Trump: Cashless Bail a ‘Complete Disaster,
and Must Be Ended Immediately’

Original Article

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to demand the elimination of cashless bail, saying the policy has failed and is endangering public safety. “Crime in American Cities started to significantly rise when they went to CASHLESS BAIL,” President Trump posted on Monday. “The WORST criminals are flooding our streets and endangering even our great law enforcement officers. It is a complete disaster, and must be ended, IMMEDIATELY!” Trump’s message echoes concerns he has voiced repeatedly on the campaign trail. At a Bronx rally in May of last year, Trump decried “radical left pro-crime policies” that he said have “destroyed” cities like New York.

Cashless bail is no bail at all. It is worse than giving illegals a notice to appear before an immigration judge and letting them free into the country.

Cashless bail + criminals = More crime. Cashless bail + Sanctuary Cities + Illegals = More Crime & Dead Americans. Cashless bail leads to no accountability for the politicians and judges who think it is a good idea for "social justice". Illegals and other criminals on the other hand think cashless bail is a wonderful idea. Catch and release for all criminals with no accountability for their crimes no matter how horrible or how long their rap sheet (especially illegals).

SURIN, Thailand — Thai and Cambodian soldiers clashed along the border between their countries on Thursday in a major escalation that left at least 14 people dead, mostly civilians. The two sides fired small arms, artillery and rockets, and Thailand also launched airstrikes. Fighting took place in at least six areas, Thai Defense Ministry spokesperson Surasant Kongsiri said, a day after a land mine explosion along the border wounded five Thai soldiers and led Bangkok to withdraw its ambassador from Cambodia and expel Cambodia’s envoy to Thailand. It was a rare instance of military conflict

Those who've been watching the legal battles unfold regarding President Donald Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship have been awaiting the next move from the lower courts, following the Supreme Court ruling on the matter at the end of June. We've since had several rulings, including a classwide certification as to individual (infant) plaintiffs, and now, a ruling on Wednesday from the 9th Circuit holding the executive order "likely" unconstitutional. How did we get here, and what comes next?  On Day One of the second Trump administration, one of several executive orders signed by President Trump addressed the issue of birthright citizenship.

Founder of the World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab reportedly exhibited a pattern of misconduct during his tenure as the multinational organisation's most senior executive, according to preliminary findings of an internal investigation.  The probe was launched by the WEF board in April in response to whistleblower complaints over alleged unauthorised spending, bullying and inappropriate treatment of female staffers by 87-year-old Schwab. It came just two days after the German economist - who denies the claims - stepped down from his role as the Forum's top executive with immediate effect after 55 years over Easter weekend.  Preliminary findings from the probe are said to have found evidence

LONDON -- Britain’s Supreme Court on Wednesday quashed the convictions of two financial market traders accused of manipulating benchmark interest rates in one of the biggest scandals to come out of the global financial crisis in 2008. The charges against Tom Hayes, a former Citigroup and UBS trader, and Carlo Palombo, who worked for Barclays, centered around alleged efforts to influence the London Inter-Bank Offered Rate, or Libor, and its euro currency equivalent Euribor, which were used to set the interest rates on trillions of dollars of loans and other financial products around the world. The court ruled that the convictions of Hayes and Palombo were unfair because the judges

President Donald Trump has secured a $221 million settlement with Columbia University to resolve multiple federal civil rights investigations. The deal includes $200 million over three years for alleged discriminatory practices and $21 million to settle claims of antisemitic employment discrimination against Jewish faculty after the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attacks in Israel.  The White House called it the largest antisemitism-related settlement in U.S. history; Columbia confirmed the dollar amounts, but did not characterize the deal that way. The agreement restores billions in federal research funding and imposes oversight through an independent monitor. Columbia has agreed to reform

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed President Donald Trump to fire members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, a federal agency Congress set up to be independent of political pressures. The justices, granting an emergency request filed by the Trump administration, blocked a Maryland-based federal judge’s ruling that reinstated Mary Boyle, Alexander Hoehn-Saric and Richard Trumka Jr., all of whom were appointed by President Joe Biden. Without the three members, the five-member commission would for now lack the necessary quorum to fulfill its obligation to protect consumers from defective products.

A federal judge in Washington, D.C., denied an appeal to overturn an earlier judge’s ruling allowing President Trump’s White House to restrict The Associated Press’ access to certain White House spaces. The White House banned the AP from the press pool, a rotating group of reporters covering the president’s daily activities, earlier this year over its refusal to use “Gulf of America” instead of “Gulf of Mexico” in its widely-used Stylebook. In June, the U.S. Court of Appeals temporarily blocked, an early April order from a district court judge that allowed the AP to regain its access to key White House spaces. “Whether to embrace

WASHINGTON - U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi told President Donald Trump in May that his name appeared in Justice Department files about Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died in prison, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing senior administration officials. Reuters was not able to immediately verify the Journal's report, which the White House condemned as "fake news." Barack Obama has broken his silence on calls from Donald Trump for him to be prosecuted by unequivocally rejecting his successor’s accusations that he tried to engineer a “coup” following Trump’s 2016 election victory by “manufacturing” evidence of Russian interference. Obama’s office took the unusual step of issuing an emphatic refutation after Trump told reporters that his predecessor had “[tried] to lead a coup” against him and was guilty of “treason” over intelligence assessments suggesting that Russia had intervened to help Trump defeat Hillary Clinton in the campaign. “Out of respect for the office of the presidency,

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released further evidence Wednesday morning, which she claims shows the Obama administration's direct involvement in the 2016 post-presidential election Russia hoax. Gabbard, describing the plot as the "most egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence in American history," posted a series of lies which have, in her view, been debunked by declassifying a 2020 House Intelligence Committee report. The report was an assessment of how the Obama administration manufactured a January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, which portrayed Russia as having influenced the 2016 election in favor of Donald Trump. That assessment was "false," Gabbard writes,

Jeffrey Epstein’s madame never gave her version of events to federal prosecutors before her 2021 trial, which resulted in a 20-year sentence for recruiting women and underage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse. She also never testified in her own defense. “She will be putting before that court material new evidence that was not available to the defense at her 2021 trial, which would have had a significant impact on its outcome,” Ian Maxwell told The Post in an email Wednesday.
