CNN media hack and host of the inaccurately named program “Reliable Sources”, Brian Stelter drew a lot of flak last week when he came out in defense of the Democratic National Committee’s ban on allowing Fox News to host debates for them. On Thursday, on a party line vote, Nancy Pelosi’s Democrats in the House of Representatives passed H.R. 1, dubbed the “For the People Act of 2019.” It is a massive federal intrusion into the states’ constitutionally-protected realm of regulating and maintaining voter rolls. It’s also a recipe for voter fraud. Republicans in the House correctly derided it as a “voter fraud and election theft” bill. But that understates how bad it is. H.R. 1 rolls out the red carpet for election fraud. This is true in multiple respects. A few of the most outrageous provisions in the bill are the

You´d think that after bringing herself one controversy after another from her social media posts, the smart thing for far-left Rep. Ilhan Omar to do would be to get off social media for awhile or at least hire a pro to take care of it. Not Omar. After escaping unscathed following a raft of anti-Semitic tweets for which the Minnesota congresswoman representing District 5 was forced to apologize for on some, she´s ignited a new round of controversy by attacking President Obama as "a pretty face" who has gotten away with "murder"

“It’s a cold and it’s a broken Hallelujah.” — Leonard Cohen. God is just the explanation that people concoct for those random moments when the pain of life eases. That’s what I was told one dark night as I was going through a rough patch and heard a raspy voice in my ear taunting me. “If there’s a God in heaven, then why all the pain, lies and destruction on Earth?” asked the voice. “But there’s also a lot of beauty and joy,” I replied. I’ve seen it.” “Oh? Like what?” “I’ve seen the beauty in children laughing. I’ve

As a child growing up in Harare, I believed there was a Whitney Houston song that went: ‘Oh! We discovered last year that Jeff Sessions had authorized U.S. Attorney John Huber to work with the Inspector General’s office, but we did not know exact dates and scope of the original Huber investigation. Thanks to a FOIA request, some details now fill in. A left-leaning watchdog group, American Oversight, filed a FOIA request in 2017 looking for any communication that might show former AG Jeff Sessions giving instructions to DOJ officials to target Hillary Clinton for investigations.

Progressives claim President Trump marks a new low in American political and presidential history, personifying a singularly odious message. But if we examine the present pantheon of progressive icons, and strip away their reliance on liberal-media protection and transfer them instead into the present age of tabloid promiscuity and cyber omnipresence, would we now have a very different view of their presidencies? The progressive Woodrow Wilson administration likely would never have completed its two elected terms had it operated on media protocols common just a half-century later.

The uproar over Omar’s recurring comments challenging political support of Israel has quickly thrust the freshman member of Congress into a searing national spotlight. It is also dividing voters in Minnesota’s Fifth Congressional District, a diverse and deeply Democratic stronghold that easily elected her last fall.

Pick up a newspaper or watch the news about what Democrats are up to and you’re certain to ask yourself the same question dominating American politics: Are they going too far? Did Democrats overreach when they invited convicted liar and turncoat scammer Michael Cohen to tell Congress President Trump is a bad guy? Are they on a ridiculous fishing expedition when they summon 81 people, including three of the president’s children, to testify to a congressional panel whose chairman says he’s certain Trump committed crimes, no matter what special counsel Robert Mueller says?
