Anita Hill made her claim to fame by accusing Justice Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment during his confirmation hearing back in 1991. The Left painted Thomas as a misogynistic monster despite the glaring contradictions, lies and lack of evidence to support such a narrative. The U.S. House and Senate dismissed the baseless accusations presented by Hill, confirmed Thomas to the court, and the public largely viewed Hill as discredited. Despite all this, the Left, through HBO, continues to smear Thomas for the irredeemable sin of being conservative while being black. On April 16 a slanderous film called Confirmation,

Hill was a woman scorned and we all know what they are like. Thomas not only rejected her flirting and advances as she followed him from job to job, he committed the mortal sin of marrying a white woman. THAT is why Hill agreed to help take him down.
It is one of the great blessings bestowed on America that she failed.

The story of Susan Hoerchner and her testimony needs to be aired fully and repeatedly here. This was the friend from Yale Law that worked with Hill in Washington during the summer. She testified under oath that Hill and she exchanged stories of harassment regularly during that period. Hoerchner then moved away to California in September. Problem is that Hill started working for Thomas on September 1 and testified that the harassment started 90 days later i.e. December or so. When confronted with this anomaly Hoerchner´s lawyer, one Janet Neapolitano (remember her?) stopped the testimony. The issue was never raised again.
Anita Hill is a shameless foul false accuser and a bald faced perjurer. If she had been prosecuted and promptly put in prison where she belongs all the circus about Kavanaugh would never have been attempted. Instead we are now living in this never never land.

The first five points are valid but #6 is just ignorant. Most intelligent/strategic sexual predators select their prey based on vulnerability (either a meek personality or a vulnerable financial position or a very strong desire for promotion). The fact that the woman in the next office was not also a victim means absolutely nothing! Twenty character references do not negate what happened to the one woman who was targeted. However, the request for twenty character witnesses should be on the victim and her reputation for truthfulness.

If Clarence Thomas was harressing Anita why did she follow him to his new job?

The Kavanaugh hearings were nothing more than the Thomas hearings on steroids. If a republican president nominated Mother Mary to the Supreme Court. The rats would accuse her of rape and sexual harassment compete will a line of witnesses willing to perjure themselves.

Yes, Susan Hoerchner – I remember the point at which Arlen Specter quietly nailed her.
It was following a long, deliberate line of questioning when Specter caught her in a lie. Hoerchner had been smugly reciting her rehearsed testimony –until suddenly, she realized her story was not as pat as she´d thought.
There was a silence as this dawned on her. "Oh, I see what you´re saying," she finally managed to say to Specter. And that was the end of her usefulness.

And let´s never forget the Anita Hill mantra: It´s the seriousness of the charge, not the nature of the evidence.

"The witness supposedly corroborating Hills’ allegations had moved out of Washington before Hill even began working for Thomas. How could she have possibly been told about the harassment before it happened?"
Well, obviously she was smoking ganja with Kamalamadingdong. That stuff Harris was smoking made her hear rap music that hadn´t been recorded yet.

Even if Thomas had said, ´who put the pubic hair on my diet coke can?´ and had a private discussion with a male colleague about a porn film titled Long Dong Silver, and asked Anita for a date, those are not acts of sexual harassment.
Just 5-6 years later, the President of the U.S. was sticking his diseased penis into the mouth of a fat female intern, and many of the dimocrats said that was not sexual harassment.
One feminist writer even said that she would personally take over Monica´s fellatio duties because Dollar Bill Clinton protected her right to abortion.
Arlen Specter was the best questioner at the second set of hearings. (second set took place because Dead Ted Kennedy sent his staffers to stand outside of the EEOC building, questioning every employee at the end of their work day, and may have gotten Anita´s name that way.)
Anita has used her congressional fame to move from Oral Roberts University Law School to other university law schools, and is now, I believe, at Brandeis. And she has been a vexatious colleague at some of those skills.

Anita Hill? We are delving back into history. Her name resonates about like Martha Mitchell´s. Maybe not so much.
Let´s spend this time exposing the perfidy of America´s "finest", starting with the FBI, CIA and DOJ.

I would agree, #14, except that with the Joe Biden apology tour, Hill has draped herself in victimhood and is demanding salaams from the general public as her historical due.
I have no sympathy for Joe Biden, however. He shouldn´t have apologized when there was no apology necessary.

The democrats are infected with Sisyphus syndrome, they keep trying the same moves only to have them fail. The Hill-Thomas hearings were repeated in the Kavanaugh -Blasey-Ford fiasco.
They never learn.

I don’t get what Anita Hill is still angry about. She has what every liberal woman craves. She’s famous, celebrated, comfortably wealthy, has a significant other, and has double victimhood status.
OK, so she didn’t get her first choice in a man and everyone knows she’s a lying slanderer, but look how good everything turned out for her otherwise. Maybe it’s another black woman thang I wouldn’t understand.

But of course we´re not allowed to adduce evidence such as this because we´re supposed to believe her without any reservations. Once you give up a respect for reason, fact and logic the next stop is cloud cuckooland.

The old saying has a lot of truth to it:
"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."
It always seemed obvious that Anita Hill was infatuated with Clarence Thomas, and was seeking revenge for not returning her adoration.

I went to the C-SPAN archive and wasted a lot of time looking for the point at which Arlen Specter supposedly nailed Susan Hoechner. Couldn´t find it, but I was struck by the resemblance between Ms. Hoechner and Ms. Christine Ford. The same look, big glasses, and halting delivery. The Dems not only keep calling the same plays, but they even seem to keep using the same players. They go to Central Casting for a character actress to play the poor little woman, bravely standing up against the Patriarchy.
By the way, Alan Simpson did nail Hoechner for dissembling about why she didn´t counsel her friend Anita to use the system of which she was a part, and file a complaint against Thomas. Hoechner initially evaded acknowledging that she herself had made a harassment complaint against a fellow judge.

Gee, sounds a lot like the Kavanaugh hearings. As usual democrats use the same smear tactics. Democrats do one thing, they attempt to destroy the lives of anyone who doesn´t agree with them. See, they have no souls, they´re freakin animals. Got it.

The "6 Pieces Of Evidence Anita Hill Was Lying" comes directly from a column written by Thomas Sowell, a respected economist, social theorist, political philosopher, and author (who happens to be black.) He does a good job of presenting the facts that say she was lying.
Sowell´s column is at: https://www.nationalreview.com/2007/10/fatal-facts-thomas-sowell/

I agree with #15. Watched every minute of that shameful hearing (high-tech lynching) that was aired. If Joe Biden owed an apology to anyone, it wasn´t to Anita Hill. It was to Clarence Thomas.

It was about this time we saw the development of the phenomenal species known as the Low Information Voter. All knowledge comes from televised snippets of C-SPAN and what could be seen between commercials for Preparation H.
I would have liked more information about Ms Hill being asked to depart from one law firm and hired by another.
