With all of the discussion of a mid-cycle census and a fight brewing over a proposed mid-cycle reapportionment, much attention has focused on the flight of conservatives and moderates from blue states to red states. And for good reason; even if Donald Trump can't get an extraordinary Enumeration before the regular census in 2030, blue states will lose significant representation in Congress by 2033. California and New York will likely lose four House seats each by the 2030 census, and other blue states could lose up to a half-dozen or more. Americans have spent the last several years literally voting with their feet, and the bill will come due soon.

There is another aspect to this "bleed out" that is somewhat surprising and disturbing. Dems seem to be grossly incompetent. Granted that Biden was senile but his whole administration seemed incapable of accomplishing even liberal goals. The only things they did were based on INACTION or actions that happened via a vote. . Stop enforcing the border. Vote to increase deficit spending. How much smarts does it take to step aside at the border and do nothing. How much insight does it take to write deficit checks?
But for things like building EV charging stations? Almost none built.
Beyond things built on baloney, dems can't get anything done. The voters noticed and Trump, a man of accomplishment and and drive, surrounded himself with like people and, even in a hostile political town and judicial environment, is managing to do amazing things.
Voters who are not personally enamoured with Trump can still see that things are happening and if they don't have TDS, those things are generally positive.
They compare that to the dems and their painful inanity and incompetence. It's hard to cast a thoughtful vote for such a party.

The democrats saw this coming, Their response was an open border policy, making the invaders subject to a generous welfare program (noticeably more generous than that to American citizens), that would make them disciples of the democrat party, as replacement citizens for those fleeing blue states. Too bad for the democrats that Trump was elected and threw a wrench into the working of that plan. With another four years of a democrat president and with a congress full of republicans who were not herded into line by Trump, these invaders would become full-fledged American citizens and lifelong democrat voters. At that point, the elephant symbol could be replaced by the unicorn, as loyal republicans would all be in lifeboats.

TrumpCo set out to cut the jugular of the Democrat Party so that they can no longer destroy America. He is well on the way to doing that which is why the dark leftist forces so deeply entrenched around the world are so anxious to kill him. He threatens their hegemony and their wallets.

I don’t know…with superstars like Beto O’Rourke, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer and Eric Swalell, not to mention the incestuous traitor from Minneapolis and the airheaded faux chica supposedly from the Bronx, the sky may be the limit,,,for the explosion of the party.

The dems have become the party of malcontents, misfits, losers, criminals, foreigners, drug addicts, homeless bums, mentally ill, and every manner of sexual perverts. They take pride in annoying voters who do not fit within any of those politically protected groups.

Never, ever underestimate democrats. They are masters of creating crisis and hoaxes out of thin air. They are able to raise massive sums of cash just in the nick of time. New liberal causes to riot over always seem to come up just before an election. This is a party that campaigns with bumper sticker slogans, they still control the media, academia and the high tech industries. They maintain enough control of the judiciary to slow walk or bleed out their opponents. Their base is just as unhinged and either dependent on government largesse or over educated guilty white women without critical thinking skill.
The democrats may be wounded, but its still dangerous, has the ethics of a mob boss and they are desperate.

The end of USAID as a taxpayer-sponsored slush fund for the Democrats may be the most important element here. I think all of us have wondered at various times -- the "protests" of the summer of 2020 being most prominent -- where in the heck is all the money coming from that underwrites this stuff? Now we all know... just take a look in a mirror.

I need to perform CPR on their dying party. What are the proper techniques again? I wrap the cord around their neck and hold the pillow over their face?

Notice CA and NY, in particular projected to lose 4 seats each.
This means millions of people no longer living in either state but do their voting registration lists reflect those departures?
If not, how can the legally certify any election when they can't produce an accurate list?
After all, believe CA simply sends out a ballot to every person on their registration list.
If it's not accurate and up to date, how can they legally certify and election?
Remember, CA has ballot harvesting which means they can pick up those ballots that were mailed out and return them to a ballot drop box. Sure sounds like a convenient opportunity for fraudulently filled out ballots which would look "legal" since the person was on the list of registered voters, the ballot was a legitimate ballot and it was then counted properly (despite the person not actually filling in the ballot).
I'm sure Illinois has lost millions of residents in the past few years. I recall Minnesota retaining 1 seat by only around 15 persons. They likely lose a seat in the upcoming census.

Never underestimate the power of the national Republican party to screw up a sure thing. We need to be sure we have good solid representation in our state legislatures AND smart appointments to so-called "bipartisian" or "nonpartisan" redistricting commissions in those states that play that game.
Most of those seats will go to Texas, Florida, and various red or purple states (Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Tennessee).
