Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard (DNI) was baffled by how special counsels run by Robert Mueller and John Durham missed evidence of what she alleged was a “years-long coup against President Trump.”
On Friday, Gabbard’s team made public over 100 pages of memos, emails, and other material that revealed the Obama administration had quietly concluded Russia didn’t impact the 2016 election’s vote totals via cyberattacks.
Gabbard has cited those documents as evidence of a “treasonous conspiracy” by the Obama administration to amplify “manufactured intelligence that claims that Russia had helped”

Apparently, the best the Democrats could come up with to defend themselves against the truth provided by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, was to put Connecticut Representative Jim Himes on TV to push a series of lies that leftists are sworn to believe.
Four lies immediately stand out below. (1) Marco Rubio was not chair on the SSCI investigation of Trump-Russia, Richard Burr was. (2) John Durham was not appointed by Donald Trump. He was appointed by Bill Barr. (3) There is no evidence that “Russia hacked” the DNC servers. Even the FBI said there was no evidence. (4) Russians did not “buy reams of Facebook ads”,

Democratic lawmakers decried it as the “Big, Ugly Bill,” but some members of the minority party are beginning to praise — and even take credit — for various provisions within President Donald Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
Communities across the country stand to gain billions of dollars in federal funding from the president’s sweeping tax relief and immigration law that Trump signed on July 4. Several congressional Democrats are beginning to claim responsibility for provisions they deem beneficial to their constituents despite fiercely opposing the bill during its passage.

An illegal immigrant charged in a woman’s grisly death in Waukegan, Illinois, and who was set free is in custody again.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents nabbed the illegal, identified as Mexican native 52-year-old Jose Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, in Chicago on Saturday, Fox News reported. [Tweet]
Officials with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said the suspect had been arrested in April and charged with concealing a corpse, abusing a corpse, an obstruction of justice, but his time in custody did not last very long because Lake County Judge Randie Bruno decided to cut him loose.

Scottie Scheffler shaped spectacular shots, calmly caressing rugged Royal Portrush Golf Club’s Dunluce Links for a final round 3-under 68 on Sunday to win his first British Open title.
Scheffler, who carried a 4-stroke advantage into the final round, nearly pushed that lead into double digits, with five birdies and one bogey over his last 18 holes.
“It’s a pretty special feeling,” Scheffler said on the NBC broadcast. “It was a tough week. I battled hard all weekend. Today, again, was a battle. I played some really good golf and I’m fortunate to be holding the trophy.”

An Indian woman visiting the U.S. was caught shoplifting over $1,300 worth of merchandise from a Target store in Illinois. Security footage captured her pleading with police, insisting she “accidentally” left without paying. The incident has prompted the U.S. Embassy in India to issue a warning: Indian nationals who commit crimes in the U.S. risk having their American visas revoked.
"Committing assault, theft, or burglary in the United States won’t just cause you legal issues – it could lead to your visa being revoked and make you ineligible for future U.S. visas," U.S. Embassy India said in a new statement.

Former Immigration and Customer Enforcement (ICE) agents are being offered a significant incentive to come back to work.
Many agents who left the agency after becoming demoralized during the Biden years could now earn themselves $50,000 if they return to their former roles.
In an email obtained by The New York Post dubbed Operation Return to Service, agency officials urged their former employees to come back and thanked them for their previous service.
“Due to the prior administration’s disastrous immigration policies, the men and women of ICE now face unprecedented challenges,” the email reads.
“Your experience and unwavering commitment are critically needed to secure our communities and uphold our laws.”

Mora entered the US illegally via the southern border under the Biden admin, the Department of Homeland Security said Sunday.

