During this week’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche discussed the Department of Justice’s ongoing efforts to uncover evidence that the 2020 election was “rigged.” The acting AG vowed to make public his agency’s findings. “So, [White House chief of staff Susie Wiles] just said that we’re going to find out that President Trump actually did win certain states in the 2020 election,” host Maria Bartiromo said. “Now, the president says all the time that the election was rigged. What have you done about that? Do you have any evidence that the election was rigged? What can you tell us?”

Sounds good. Still waiting. I seem to notice that there have been no indictments, trials, and prison terms yet. Pelosi et al still walk free.

I am having a 2021 flashback. A better plan would be to say nothing, give no warning, and then file the indictments. We are all tired of future promises that never materialize.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., applauded President Trump for making the Abraham Accords part of Iran negotiations to end war. Trump encouraged more Arab nations to join the Abraham Accords on Sunday, including Iran. "If in fact as a result of these negotiations to end the Iranian conflict, our Arab and Muslim allies in the region agreed to join the Abraham Accords, it would make this agreement one of the most consequential in the history of the Middle East. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Pakistan joining the Abraham Accords would be beyond transformative for the region and world. It is a brilliant move by President Trump." Graham wrote on X.

Iran has reportedly agreed to give up its stockpile of enriched uranium as part of the deal announced by President Trump Saturday. Tehran has agreed to a statement pledging to relinquish its cache of highly enriched uranium — believed to be enough to build 11 nuclear bombs — the New York Times reported, citing two American officials. The disposal of the highly enriched uranium, which Trump refers to as “nuclear dust” was a major sticking point in negotiations between the United States and the Islamic Republic. While Iran fought to address the status of its nuclear stockpile after an agreement to end the war had been reached,

In the wake of several close elections and a few Republican upsets, Democratic Party elites are increasingly embracing rhetoric that suggests a growing contempt for the will of the voters and an eagerness to circumvent the democratic process to beat the opposition party. The redistricting wars have resulted in Republicans gaining a modest advantage in the upcoming race for control of the House, and legal setbacks to Democratic countermeasures have resulted in pivotal political leaders voicing their frustrations in increasingly provocative ways.

The board approved the resolution while it continues to deal with an ongoing lawsuit with Heap about who runs specific election functions. The board sought a stay of the motion, but the Arizona Superior Court denied it. The board then announced it was appealing the lower court’s decision.

This month, Clarence Thomas became the second-longest-serving justice in Supreme Court history. That milestone would be notable for any jurist. For Thomas, it marks something more: the vindication of a constitutional vision that, for decades, was caricatured as eccentric, angry or unserious — until the court, and the country, began catching up. The occasion comes just as Thomas has again demonstrated why his tenure matters. In this session’s Louisiana v. Callais, the court held that Louisiana’s race-driven congressional map could not be justified by a misconstrued Voting Rights Act. As my colleague Dan Morenoff has explained,
