Internal FBI emails reveal that rogue agents and prosecutors in the Biden DOJ were looking for ways to pile on new criminal charges against Donald Trump over the Jan. 6 Capitol riot — this time over his involvement with the J6 prisoner choir, based on a single partisan news article. The 2023 emails obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and revealed exclusively to The Post are an example of the nitpicking malice of anti-Trump lawfare that tainted special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation, during Joe Biden’s presidency. “Can we do some work to nail down Trump’s role in this,”

If laws currently do not exist, we need to add laws that remove any protection for federal agents (IRS, FBI, etc.) who misuse their office to persecute political opponents. Kind of like the law where if you frame a guy for a capital crime (death penalty), you are guilty of capital murder.

#8 Patel does not have the authority to issue a warrant. That is the DOJ’s job. It is significant that this data was still within the FBI to be exposed. Did they fail at erasing it all or did they think there would be no repercussions? If Bondi continues to do more Fox News interviews pretending to talk tough rather than doing her job I think she will soon be replaced. Patel can only do much without DOJ support.

New York Democrats are reportedly trying to inflate the city’s share of seats in Congress and of federal funding by keeping illegal aliens in the federal 2030 census. The New York Times reported Thursday that “a coalition of elected officials, community activists, and labor and civic leaders in New York City” is planning ahead for the 2030 census, as Republicans push to have noncitizens excluded from congressional districting counts. New York Democrats fear they will lose at least two of their 26 seats in the House, according to the Times:

A little over two years ago, the small town of East Palestine, Ohio, suffered one of the worst environmental disasters in recent history when a Norfolk Southern freight train derailed, spilling hazardous chemicals. Like most things that occurred during the Biden administration, a proper cleanup and investigation into exactly how the derailment happened and why were way over the administration's head. Now, however, there may finally be some substantive help on the way for a community that has never quite been the same since the accident, and with the right people in charge, they will get the answers they deserve.

There’s a saying, “I won’t dignify that with a response.” Much of what Ilhan Omar says qualifies; however, it is requisite on U.S. patriots to address her putdown of the U.S. turning into “one of the worst countries.” It’s tempting to be vindictive toward such preposterous ingratitude, but that’s up to her voters (more on her district in a moment). But there’s some schadenfreude to relish: she’s very unhappy, and is not even a friend to herself. In fact, her warped thinking induces such negative emotions that she feels comfortable being mired in the squalid SQUAD — misery loves company. It would be preferable if she returned to Somalia,

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass compared the impact of federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids to the coronavirus lockdowns that her party imposed on California, in that both kept people at home. Bass made the comparison over the weekend in visits to small businesses in a neighborhood that, the Los Angeles Times, depended on the “immigrant” economy (the Times never used the word “illegal). The Times reported: Bass visited a number of small businesses in Boyle Heights with Assemblymember Mark Gonzalez (D-Los Angeles), including Casa Fina, Distrito Catorce, Yeya’s and Birrieria De Don Boni, as well as the Estrada Courts public housing project,

The Dem Minnesota state lawmaker who was assassinated by a crazed gunman in a rubber mask crossed party lines just days earlier and made a critical vote revoking health care coverage for illegal migrants. Melissa Hortman, the state House Democratic leader, was the only member of her party to side with Republicans and vote to repeal taxpayer-funded healthcare coverage for adult illegal immigrants as part of this year’s budget bill. She and her husband were gunned down on Saturday in Brooklyn Park just outside of Minneapolis, shortly after the same assassin is believed to have gravely wounded Democratic state Sen. In a fearless and practical move to shore up immigration enforcement, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has pitched a novel concept to the Trump administration: a 39‑square‑mile detention site in the Everglades, slyly dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.” Situated on the abandoned Dade‑Collier airport—as part of the Big Cypress Wildlife Management Area—this remote facility would capitalize on Florida’s natural defenses. ICE currently holds around 53,000 migrants in facilities funded for just 41,500 beds, according to WLRN. Shortly after sunrise, Iran launched a barrage of 20-30 missiles in three waves, according to Israel’s Army Radio. Sirens were sounded in the north, and then throughout the entire country. Most of the missiles were intercepted by Israel’s air defenses; the missile that hit the port city of Haifa, where Arabs and Jews live side-by-side, was the only one that caused injuries on the ground. It turns out that one of the damaged buildings was the Al-Jreena Mosque, one of the most important Muslim houses of worship in the city. Muslim clerics, or imams, were in the mosque, presumably ahead of weekly juma’ah services held on Fridays.
