According to a Fox News release, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino found multiple files related to the FBI activity in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, which included the classified annex to the John Durham investigation, inside burn bags in a secret room at the FBI building in Washington, DC. (snip)Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham’s final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.

Former FBI Director Christopher "Wicked" Wray
Former Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland
They made sure that evidence documents were "misplaced"

While I'm not in the know, it sure sounds like the "DNC Leak" was an internal operation and not one operated by foreign government intelligence services. All the evidence I've read leads to that conclusion, including Julian Assange's claim in an interview with Sean Hannity that the information did not come from a government source and that US officials (FBI, CIA) took the word of the Crowdstrike folks about their investigation without undertaking one of their own.

Disturbing that the Russians and the Dutch(!) knew more about what was going on between our government agencies than the agencies themselves.

The FBI is finding all kinds of things: Durham annex, Hillary's 8 thumb drives. I bet the FBI could obtain all those files Pelosi's J6 Committee thought they erased. And all the communications between Garland and the WH re the Mar-a-Lago raid that they said they never talked about.

A Secret Room? Bull Stuff. The room wasn't secret, only the things in it were.
Burn Bags? Sounds phony to me.
If Wray and the slime running the FBI had this room what happened when they left and didn't burn the bags and empty the secret room.
It just doesn't sound right to me.

I dunno...maybe it's time for Patel to review the precise contents of every "secret room" in every FBI office, storage warehouse, or facility?
And maybe even the "not-so-secret-rooms?"

One good thing about bureaucracy. Some bureaucrat somewhere will keep a copy of everything.

Aren't the contents of burn bags supposed to be destroyed? This sounds like the FBI found misplaced confidential FBI documents. Or maybe the entire story is bogus. It's not making sense. Bet something put in a burn bag gets destroyed in under 24 hours. How long were these documents in it? The story does not ring true.

I frankly don’t understand this “found” business. There has to be a known continuous chain of possession and awareness. Track it down.

On the reply thread to another related article, "Sorosisbehindit" suggested that perhaps some anonymous patriot set those bags aside in the hope they might someday be "found."

The likely reason the documents were found in a "burn bag" was it's where it would have been placed to be destroyed.
Thus, no one would question the burn bag or the army of agents protecting it.
It was a means to get it out of the regular files and out of the 7th floor over to that off-shoot building in N. Virginia where they found this room full of documents.
What is also tells you, this was intentional and deliberate.
Maybe someone wanted to have their own "blue dress" as leverage in the future.
Regardless, the documents are there, they are being declassified, and it's clear there was a coordinated conspiracy to attack a private citizen, who prior to running for office hadn't even had a parking ticket.
They continued the conspiracy during the transition, which was not peaceful by the normal sense, and throughout the entire 4 year term.
It didn't stop there either, as they continued during the 4 years of Biden term, that added more people to the conspiracy since they used new people who were in charge of the same positions.
