarity” with the lawmakers.

It wasn’t so long ago when Beto O’Rourke, the punk-rock band member and three-term congressman from West Texas, was the man to beat. O’Rourke was the energetic, dashing politician who looked like a Kennedy and talked like a Kennedy. He may have lost his Senate campaign to the incumbent Ted Cruz, but he made history by scooping up over $80 million in fundraising in the process. His three-percentage point loss was the closest a Democrat in Texas came to winning a state-wide race in over 25 years. Beto is learning, however, that running a national campaign for president is a different animal – and that viral moments and smooth oratory

A “Drag Queen Story Hour” event at a Dallas, Texas, library last Saturday featured two drag queens, one of whom read the story What Color Is Your Underwear? to small children. More than 50 parents brought their children to the story hour held at the Grauwyler Park Branch Library and hosted by drag queens “Cassie Nova” (aka James Gary Love) and “Jenna Skyy” (aka Joel S. Hoselton). “My little cousin dressed me,” Cassie, with pink and orange hair, told the children, reported Dallas Voice. “So, I’m wearing A LOT!” Cassie reportedly also read My Cat Jack to the children, encouraging them to yawn, stretch, and scratch like cats.

House Democrats are hoping Robert S. Mueller III illuminates potential obstruction of justice by President Trump and gives credence to their claim of an unlawful president for millions of Americans who will decide on Trump’s political future. Mueller’s much-anticipated testimony Wednesday is a pivotal moment for congressional investigators, holding promise — and peril — for Democrats as they finally get their chance to question a reluctant witness about his nearly two-year investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and whether the president tried to derail the inquiry. Democrats expect Mueller to describe in detail at least five of 10 episodes of

LONDON — Boris Johnson, the far-ahead front-runner to become Britain’s prime minister this week, waved a vacuum-packed fish over his head and railed at the European Union. A kipper smoker on the Isle of Man, Johnson said Wednesday, “has had his costs massively increased by Brussels bureaucrats who have insisted that each herring fillet must be accompanied by” — he paused to reach for another prop — “a plastic ice pillow! Pointless, expensive, environmentally damaging, health and safety.” The audience roared. Johnson, populist charmer, always gets a laugh.
