House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) said at the San Francisco State graduation on Wednesday that the anthem of San Francisco is St. Francis’s song: “Lord, make me a channel of thy peace.”“Joyous graduates, distinguished trustees, eminent faculty, honored alumni, let us join and together applaud the parents, spouses and partners, families and friends, siblings and supporters sharing in this celebration, whose love, support and encouragement have made today possible,” Pelosi said in her commencement address. “Let us thank the families who have made this possible!“How happy I am to be with you, in this beautiful stadium of our home team, the San Francisco Giants and we thank them
I doubt that the Lord looks kindly on those promoting Infanticide, Nan, but you keep thinking you can scam Him.

She is so full of it. Pump her out and you could put what’s left in a matchbox. The little kind.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me bring love.
Where there is offense, let me bring pardon.
Where there is discord, let me bring union.
Where there is error, let me bring truth.
Where there is doubt, let me bring faith.
Where there is despair, let me bring hope.
Where there is darkness, let me bring your light.
Where there is sadness, let me bring joy.
O Master, let me not seek as much
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love,
for it is in giving that one receives,
it is in self-forgetting that one finds,
it is in pardoning that one is pardoned,
it is in dying that one is raised to eternal life.

Here is a joke I used to tell my students, when discussion decision making.
There was a man who always made the wrong decision, whether selecting a register to line up on in the supermarket, which toll booth to line up at, and the like.
It was a sure thing about his making bad decisions.
One day he was on an airliner, and had the choide of an aisle seat or a window seat. He chose the window seat.
As they flew at a high altitude, the window failed, and the air pressure pushed him out of the airplane.
And as he plummeted toward the earth, he made a prayerful plea.
"St. Francis, I have always prayed to you, to no avail. Please save me this time!"
A giant had came down from the clouds, grabbing the man's collar, suspending him in mid air.
And a deep voice came down from the clouds and asked just one question.
"St. Francis Xavier or St. Francis of Assisi?"
(my students didn't laugh,. either.)

Nasty Nancy Pelosi uses Catholicism as a tool. She shows up at church a couple of times a year for photo ops (and then quickly runs away without going in out of fear of "freak" lightening strikes).
Then she quotes scripture and other holy writings totally out of context to justify her evil and hate-filled agenda.
If she weren't so old and senile, I would swear she wants to be a Communist dictator, since so many of them take the same path to fool the peasants before they destroy them!!!

I’m always amazed that this phony pro-abortion “Catholic” doesn’t spontaneously combust when she says things like this.
She has been spouting religion and her faith for the last few days. I wonder what is behind this sudden ridiculous outburst.

You’ll have to excuse Chompers these days. Besides experiencing the beginning stages of dementia, she is also a little hard of hearing. The song of San Francisco actually is,”Lord, make me an instrument of your pee...”

Hopefully all of this religious babble from her means that she is feeling closer to her maker. Too bad she won't have the opportunity to say hello to Him on the way down.

The only channel Nancy is would be the Alzheimer's Channel. They only have one
DVD, play it 24 times a day. Everybody thinks it is new each time, and tomorrow, too.

#9 - I tell that joke too. Different set-up, but same punch line. I've found it falls flat with general audiences who aren't familiar with the Communion of Saints, but works well with practicing Catholics.
I must admit to a certain anticipation for the General Judgement and Nancy's sins being aired before all mankind. I like to imagine we witnesses will have the heavenly equivalent of rotten tomatoes to throw at her evil visage.
