"Multimillionaire Communist".......Once again, proving the old adage: "Socialism / Communism is for the peasants, not the Socialists/Communists."

The formula was sinister and simple. Trump announces a new immigration policy. That cues progressive activist groups to race to court and file a lawsuit. A friendly federal activist judge somewhere in California, Hawaii, or D.C. slaps an injunction on the policy, and just like that, everything grinds to a screeching halt. The left is hoping that months drag on and turn into years, letting the lawsuits pile up, and hopefully the policy dies a slow, lonely death before the American people ever get to see if it works. This was the Left’s weaponized political strategy, and for a while, it worked. It stalled Trump’s agenda

Multiple countries have proposed ‘digital service taxes’ which are taxes on the domestic use of American tech platforms like META, Twitter, Amazon etc. EU countries are planning to tax U.S. based tech platforms for the revenues generated by operations within EU countries. President Trump announces retaliatory action via reciprocity taxes, in essence leveraging the entirety of the U.S. consumer market, if the EU proceed with this new tax revenue scheme against U.S. companies. Canada was on the cusp of a digital services tax last year when Trump made a similar announcement forcing Canada to abandon the plan.

LOS ANGELES -- A mistrial was declared Friday in the arson case against Jonathan Rinderknecht, the man accused of setting what eventually became the Palisades Fire. Prosecutors said they will try again. The judge declared the mistrial after a jury on Thursday said that they could not reach a verdict in 29-year-old Rinderknecht's trial on three federal charges: arson, malicious destruction by means of fire and timber set aflame. The deadlock was 10 jurors set on a not guilty verdict and 2 jurors determined to convict.

Charlie Kirk's accused assassin, Tyler Robinson, can still face the potential death penalty if convicted of aggravated murder, a Utah judge ruled Friday. Judge Tony Graf Jr. found Deputy Utah County Attorney Christopher Ballard was in contempt of a court order for statements he made about his opinion on the strength of evidence in the case — but he was not wrong for making other statements in which he disputed a misleading characterization about specific ballistic evidence from a defense court filing. As a result, Graf denied Robinson's argument that the appropriate remedy would be to remove the potential death penalty — and instead he said he would expand the jury selection

Hopefully, this will speed up the process to remove millions of migrants who were previously shielded by “Temporary Protected Status.” {Ruling Here} In a 6-3 decision Thursday, the Supreme Court said the administration can strip temporary protected status (TPS) from migrants who arrived from Islamist Syria and the ‘sh!thole‘ nation of Haiti. Given the ridiculous way Obama and Biden defined crisis, the ruling appears to have removed legal obstacles blocking Trump and Rubio from ending the temporary protected status for immigrants from 13 countries, including Venezuela, Honduras and Afghanistan. Get rid of all of them. Illegal migrants do not have constitutional protection.

Amy touched upon this this morning. There was a terrible no-call that occurred during the Indiana Fever-Phoenix Mercury game last night. Phoenix Forward Alyssa Thomas punched Clark in the throat. Midway through the second quarter of the Indiana Fever’s 111-109 loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Wednesday night, WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark went to the floor and lost control of the ball while being defended by Lexi Held of the Mercury. Amid the scramble for the ball, Mercury forward Alyssa Thomas landed on Clark, pushed her fist into Clark’s throat, then stepped over her. Despite the egregiousness of the incident, no foul was called. After the game, Fever coach Stephanie White called the play a “cheap shot.” Clark left the game with 5:15 to play in the third quarter because of a back issue that was aggravated

President Donald Trump on June 24 canceled the scheduled signing of a bipartisan housing bill aimed at lowering home prices, saying that an election integrity bill should be passed by Congress first. “Today’s Housing News Conference and Signing is hereby cancelled until such time as we pass the desperately needed SAVE AMERICA ACT, which I consider to be a National Emergency,” Trump posted on Truth Social. The SAVE America Act would require voters to prove their U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections. The “Squad’s” queen bee may ditch her long-anticipated plot to unseat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for bigger game after three radical Mamdani-backed insurgents running for House seats on Tuesday defeated old-guard Dems, pushing the party even further left, the insiders said. “New York’s clean sweep was a political earthquake that shows voters generally want to shake up the system,” said Adam Green, co-founder of the Progressive Change Campaign Committee.

The Democratic Socialists of America have adopted a strategy to exploit the Democratic Party’s ballot access to boost their own candidates at the expense of incumbents, a plan which achieved remarkable success in New York City this week. The victory of two DSA-backed candidates and one former member delivered a shock to the Democratic Party establishment, which has begun to call for better policing of the party’s primaries against candidates who are only seeking to exploit it, not join it. “I say this with no ill will or animosity: if you hate the Democratic Party, then please don’t run for our nomination,”

The 71-page document outlined the Government’s intention to help British farmers wind down high-emission farming – including cattle – and move towards “growing oilseeds and pulses” for planet-based products. “Farmers will play a critical role in delivering this transition by adopting practices that reduce emissions while sustaining productive, commercially viable businesses,” the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) wrote.

California's lunatic "wealth tax," it seems, is to be on the 2026 ballot. The once-Golden State's impeccably coiffed Governor Gavin Newsom, with a note of panic in his virtual voice, wants Californians to know he's voting "no," and why he wants them to vote against the measure as well. Companies have been dialing back their LGBTQ+ Pride messaging since President Donald Trump took office last year, and analysts say that contributes to a less divisive marketplace. “This is both a market correction and a cultural correction,” Allen Mendenhall, a senior adviser for The Heritage Foundation’s Free Enterprise Initiative, told the Daily Signal. “After years of performative corporate activism, companies are rediscovering that their customers—particularly families—do not want firms serving as vehicles for ideological agendas.” “Businesses are increasingly rejecting pressure from activist investors and corporate bureaucracies in favor of listening to consumers and respecting longstanding moral and religious convictions,” he added. “Top-down cultural engineering is losing its grip.”

Did Angela Merkel Work for the Stasi? Officially, no.... She has repeatedly stated that she refused recruitment attempts, notably in the late 1970s when applying for an academic position. Unofficially, however, the extreme and ongoing protection of her Stasi-related files raises legitimate and troubling questions. In March 2026, the Berlin Administrative Court upheld the Federal Archives' refusal to grant access to any documents concerning her, even to researchers. This decision shields one of modern Europe's most consequential leaders from full historical scrutiny -- decades after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
