Once again, I’m going to bite my tongue because I have respect for Professor Jacobson.
But my goodness, I want to go off on Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
As we all know, Don Lemon and an anti-ICE mob ambushed a church in Minneapolis.
Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon suggested Don Lemon and the anti-ICE mob could face charges under the KKK Act.
Ellison? Well, he had a message for Christians: Deal with it.
To make it better, Ellison said this on Lemon’s podcast. Thank you, Teri Christoph, for transcribing:
The protest is fundamental to American society. This country started in a protest. It’s freedom of expression.

The Department of Justice has announced that they will be arresting Don Lemon and open investigations into the storming of Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. (X) Lemon will reportedly be arrested by the Trump administration under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act.
“The Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes,” said Civil Rights Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon on The Benny Johnson Show. It's a law that makes it illegal to terrorize and violate the civil rights of citizens. Whenever people conspire this, the Klan Act can be used.” (X) “Don Lemon himself

Eric Swalwell's political ambitions just hit a major snag. Swalwell, most famous for public flatulence and bedding a Chinese spy, wants to be the next governor of California, but he is now the target of a court challenge that could blow his entire gubernatorial campaign out of the water before it even gets started.
The accusation? He doesn't actually live in the state he wants to govern.
Conservative activist and filmmaker Joel Gilbert dropped a legal bomb on January 8, filing a petition in Sacramento Superior Court arguing that Swalwell is constitutionally barred from seeking the governor's office.
Gilbert has a strong case.

The Justice Department has put Don Lemon on notice. The disgraced former CNN anchor could face serious federal charges for his role in storming a church service in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he joined a far-left mob hunting for a pro-ICE pastor while live-streaming the chaos.
Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon told conservative podcaster Benny Johnson that federal prosecutors are exploring multiple avenues to bring charges against those involved in the church invasion. "We will pursue charges in this case. I see various crimes that have occurred," Dhillon said. "Exactly what they are, I'm not gonna flag, but the FACE Act has

Two days ago, Sally Zelikovsky brought to my attention a show I’d never heard of—Landman—and a scene in that show that quickly became famous. The show is about oilmen and their families in the West Texas oilfields. The scene is about a beautiful, blonde, feminine Texas woman who goes off to college and finds herself confronted by her new roommate: a smug, humorless, self-centered, non-binary, pronoun-obsessed little dictator.
Both the scene and the actress playing the feminine woman who challenges pronoun madness have gotten a bit of criticism on social media, which MAGA people seem to have played up for effect. Thus, I can find the

Happy Monday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) The cultists in the Church of Climate Change Alarmists sure are resilient for people who are convinced that we're all so fragile that the weather is soon going to kill us. Maybe I'm simplifying their message; it's difficult to pay close attention to those who are permanently in the throes of hysteria.
One of the greatest upsides to writing about politics is that I can vent my frustrations with the lunatic left and enjoy myself while doing so. The climate cultists are particularly enjoyable to mock because the aforementioned hysteria makes the poor dears so easy to trigger. One mention of "Floaty

It's a common enough conundrum to ponder: How do so many politicians grow so rich on what is honestly a fairly modest Congressional salary? Before we feign too much amazement, well, we all know that there are all too often some kind of shady dealings going on.
Which brings me to Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar (MN-05). In 2025, we explored some of Rep. Omar and her husband's meteoric rise to wealth, all the more amazing to behold, since Omar arrived in these United States as a refugee with barely a nickel to her name. Now she's enjoying the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, with all the trappings

Good morning. (Snip) First, the premise: You are not going to have a country for long when you’re actively protecting the people who are invading it and destroying it.
There are only two possible answers as to why those invaders and destroyers are being protected. Either their protectors are lacking the brainpower required to come to that conclusion, or else they do understand, and destroying the country is their goal. There is one other option that is more sinister, however, and we'll get to that shortly.
Just so we understand which of the first two is which, let’s consider a couple quotes:
Trump: We will walk peacefully and patriotically

The Jan. 7 shooting death of Renee Good has become a political Rorschach test. A Quinnipiac poll released on Tuesday finds that a majority of American voters, 53%, believe ICE agent Jonathan Ross, who shot Good on a Minneapolis street last Wednesday, was not justified in doing so. Thirty-five percent believe the shooting was justified, while 12% have no opinion. But the poll results vary widely when the respondents’ political affiliations are examined. Seventy-seven percent of Republicans believe the shooting was justified, while 28% of independents and only four percent of Democrats hold the same opinion.
These poll results are unsurprising. As news of the shooting broke,

Dylan Mulvaney, a "transgender influencer" most famous for sparking the massive 2023 Bud Light boycott that tanked sales and alienated millions of customers, is now set to make his Broadway debut as Anne Boleyn in the hit feminist musical "SIX."
This is a good reminder that this kind of woke mind virus, widely rejected in the previous national election cycle, is still making the rounds in various corners of the entertainment world.
I mean, seriously. Not only will Mulvaney be taking a significant role in a musical about women in history, but he will be taking that role away from an actual woman. This is progress for women ... or something.

This week we said hello to a new heroine in Iran, and goodbye to a hero at home. But “The Crazy” marches on, both on the streets and in Supreme Court case arguments, where liberal justices continue to not disappoint, providing endless comic entertainment. Here’s a suggestion for the Wall Street swap market types: let’s swap Minnesota for Greenland and Alberta, and swap the Iranian cigarette girl for every AWFL in America.

A billionaire's yacht was renamed after the media mogul didn't realize that the ship's title, spelled backwards, was a vulgar antisemitic phrase.
Larry Ellison, once the world's richest person and the co-founder of the media and entertainment conglomerate, Oracle, renamed his German-built yacht the Izanami, which, spelt backwards, reads: 'I'm a nazi'.
The 81-year-old chose to name the enormous, 191-foot vessel after a Shinto deity in Japanese mythology, the goddess of creation and death, seemingly without realizing the phrase it spelled in reverse.
Ellison, whose family has strong ties to Israel, became aware of the vile phrase and renamed the yacht, according to Futurism.
The yacht owner has repeatedly shown his support for Israel,