Democrat panic is reaching a boiling point.
Democrat Congressman Jim Himes (D-CT), the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, went into full-blown panic mode, demanding that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard stop releasing documents that expose Obama-era Deep State collusion and abuse of power.
Gabbard’s move follows a stunning declassification of documents that expose how Barack Obama’s intelligence cronies — including John Brennan — used Hillary Clinton’s phony Russia dossier to frame Trump and orchestrate an illegal coup attempt.
But Rep. Himes doesn’t want the truth to see daylight.
In a truly unhinged interview, Himes lashed out at Gabbard, accusing her of spreading a “dangerous lie”

The Trump administration has officially shut the door on former President Joe Biden’s hand-me-downs, putting an end to his controversial SAVE student loan scheme. As a result, it denied 460,000 borrowers access to what critics called an unsustainable handout. The move marks a return to fiscal responsibility, as the Department of Education aims to end student loan forgiveness and restore accountability, rather than providing blanket handouts.
According to an internal document from the Department of Education, approximately 460,000 federal student loan borrowers have been denied access to lower monthly payments through income-driven repayment (IDR) plans. The denial follows a sweeping overhaul of the department under the Trump administration,

On July 17, 1996, 230 men, women, and children boarded TWA Flight 800 for Paris. Twelve minutes later, their lives were incinerated in midair. And for nearly three decades, the American government has done everything short of setting the ocean on fire to bury the truth.
Last week marked the 28th anniversary of that explosion. You didn’t hear much about it from CNN, or MSNBC, or even the White House.
Of course you didn’t.
The people who peddled Russiagate, the Hunter laptop hoax, and the now-laughable myth of President Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities are the same types of bureaucrats who sterilized the truth in 1996

The Deep State wasn’t born in secret—it was sired by a “reformer” president who rigged the rules to protect patronage and planted the roots of today’s unaccountable bureaucracy. Mr. Andrew C. McCarthy, Esq., has been unequivocal in both his condemnation of the machinations regarding the deceitful weaponization of government known as “Russia-gate” and his conclusion that there is likely no recourse to criminal law to hold accountable two of its key perpetrators: Mr. John Brennan and Mr. James Comey.
In my heart, I hope he is wrong, but in my head, I know he is right. Why? Because the federal bureaucracy and its Deep State are designed for insularity, not accountability.

We've seen some police in blue cities sometimes take a restrained/very hands off approach to the anti-ICE activists. Often, they don't suffer any consequences for actions in which they might be involved.
In liberal areas, it's not always clear that even if people are arrested, they will face real charges. (Snip) But on Thursday, the police in Covington, Kentucky didn't hold back in responding to anti-ICE folks as they moved from Ohio into their town and state on a bridge.

President Trump has reportedly pushed the Texas GOP to re-redistrict its U.S. House districts, so as to "guarantee" another five seats for the Republicans.
This is all part of his and his political team’s plan to hold the House in the 2026 mid-terms. The Republicans currently have a 220 to 215 majority in the U.S. House, not including any vacancies, which are all likely to be retained by the incumbent party. To hold the House, they can afford to lose up to two more. And they would like to pick up some seats to solidify their control and prevent troublemaking Republicans – see Thomas Massie (KY) –

A wild plot out of California has landed an illegal immigrant in court after being accused of orchestrating a fake kidnapping and falsely pointing the finger at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. The "kidnapping" hoax involved a fake press conference, police report, and GoFundMe account. Calderon was found roaming free after convincing leftwing activists that she was in custody.

A Texas House Democrat is claiming that there’s no biblical basis for Christians to oppose abortion. Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties.

Back in 2009, the late Charles Krauthammer wrote something wonderful about the moon landing. Here it goes:
For the first time in history, the moon is not just a mystery and a muse, but a nightly rebuke. A vigorous young president once summoned us to this new frontier, calling the voyage “the most hazardous and dangerous and greatest adventure on which man has ever embarked.”
We came, we saw, we retreated.
How could we?
Yes, I miss those trips to the moon.

President Donald Trump filed a $10 billion lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and media mogul Rupert Murdoch Friday, a day after the newspaper published a story reporting on his ties to wealthy financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has sent declassified evidence to the Justice Department on what she dubbed a “treasonous conspiracy” related to top U.S. intelligence officials allegedly politicizing intelligence related to Russia and the 2016 election.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) on Friday issued a press release stating that Gabbard had “revealed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how, after President Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, President Obama and his national security cabinet members manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.”
