Crybaby meltdown at White House Correspondents´ Association dinner

It is said that Washington is Hollywood for ugly people. That is, of course, an insult to homely people everywhere. But if Washington is the Hollywood of anything, then the insufferably tedious White House Correspondents’ Association dinner held every year is, truly, the Oscars of Washington. Every spring, frumpy, ink-stained wretches squeeze themselves into ridiculously mismatched tuxedos and sequined gowns straining at the seams and — I am not kidding — walk across a plush red carpet to the snapping and flashing of cameras. This, mere feet from the stone-walled sidewalk where President Ronald Reagan was nearly assassinated in 1981.

"in fact, the dinner was ALL about Mr. Trump."
Of course! The media can´t help itself. They hate him with deep personal passion because he has successfully negated their value, their self esteem. He has exposed them as incompetent fools. Yet they also need him to drive ratings and the interest of the media´s Leftist audience.
Half the Country already knew the media was all about propaganda. But Trump has made great inroads at convincing the rest of the Country as well. Even the hard Left is distrustful of media because it hasn´t been able to deliver Trump´s head and after being ridiculed for egregious and obviously fake reporting, playing perfectly into Trump´s labeling of them, the media is shy of the extreme stories the Left wants to see.
It´s fun to watch these conceited fools cast themselves against Trump in vain.

How many of these "media" people were (are?) directly involved in the Spygate criminal coup attempt? Curious minds want to know..

What the media do have in common with Hollywood is their shared hatred for mainstream Americans. Deliberately and blatantly alienating half your market is not a great business strategy. They have debased themselves with not just fake news but outright lying. We all know liars and they can never be trusted. At least they have each other.

The crux of the matter is they don´t understand what business they are in. It´s not news. They don´t feel any responsibility to find and report the truth. It´s not even ratings. The networks who attack the POTUS the loudest have abysmal ratings. Their business is making money--and at this, because of their blind addiction to hating the President, they are failing badly. Who´s becoming more irrelevant by the day and delivering fewer and fewer eyes and clicks for their advertisers? Yep, that´s you, nerd-prom goers. Congratulate yourselves all the way to the bank.

There was a joke today that the event is called a dinner because they can dish out, they can´t take it!

It was declared an All-Star event when the purple-lipped comedian from Kenya offered us his brilliant, articulate witicisms and his razer-sharp jokes. People were allowed to poke fun at anybody but him because he is so sensitive. He would not miss the chance to get his face in front of cameras and a microphone.

In the future it has to titled the Correspondence Dinner and drop the White House part. A bunch of ridiculous nerds being clever for one another with no purpose in life except to hate Trump. The President has stuck his dinner fork in them they´re done.

They should rename it - The White House Whorespondents´ Dinner. That would be more appropriate.

I love how President Trump lives Rent Free in the heads of these so-called correspondents. Indeed, they should be called an association of unindicted co-conspirators.

They are really nuts, as in no longer sane.
The question is, "Were they ever sane?" perhaps not.
I love the "You´re so vain" reference.

I loved Bill Bennett on Mark Levin’s Sunday night show a few weeks ago. He said for him personally one of the greatest things Trump has done is stand up to that nasty bunch and their ultra phony event. He said it always was a Republican hatefest of the most vulgar sort. He really respects that finally a Republican president wasn’t afraid to stand up to them!

...think this was a "Gun Free Zone"...I doubt it... I´ll bet the hypocritical dems had guards armed to the teeth to protect THEM.
...think any "diversity" of thought by the event´s speakers was allowed by the hypocritical dems...??... ( that´s a rhetorical question)

And just like the Oscars, the Washington Correspondents dinner is nothing more than a room full of preening hypocritical Obama-worshipping "superficial frauds" who are heroes to no one but themselves.
It is wondered if they are able to realize that they are not adored, not admired, not respected - that they are increasingly viewed with only deep mistrust and scathing disdain.
