i do not agree. If he fires Noem, then (i) the donkeys will turn next to another cabinet mmeber - there is no making peace with them or their puppet media so why sacrifice people, and (ii) the Senate will not confirm a replacement without requiring huge changes. Cabinet firings are not easy PR wins! No No. Noem was authentically dong what she thought the election pointed to, and Trump cah redirect that.

Ah NY Post, who created that buzzsaw? It wasn't ICE or DHS but the local and state "leaders" in Minneapolis and Minnesota. Yes, I do blame the victims. ICE agents were not running down Good or Pretti but had to engage with them when they INSERTED themselves into a federal law enforcement event that they should have stayed out of. Stand on the sidewalk and hold your placard and yell but do not interfere.

The NY Post has embarrassed themselves with this editorial. It claims that Trump is blaming the victims in Minneapolis. Who do they consider the victims? Walz and Frey? The paid insurrectionist protesters? Or how about the criminal illegal immigrants? The victims were the ICE agents who had to round these scum up with no police backup and zero cooperation from the State. Then they go on to demand that Trump fire someone. They don’t have the guts to name who this person should be. Or should it just be random? This is garbage.

Maybe the dumbest thing I have read this year.

Fire Noem and then “pivot to the economy”?? 1) what kind of war would be required to confirm her replacement? 2) the communists will consider her firing a “win” and target other undesirables in the Admin. 3) firing Noem will be an unspoken acknowledgement that ICE has been wrong in the Good and Pretti shootings. I have seen no evidence of that. Rather, these 2 were expendable martyrs for the communists’ cause. We can see others shot and wounded, or killed, if the communists require more bodies to exploit their narrative.

So Trump should designate a “scapegoat” out of some leader in his Administration, give that “scapegoat” a black eye by firing her or him and then just carry on! Will Trump do that? Thus giving the Minnesota leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats at the State and local government levels, along with their supporters carrying out the violent protests (riots) in Minneapolis a big political victory. In those respects, Trump just rotated some of the Border Patrol officers who were involved in recent violent incidents there out of Minnesota and back to their permanent duty stations, and replaced them with new new leader, Tom Homan, a highly experienced former New York City Police Officer and retired US Border Patrol Agent, whose law enforcement history on its face shows that Trump intends to continue to effective enforce the Federal immigration laws in Minnesota. In reality the administration and enforcement of the US Immigration laws passed by the US Congress are a Federal responsibility, with the State and local governments throughout the USA having no authority over how the Federal Immigration laws are administered or enforced. Those Federal Immigration laws provide that ALL illegal aliens found in the USA are subject to arrest and deportation, it does not matter that after unlawfully gaining entry to the USA that an illegal alien has been convicted of an unrelated criminal offense in the USA or not, as Homan clearly pointed out during his news conference this morning. It’s just common sense that it has to be that way, as if not, unlimited numbers of aliens, including illegal aliens with hidden very violent foreign criminal records, now making up foreign country populations of mostly poor and uneducated people, with the help of their governments and criminal smuggling cartels, could easily flood into the USA on into the future, knowing that they would no longer face the consequences of being arrested and deported. No doubt the leftist Democrat political objective is to transform as many illegal aliens as possible into future leftist Democrat supporters and voters, to keep the leftist Democrats in permanent political power and that is why they are trying to get Trump to essentially abandon the effective enforcement of the Federal immigration laws by removing the Border Patrol and Homeland Security law enforcement officers out of Minnesota. Nobody has told the Minnesota leftist Democrats that they must enforce the Federal Immigration laws, what they have been asked to do is accept Federal immigration detainers lodged against criminal illegal aliens in their jails and prisons, and to notify the Federal Immigration authorities when criminal illegal aliens are to be released from those jails and prisons, so those criminal illegal aliens can be arrested by the Federal Immigration authorities for removal proceedings in accordance with the Federal Immigration laws, things that the Minnesota leftist Democrats have refused to do. Clearly the leftist Democrats in Minnesota, and across the country, do not want ANY illegal aliens to be arrested and deported, along with the Federal Immigration laws to be abandoned and no longer enforced throughout Minnesota and other leftist Democrat politically controlled States, so that they can continue to transform the illegal alien population there, and across the country, into a new massive foreign born leftist Democrat support and voting constituency to keep the leftist Democrats permanently controlling DC, Minnesota, and as many other States and localities across the country on into the future. It’s all political.

There are a number of elected people that WTP should fire for not having the common sense, integrity, or the guts to stand with this POTUS whom WE elected to do exactly what he has risked so much - including his life - to do for US and for the world, as it turns out. That Iron Lady Margaret Thatcher’s quote comes to mind once again, “This is no time to go wobbly.” I am sick to death of unelected people, in the news business and elsewhere, second guessing every move this president and his team makes. They are looking at everything from the outside. He, and they, are dealing with it up close, first hand and in real time. They haven’t done anything to cause me to lose trust in their dedication to doing all in their power to defeat those doing all in their power to destroy this country. Imo, demanding your idea of perfection from the sidelines is harmful to the good and helpful to the evil trying so desperately to defeat the good. God bless, guide and protect President Trump and his team, and give them the knowledge, wisdom, courage and strength to be victorious through His mercy and grace.

These commmie democrats have been salivating a head since January 21, 2025. Mr. President, absolutely DO NOT FIRE ANYONE! And who should get fired? Kristi, for what? She has done a spectacular job. She is on the front line and her comments about domestic terrorists which Good and Prett are, was a way of supporting her law enforcement staff, ICE, Border Patrol, FBI you name it.
