Leftists are so obsessed with the Trump collusion hoax that they are seeing ‘connections’ in the most ridiculous of places, including the choice of tie that War Secretary Pete Hegseth wore yesterday. Not surprisingly, the latest conspiracy theory regarding Trump-Russia backfired.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, a high-stakes meeting Friday involving President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took place in the Cabinet Room of the White House, a departure from the typical Oval Office meetings that the President holds with foreign leaders.

The protesters weren’t the only senior citizens at the ‘No Kings’ protests today. In Massachusetts, Senator Ed Markey was out in full force, yelling about the fact that we don’t have kings in the United States, as if we didn’t know that.
The ironic part is that Ed Markey has been in elected office in Massachusetts since 1973.
From his Wikipedia page:
Edward John Markey (born July 11, 1946) is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from the state of Massachusetts, a seat he has held since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, he served 20 terms (18 full, two partial) as the U.S.

Republicans and Democrats who can’t agree on much of anything these days — including how to keep the basic functions of the federal government up and running — seem to be finding common ground on how to approach an industry that’s poised to dominate the American economy: artificial intelligence.
Citing an imperative to protect American workers and children from the predations of artificial intelligence, a bipartisan coalition is emerging to establish safeguards around the technology.
The AI safety movement is fast becoming a powerful force on the state and national levels with advocates spanning the entire political spectrum. Its growing political strength ...

As I wrote earlier on Saturday, Vice President JD Vance was on hand to deliver remarks to an enthusiastic crowd of Marines at the United States Marine Corps' 250th Birthday Celebration event at Camp Pendleton in California But he managed to find time before arriving at the base to give his thoughts on the latest revelations involving Zohran Mamdani - the man whom the Democrats are championing to become the next mayor of New York City.In case you missed the latest, here's Bonchie to bring us up to-

Officials in President Trump’s Justice Department have been scrutinizing crime data in recent months — they’ve found evidence that Democratic politicians have been skewing crime stats for their own benefit ahead of the midterm elections, The Post has learned.
Illinois Democratic Gov. JB Pritzker — a vocal opponent of Trump’s use of federal troops for both immigration enforcement and fighting big-blue-city crime — has lately touted double-digit declines in Chicago crime rates where “shootings and homicides on our highways are down 60, 70, 80% depending on where you look.”
But the number of felonies in Chicago — not to mention New York, Los Angeles and Portland, Ore. —

Zohran Mamdani dropped his big education “plan” last week — and of course his vision amounts to nothing but bigger spending.
He embraced the perverse state class-size law, which forces New York City (and no other system) to hire thousands more “educators” to no real purpose except to enrich the United Federation of Teachers.
Class sizes are already below the law’s limits in nearly all the city’s (too many) failing schools; it’s the successful ones that will have to boost their teacher-student ratios.
The law may well even require the “crown jewel” elite high schools (Stuyvesant, Bronx Science, Brooklyn Tech, etc.) to admit fewer kids,

A campaign staffer for Democratic mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani was recently caught on hidden camera saying “who gives a s–t” what cops think about the socialist candidate.
“They’re city employees. You get told what to do, shut up. When did you get an opinion?” Robert Akleh, the citywide canvass manager for the campaign sniffed to an “undercover” operative for conservative podcaster Steven Crowder.
Scott Munro, the president of the Detectives’ Endowment Association representing 21,000 active and retired NYPD Detectives tells The Post that New Yorkers better vote like their “lives depend on it.”

Trump made a flowing speech at the Israeli parliament that was remarkable for its frankness in showing the true picture of the situation to Israelis, combined with asserting his unflinching commitment to their security.
[W]hat does peace, when poetic conceit is discarded, mean?
It means that a war has ended with one clear winner and one clear loser, effacing a status quo that had bred the war. In the new status quo that must be created, the winner ought to have the final word.
The second element in the method is to steer clear of flattering the foe rather than placating him, which would persuade him that you are acting out of weakness.

If you’re reading this today, you probably did not join the aged hippies marching around with signs saying “No more Kings,”a multistate demonstration whose sponsors are not yet fully disclosed. (I don’t think Meghan and Harry are among them, though there are some foreign donors involved.) But rest assured, you didn't miss much.
John Bolton: This Week in “No Man is Above the Law”
The biggest domestic story of the week in my view was the indictment of former National Security Adviser John Bolton. If the 18-count indictment handed down by a federal grand jury in Maryland where he resides is proven, he demonstrated astonishing arrogance and disregard for national security.
